Really good first visit albeit for a takeaway. Chicken tikka methi & special biryani both excellent. Naan breads were huge! Onion bhaji were also huge & tasty albeit a little oily. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. NOTE: cash only.

This was a great experience in Inverkeithing. The food is simply wonderful: the smell, the taste, the presentation of the dishes, simply perfect. I've already gone back today and I'll definitely go back several more times. I recommend everyone who likes to try good food and new flavors to try the restaurant's menu. I guarantee you'll fall in love with it just like I did. 100 ⭐️ to you.

You may forget the taste of the food over time, but what you wouldn't forget is the experience, Reece's service was top notch, he is a star. Really enjoyed being served there 👌

I can say this is the best Indian restaurant carry out I have had in years,the chesni , either prawn or chicken is fantastic, everything seems as fresh as you can get, individually cooked to order,good service, although cash only is a pain,but the food is definitely worth it!

Got a takeaway last night. Both me and my partner got the chicken korma. The chicken was very chewy, tender texture I think raw ? Some parts of the chicken were okay some were tender and Couldn't see if was raw as was covered in sauce. We only eat a few each and both now are very unwell. Won’t recommend getting the korma unless the chicken wasn’t properly cooked. First time eating here and it will be the last.

The food here is superb, everything so tasty and fresh, meat tender,all accompaniments perfect. Portions generous and takeaway service prompt.

I have been many many times my friends. This place is excellent for both sit in and takeaway. Jalfrezi, green herb & naga curries all amazing. 10/10. Excellent service too. It's so good I shall be bringing my old friend Kenneth to sample one day, for he is in for a treat 🙌🙌🙌 For now..... Just finished my green herb curry (extra hot of course),..... now RELAXING with SLIPPERS on!! WELL DESERVED!! 💯

I have honestly never had a worse take away in my life that it’s made me want to never order a curry anywhere again. We ordered onion bhaji, chicken pakora, popadoms, raita, chutney, chicken pathia and lamb shatkora gosht. First of all the starters were cold and they had put the raita underneath all the main hot food. The onion bhaji came flat and once cut into had a thick undercooked flour paste inside, was completely inedible, disgusting. The chicken pakora had a thick tasteless batter around it also undercooked with a chewy chicken fillet inside. Again inedible. The chicken in the pathia was like chewing through a wellie it was tough. The only edible part of the meal was the pathia sauce and rice. My partner got the sharkora, again the sauce was fine but the meat was chewy. I’ve never honestly had a worst experience from a take away. It came to £35 which was money wasted. Do not waste your money here. Shouldn’t be served food like this. Absolutely horrendous. I just wish I took photos to prove how bad it was.

Went for a second time as I assumed I maybe caught the chef on a bad night. Again the chicken was tough,chewy and tasteless. Cant understand some of the good reviews on this indian. Not in same league as the Everest in Dunfermline.

Best lamb Biriani I have tasted for a long while.100%. The food was amazing. Lovely service and highly recommend. Will definately go back there again.😃😃😃

Ordered the set menu takeaway, great value and everything was delicious. Cuirries were delicious and meat tender, starters, bread, poppodums all super-fresh and tasty. Portions were fabulous. Usually dine in here, but opted for takeaway this time - superb.

This is a cosy restaurant, the staff are friendly, the food is amazing, affordable and there is so much choice. Definitely somewhere I would go again. This restaurant also does take out as well. Overall an excellent restaurant and somewhere I will definitely go again.

Always enjoy a night in Gulshan’s with friends and family - always have the same but there’s quite a lot of choice. Sanjay and Rashid are always helpful and engaging and there always seems to be a buzz about the place on a weekend. Excellent value for food quality.

Ordered lamb masala takeaway, was told 10 mins. After 25 mins still not ready and when I began eating the lamb was very tough. On inspection it seemed as if the lamb was cooked off when I ordered due to the burnt bits (hence the 'tough'review) and really disappointed after hearing good reports. If chef reads this I would hope he agrees.

Always seems quiet inside but maybe that's just the time that we go to get a carry-out at. Nice food, only annoyance is that they only take cash but there is an ATM just a few meters away.

We were looking for somewhere to have dinner during our two night stay in Inverkeithing. Gulshan Tandoori was recommended by the locals, and we were very happy with our dine-in meal. Friendly attentive service, tasty food and plenty of it. The service was quick and efficient and the price was good. We liked it so much we went back the next night too.

First time eying this india and wow the favours and aroma of the currys are amazing highly recommend. Will defo be back for a sot in meal.

Was recommended this place by the locals and they were spot on. Cracking buffet, some proper heat to the Jalfrezi and polite, friendly service.

The food was excellent! The spices were fresh and I could taste the fresh ginger, garlic, and turmeric. Definitely not a frypan job! As a person of Indian background whose travelled a lot, I must say I was very satisfied! Service was also very good and professional. The silverware was proper, and the glasses made of crystal. Definitely worth a visit!

We went to this restaurant last evening for a meal. The food was amazing! Piping got and very tasty. Would definitely recommend and will certainly go back.

We walked in on Friday night and managed to get a table for two. The service was attentive but not overbearing. We had king prawn chaat and butterfly king prawn to start. Both were well cooked but the chaat was especially flavourful. We had a Gulshan special - Goan chicken and a madras, both with a little kick, spiced well for our taste. The mushroom rice was the best I have experienced, packed with freshly cooked mushrooms and the paratha was just the right side of crispy and softness. The leftovers were packed up for us to take home to enjoy tomorrow. The menu offers a variety of chefs specials and more traditional choices and everything was well cooked at reasonable prices. This is our second visit and we will be making a third.

We have had many take sways from the Gulshan and given them great reviews, however their deliveries are often very delayed and meals vary between greasy and varying degrees of heat for the same meals. I have also noticed that when deliveries are way past their ESA they do not request a review from you! I think they started out as a good decent Indian Restaurant but they have been badly let down in major areas.

Water was leaking through the lights water was all over the floor they knew about it and did nothing and it took an hour for the food to arrive. NEVER again

The food, service, prices and friendly atmosphere are excellent. Absolutely no complaints. I'm not a huge fan of Indian food but this one was excellent.
