VERY disappointed, we definitely won’t visit again, we booked a table and visited as a group of 6 to eat, watch the boxing and gamble, every visit to the bar you had to queue for 10 minutes plus. We asked for menus to choose our food and again joined the queue to order, once at the front we were told no food orders for an hour. We explained how long we had queued and the gentleman then said ok but you need a different menu. I explained these are the ones your staff are handing out to no avail, the a4 printed sheet was basically the same food but most dishes were £5 dearer . We then waited 1hour and 35 minutes for the disgusting food, the buns on the chicken burgers were burnt and like toast to eat, the chicken was so dry and hard to chew we couldn’t eat them, as was the beef burgers and the fish and chips which looked like it had been left under the heat lamp for hours. On the whole a very disappointing evening, from now on we will visit a different casino .
