Hidden little gem, really cool staff and the coffee and bagels are fantastic. Perfect location for just chilling and people watching.

Looking for the ultimate coffee, this place looked the best option in Newquay. First coffee was late afternoon so a cortado. Beans were Ugandan and too light a roast for my taste but quite nice. Second day the beans were Brazilian and darker roast, much nicer and a cappuccino. All in all quite nice coffee, not ultimate but good nonetheless.

Amazing coffee shop / cafe. Nice welcome and really great decor. Coffee was good but the cakes were amazing. Very friendly staff and different quirky plates / cups. Would highly recommend for any coffee / cake lovers.

Incredible coffee, tasty pastry, good vibes. It's rustic theme jives well with its surroundings. Just the ticket on an autumn Sunday morning... or any time of the year for that matter! Great service too 👍🏼

Visited the Roastery, then Bank Street and finally Kilacourt. The staff are very friendly and helpful in all 3 locations but the new one at Kilacourt serves food and my wife and daughters were really impressed with the soup and toasties. The coffee is excellent and they go to the trouble of weighing the ground coffee to make the perfect brew! A must visit if you’re a lover of great coffee

On a rainy afternoon we were lucky enough to discover this brilliant coffee shop. Amazing selection of about 17 brilliant ground coffees, freshly brewed and presented with care. Friendly and proficient server in lovely surroundings, ideally located near to the beach. Thank you very much.

Went in looking for the ‘stuck up’ and poncey coffee that I’ve been craving. Walked into the shop just off the green, one server taking ages to do anything… waited 5 minutes so walked out…. And then, went into the shop later in the afternoon to be ignored while the staff chatted to a regular. So, again I walked out after being ignored for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged… disappointed.

Yes, I am one of those people who use the word Incredible to describe things. If you are into your pedantry this may have pinged your internal tit but what ya gonna do when the coffee's this good? I have a theory that they grow it themselves, the beans are that fresh. If you have ever heard anyone waffling on about notes of this and that when they refer to the flavour of their favourite coffee but all you can taste is FOMO then get some of these beans, they taste of heaven, mermaid's breath and that corner of Davy Jones' locker that didn't have his socks in. Unlike a lot of others.

Stopped off on the Killacourt, Newquay to have an excellent flat white & a cheese & bacon toastie that was the best I’ve ever had…& I’ve eaten a lot of toasties !

Had a few take away coffees from here now and I honestly can't wait to go here again! The coffee is absolutely amazing 🤩 not only is the coffee fab! The staff are lovely and the prices are great to!!! Highly recommend popping in here!

While staying around the corner from Grounded on my surf trip, I was so happy to discover this little coffee shop. Every coffee I ordered tasted so good, I even left buying a tote bag and a bag of beans to take home with me! The vegan chocolate cake was also lovely! Really recommended this cafe for delicious coffee.

We strongly advise a visit especially in a Sunday morning when you do really need a good coffee and can't wait till 10 (when most open.) Beautiful ambience, kind staff and excellent cakes too!

We visited this establishment today for a coffee. The interior design was lovely and the server was friendly too! The place is dog friendly and was welcoming to dogs! This is definitely a posh coffee location and if your into your coffee you would really appreciate this place. The coffee was perfect and the cakes looked very appetising. I will definitely be returning to this place.

There aren't many coffee places in Newquay, and we saw this place and thought it looked cool. The 2 girls working were lovely, one even had a gorgeous singing voice! And the coffee was awesome. Vegan options available :)

The coffee at grounded is delish! I came down to Newquay for a few days and went to grounded multiple times after I realised how nice the coffee was. The staff are so lovely and chatty. The vibe of the whole shop is super chill....

Stumbled across this place by luck when searching for a coffee shop at 2:50pm (for some reason, most shut at 3pm, but luckily this one stays open much later. Brilliant oat milk hot chocolate and tea. Was lovely to be given proper loose leaf tea...

This is the best new coffee spot in town, they are really friendly, roast their own coffee in house. They have an unbelievable selection of cakes, including Bevs, that's right the amazing illusive bev. Their coffee machine alone is amazing to look at. These guys...
