Grill & Glaze in Erewash

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Awful food!

Cancelled my order twice now without any explanation. Not only that, but they left it pending for well over an hour, which didn't leave us enough time to make an alternative order.

Made an order online through their website which was waiting for confirmation from the restaurant, nothing was happening so we rang them to ask what was happening with our order, he then asked which site we ordered from? Not sure why that would matter if you’re delivering food. He said he would check our order and phone us back. Our order got declined and no one phoned us back. Something similar has happened before when we’ve tried ordering from here, clearly don’t want the custom. Very bad service, won’t bother trying again

2 hour wait for what I think was food. Will never eat here again

Food was delivered late & cold, the milkshake was swapped with cheesecake (store bought), there was no salad in burgers. Overall the food was mediocre, definitely not gourmet burgers. The honey glazed halloumi fries were a tragedy, I cannot think of worse halloumi fries I have ever had.

Not impressed with the packaging of the food halloumi fries cold and tasteless, the brownies ordered where not the right ones

(editted) they cancelled my order the first time but ordered a second time a few days later, The food is nice, chips was a little cold but chicken kebab is flavourful and not dry, my husband said the Donner kebab was okay but he loved the pizza (I wasn't to fond on the pizza as I'm not used to stonebaked) Burger wasn't nice though, just tasted like your average oven cooked patty🙈

I think they are trading from somones house

Burnt rock solid pizza, soggy onion rings and the rest of the food was cold. Wouldn’t recommend

Every time I bloody order from this place, they accept it and then cancel the order. Tried it 4 different days. What’s the point of keeping yourself open.

Very underwhelmed when it arrived, For 1 pizza and chips took over 1hour 20mins. Pizza lacked toppings, chips very small portion for £2.50. Wanted it to be better but unfortunately not. Did get a courtesy call saying pizza is leaving in 2mins minutes but unfortunately took another 25 minutes after that.

When it finally arrived wasn't impressed. Daughter had hairs in curly fries. Milkshake isnt work £6 it was just melted ice-cream and no flavour. And as for the mixed kebab and chip's,most of it went in the bin. Not going here again

Amazing food, home made kebab meat is on point really nice, the mint sauce was gorgeous too not sure if that’s also made in house, if it is then 10/10 on that too👌🏼 Long eatons number 1 kebab
