Grillworx in Cheshire West and Chester

Wow, wanted a pizza and boy did I get one (well two actually) both packed with meat and made in a very short time scale. Piping hot and full of meat and cheese and meat, lovely. I live in Whitchurch but I will ride my BMX all the way to Mall Pass every time for the lovely pizza, especially the meat ones. Good price, too. Veggie pizza, okay, best go for anything with the meat. Thanks Grellworx.

Looking forward to a nice supper after bonfire night. Part cooked and soggy bottom. Disappointed! Won't rush back.

You can tell that there is new owners. The food quality is fantastic, so fresh and tasty, even the cheese isn't as greasy as what it used to be at Grillworx. The delivery driver was good eye candy too. Roll on next weekend with the girls, I know what we're having for food :-)

Food took 1 hour 45 minutes The quality of food was very poor, cold and seem to be reheated. They could not even do simple sums 5-22 = 18!!!!!!! When it arrives we then have a stand up heated argument on the door step !!! I would think twice in future what a waste of time !!!

Food must have been prepared way before collection time as it was very cold and soggy. Worst I have ever had from them.

We have had one pizza to go and ate one there. Both nice pizzas. We have had the veggie one and I can't remember the other. Both were the biggest size and shared between two fairly greedy people and there was enough

The place is getting worse! Chicken kebab cold when delivered. Garlic bread was like eating bricks. Delivery time is beyond a joke. 2hours to deliver less than 3miles..

Great addition to the village, just so hit and miss, pizza's are great, never had an issue, but kebabs can be a problem. when they are on form they are great but the flip side is really poor, would be great if all staff followed the same standard, you can get salad in kebab one day and the next time it's on the side. Would be nice to get the same standard every time. I'm always made to feel welcome just that it can take such a long time to get your order and for fast food that's not good.

Driver did not leave to car deliver food instead bent and twisted the boxes to get them out of the 'hot' bag. Food was Luke warm. Pizza boxes were squashed and most of the cheese was stuck to the top of the boxes on 2 of the three pizzas which when unstuck took some of the cardboard off with it leaving it inedible. All in all could have been much better. 1star for take away service as I had delivery not take out. Rating is not a reflection of service.

Ordered food 45 mins in advance,card machine not working again (no surprise) cash only... food AGAIN not even started when I went to collect,told I'm very busy..so I went to whitchurch OZAN kebab house sorted in 10mins they will get our custom from now...

We've been there tonight and they served us very quickly and the burger worth coming even from further down than Carden Park!!! A lot better than any other places around. Would always recommend!!!

As ever, Grill Worx were spot on with the order, the delivery time was more like 30mins, rather than 45mins, and the food was really nice. Never been disappointed with Grill Worx. The only logical rating to give was 'top marks' across the board. Will definitely order from Grill Worx again, as it is a bit of a family treat...

Our last two experiences have not been very good sadly,I had a doner kebab and shortly after had violent stomach upset....the second time we had pizza which I orderded for collection and it hadnt even been started when I arrived to pick it up,it was rushed through the cooking process and was not cooked properly...very disappointing...

Good wasn't bad, but the delivery driver got lost , despite having a satnav and the food wasn't all the hot because of it. Otherwise ok, just a shame it wasn't as hot as it could have been

Have now downloaded the just eat app which makes it even easier to order. Arrive 15 mins before predicted time, hot and good quality. Still no gluten free on the menu though.

I check on the Just Eat website, to find that the delivery time has been updated to 8.40pm. I wait. Not arrived. Call the takeaway, to be told "We're really busy". "It'll be with you in half an hour ". Eventually get my meal an hour and fifty minutes after I ordered it. An hour and five minutes late. The food itself was average. And not quite hot.
