scammed into purchasing overpriced toastie and coffee... with no prices on the wall charged £9 for a toastie - bacon looked like it had been sitting on display for days with some sliced cheese heated up in a microwave... £4 for a coffee - tasted odd... Pretty upset about the whole experience

I work nearby and quite often pop into here for lunch. Food is good and service is quick. Nice sitting outside in the summer

I absolutely don't understand the other reviews...my experience was wonderful. Food was great, coffee was great. I was even shown some pastries to try. Would highly recommend.

Awful rude manager.. went in a couple and tried to order a 1 coffee and got told he would rather the restaurant be empty then serve us. Safe to say we left and what a surprise the restaurant was empty. No wonder no one wanted to dine here. Avoid

Disgusting behaviour and unprofessional staff, the food is disgusting and they do accept any complain. Never and never again very bad attitude from the man behind the till.

Food on the floor behind the counter, stood at counter several minutes no service despite two people behind the counter. Cannot comment on the offering as they never asked what we would like. Avoid, they need to learn the meaning of service !

Horrible coffee that tasted of nothing and I realised after he massively over charged me for it. Grim inside - don’t bother! Go somewhere else

We had an excellent jacket potato with tuna mayo and a cheese panini. Perfect! Good prices and exactly what we were looking for at a good price. The service wasn't with a smile but for that quality and price we were not expecting anymore than we got. Would happily return. Good location and tables outside.

Came to this place for a sandwich and a coffee, and was treated badly by the owner. Served my wife and sister 2 club sandwiches and coffee I came 2 minutes later asked for another coffee and was rude to me and made me pay for my coffee there and then knowing we had a table and a tab open. I feel sorry for your staff who are lovely and having to deal with you. People like you shouldn’t have a cafe. Don’t wanna sell close your business and go home.

A revamped cafe offering the usual quick bites and a convenient location. Very well priced considering the location.

Nice little café that serves average food. It was nice to stumble upon a place that wasn't over priced for what it is. Basic yet comfortable interior and atmosphere. Overall I would eat there again.

The waiter did clean the table before dropping the menus over the dirty table. When we asked her to clean it she said wait I am busy!!! I ordered heated croissant and dark Americano. I got cold croissant and milked coffee!

Ate here for breakfast and it was okay. Scrambled eggs were average, bacon was good and the coffee was okay. It is reasonably priced so you can't really complain with what you are getting.

The cafe has recently undergone a full refurbishment which looks great. Unfortunately the quality of the food has not been reflected in the refurbishment. Greasy and tasteless. Very disappointing

Good lunch options at a reasonable price in an expensive area. Good seats for solo diners in a corridor (you have to visit to understand). Friendly staff. Wifi. Nice tasty food. Definitely a find.

Fantastic coffee. Mixed clientele (Bentleys to white van men), suits everyone. Excellent location for Embassies, sightseeing and people watching, Lovely friendly staff. What's not to like?

Eat here if you like the Starbucks menu. There is a little room with seating across the aisle. It is a lot cheaper than the JW steak house.
