Grove Restaurant in Bradford

Qué experiencia tan increíble. Visité la Arboleda con colegas de Sandwell College. The Grove es un centro de formación para jóvenes que estudian Catering y Hospitalidad en Bradford College. La experiencia de principio a fin fue impecable, la comida deliciosa, en particular el pescado con patatas fritas. ¡3 platos por 12 libras! No puedo agradecer lo suficiente a los estudiantes por su cuidado y atención. ¡Buen trabajo!

Just visited The Grove Restaurant for their Christmas menu and the food and service has been excellent, would highly recommend to all. Thanks for a lovely meal! 👍

The Grove is a real treat - the training restaurant within Bradford College. The students produce first class food and the service is excellent. Give it a try on Thursday evenings and you will not be disappointed.

Wow. We came for a birthday celebration meal and were not disappointed. We were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who i made us feel welcome. We were shown to our table by Lisa, who again was a lovely and welcoming hostess who took our drinks order and then our food order. The atmosphere was very convivial with gentle music played at a subtle level. The table was decorated with seasonal halloween items and nice linens and flatware. An amuse bouche was served along with some bread and flavoured butter, both of which were nicely presented and tasty. Our main of duck, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and potato dauphinoise was cooked to perfection and worthy of any high end restaurant. Feeling full, we opted for a meringue dessert and a lemon tart. Again this was perfection on a plate. We enjoyed our meal so much that we have booked again for the next week. Well done to all the students both in the kitchen and front of house. Bradford can look forward to some fabulous cuisine in the future.

Booked the restaurant for our team Christmas meal and couldn’t fault it! The students were lovely with serving and answered any queries we had and the food was top quality! Will definitely be booking again

The waiting staff are all learning the trade but are well supervised and taught. The food is really delicious and very cheap. Definitely recommended.

Last night my husband and I went to the Grove Restaurant for dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. The food we had was delicious,especially the tian of crab and avocado starter, and the confit of duck with five spice jus for our main course.The waiter and waitress were both polite and efficient.We have just returned from a cruise in Australia,and the food we had tonight was better than the food we had on the ship. Well done to everyone for a very enjoyable evening.We will be back again soon.

I'm a regular at the Grove and I've never had a bad meal there. Thanks to it being run by students I can often try new dishes at a low cost and the menu is always creative. The standard of food is very high (one wouldn't think it was prepared by learners, it tastes as great as a restaurant) and the service is polite and attentive. Although the menu is limited, the kitchen is able to adapt it to any dietary requirements, if not catered to already. I really enjoy going there for lunches, both for the relaxed, quiet and friendly atmosphere (perfect chill-down in the middle of a busy working day!) and for the great food (desserts are always amazing, so worth saving a bit of room for, as some main portions can be quite generous). Definitely will come again (and again, and again).

All food cooked by the students under the watchful eye of Paul. Food was excellent and cooked to perfection and value for money, would definitely recommend this to family and friends and hope to go again soon.

It was a truly wonderful view of Golden Gate! It so magnificent as a post card. I highly recommend to get a bike or walk the bridge. It's construction it's unbelievable!!! There are billboards with information about the make it of the bridge and also facts about it heigh, weight and size which o found fascinating!

The starter, main, dessert, drinks, and other little nibbles on the table were absolutely amazing. One of the nicest meals I've ever had. Spent less than £15 as well. It's hard to believe this restaurant is based within a College, truly felt like I was dining in a high end London restaurant. The student trainee chefs are lovely, obviously the service is slightly slower than you would get in a 'normal' restaurant but that's to be expected as they are learning after all. Will definitely be coming again!

Delicious food; amouse bouche, starter, main, palate cleanser and a dessert for £12.95! The restaurant is well presented and has a lovely atmosphere, and the chocolate fondant pudding was amazing! Was perfect for an evening meal, definitely a midweek treat; I am already planning my next visit.

Came here twice for lunch. The first time I had a crab risotto which was one of the best risotto's I've ever had. On my last visit I had the chicken goujons for a starter which was very tasty and for my main I had a vegetable risotto which again was gorgeous! Would recommend and would visit again!

My friend and I visited on Thursday evening. I was aware what the menu was as the weekly menu remains the same. We thought it would be no harm trying here as the price was reasonable. The presentation was absolutely splendid. To our surprise, the meal, the sorrounding, the staff and the decor exceeded or expectation. I am visiting this restaurant again very soon.

A lovely place to eat in central Bradford. Great prices and really good food. Very pleasant surroundings and good value at 4 courses for £12.50. Would recommend.
