THE BEST ROAST I HAVE HAD. Food is amazing and perfectly presented. Could not fault one part of our experience. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The chef even came out to greet us and talk about the food. I could not recommend this place higher.

Gorgeous food, great service and attention to detail. We have been a couple of times already and the whole family love it. The chef is very knowledgeable and passionate about his ingredients and everything is cooked to perfection. This is my new favourite place to eat in Marlborough. - we will be back soon!

The roast here was amazing! The chef, Tobie came to the table to explain the menu in detail and where all the meat and produce had come from. The demi-glace was out of this world and the yorkshires were incredible.

If you're looking for a special culinary experience, this is your spot. A welcoming classy restaurant with exceptional food. The Bavette steak was so delicious and perfectly paired with the tastiest black peppercorn sauce, caper salad and crispy chips. Exquisite flavours and service. Thank you Grosvenors, I'll be back......

Myself and my son visited here after sewing the menu and couldn't resist a visit. The service is fantastic and the food is really good and it's clear the chef know how to put some amazing food together. I went for the 90 day dry aged rib eye, which was amazing along with some really good presentation. Definitely worth a visit.

Best burger I've had I think ever. Everything was outstanding right from when we walked in the door. The Waiter Spike provided great service and the chef Toby was very kind and good to talk to. It's nicely separated from the pub bit I didn't even know I was in the same building as it. Would highly recommend.

A birthday treat that absolutely met all expectations. I was lucky enough to have this pop up on a social media page where I explored the restaurant and booked straight away. Lovely experience, fantastic food. Met by the chef multiple times who took time to explain where the fresh produce had come from. Will never complain paying this money for food of this quality. Good luck to all involved and we will definitely return. Thanks to all at Grosvenors.

Without doubt the best steak I’ve ever eaten… and we’ve been to some great steak places both in the UK and abroad. The meal was absolutely faultless, a small menu where every dish is cooked to perfection. I started with the figs and goat cheese & it was so amazing I could have had it again. My partner had the tartare because the scallops were not available…. There was a storm on the day we went and the plane flying in the scallops from the Orkney Islands wasn’t able to fly..: it was explained that whilst the restaurant had scallops they had been hand dived two day previously and flown in the day before & they were not happy to serve them because they weren’t as fresh as they would want! We shared the 90 day aged Wagyu ribeye and it was incredible. The rosti fries were amazing chips & it was served with a lovely green leaf, onion and caper salad. My only area that I didn’t love was the leaf in the salad, I couldn’t put my finger on what it was but it wasn’t a taste I enjoyed - but I am a bit fussy with salad leaves. For dessert we had the hazelnuts - hazelnut sponge, mousse and praline and the bees and cheese - poached pear with a soft serve goats cheese ice cream (which is delicious, and not goats cheesy at all)… There was a small, but very reasonably priced wine selection & other drinks valuable from the neighboring bar. The venue is stunning, beautiful decor, lovely table settings and very intimate and the staff literally couldn’t have been better!! The lady serving us explained that some locals had complained it was a pricey restaurant& on the surface you can see that it might be viewed that way; it’s not established in the town and it isn’t a cheap meal, but for what you get, the quality of the food and the service I thought it was reasonably priced and we will not hesitate to visit again soon! An amazing addition to Marlborough!!

A first class meal, cooked to perfection. It was genuinely flawless, and the most tender meat ever. I am a fan of just a well cooked meal, and I like going to have an experience. This restaurant treated us to fresh home made focaccia with a delicious garlic butter, sided with olives. The head chef appeared to explain the meat selection, and took the time to make us feel welcome. The food arrived and is on par with any Michelin restaurant I've eaten in, and beats the recent Parisian restaurants I've visited on a trip in November. Whilst I didn't have dessert, I enjoyed an intimately set environment with beautiful decor, and stunning cutlery and glassware. It was a beautiful hassle free experience with world class food. I loved the fact all food is locally sourced, and is fresh sustainable produce. The taste says it all, and I've been left wanting more! It's set in the beautiful village of Marlborough and I will certainly return back soon.

After traveling far and wide for steak I stopped ordering it out as I'm always disappointed. Tonight I have just had the best steak ever cooked by Tody! It looks expensive but you get so much and the quality of meat is exceptional it's impossible to compare it to a steak anywhere else. If you are unsure on what to order there's a lovely chap called Ian on hand with the most amazing advice. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better meal and service. Thank you, I'm already booked in for my next visit

Amazing food, beautiful ambience and attentive service. Delicious Rioja wine too! Loved the real fire. We had a Wagyu rib eye to share and it was tender and delicious, served with green salad and special (unusual) crispy rosti potatoes. The chef came to our table...

Without doubt the most succulent and delicious steak that I’ve ever eaten. Coupled with beautiful little touches. Being sat by a roaring fire on a cold night made it perfect. Wonderful service. A real treat.

Booked table for 12.45pm for Sunday lunch, but did not get seated until 13.25pm - 40 minutes late! Staff advised that earlier diners were still at the table, but no attempt was made to move them on or to another table to allow us to be seated. Manageress was also less than helpful and just expected us to wait indefinately and only offered compensation when I specifically requested it. We were ushered to bar area to wait but several of our party due to limited mobility had to stand as they could not use the high bar stools available. A terrible dining experience that totally ruined our planned family lunch, would not recommend this venue to anyone due to poor service and staff response, food was very nice though.

We were staying along the road in Box, and the Six Bells in Colerne was recommended for Saturday night pizza’s courtesy of the mobile food van, Only Fools & Morsels. Warmly welcomed in what’s a very friendly local, that nowadays doesn’t do food. Actively encouraged to bring food in - and the pizzas prepared whilst we enjoyed our drinks in the pub were excellent. Don’t know what the place is like other nights of the week but well worth a visit on Saturday evenings.
