Grilandia era un lugar encantador para mi pareja y yo para celebrar nuestro aniversario. La comida era deliciosa, el personal atento, y me quedé muy impresionado con la decoración, que incluye un montón de follaje verde interior y luces blancas cálidas. Para empezar, disfrutamos de crujientes harra de batata, hummus aterciopelado (con pan para mojar) , y fue mi primera vez probando kibbe -albóndigas de cordero con un toque de especia- que fueron deliciosas. Mi principal fue la parrilla mixta, con tres tipos de carne ensartada, acompañada de arroz oriental y una guarnición de ensalada. El cordero kafta estaba lleno de sabor y era mi favorito, mientras que el pollo shish touk me pareció demasiado seco. Como postre, compartimos un poco de baklava crujiente y almíbar y también recibimos pastel de coco de cortesía, servido en trozos del tamaño de un bocado, que fue un buen toque. Todo estaba a un precio razonable y esta experiencia nos hizo querer probar algunas de sus otras ramas. Consejo principal: prueba la limonada de menta fresca hecha con agua de rosas, es refrescante y deliciosa.

Have visited this great little restaurant twice now and both times the overall experience was excellent. Lunch was great value and delicious with swift and professional friendly service. My dinner with family (for a get together with 7 of us) was also superb. A more buzzy atmosphere in the evening and again delicious food and excellent service especially from the effervescent Alex who looked after us so well. Would recommend to everyone for a really lovely evening at a very happy place!

Delicious food and lovely service.Besides the Very friendly staff, the mixed grill contained unbelievably tender meat that tempted me to rate this restaurant 5 stars. Finnaly, to finish of our lovely meal we were surprisingly given a dessert on the house!

I was here three times, I ordered service food as well as shopped. The shop products are great, the deli food is so so. unfortunately the service is underwhelming. I understand when a shop is busy but I find it disappointing when 5 other people who arrived after me get served first, also why both staff needed for packing a single cake while I was waiting for my hot food and aperol (which was also underwhelming) is a mistery to me, and all I received while waiting was only bad look from the waitress girl, whatever I did to her I wonder. There will be no 4th time for me, sorry.

How to quickly turn off a customer, classless customer service !! These are customer service basics that this place failed on and our customer loyalty is no more. We arrived to glance at some products. Rather than a hello we were told the shop was going to close in 15 min. We noticed the girl/lady started soon to shut machines lights and doors. She also closed the refrigerated units as we were glancing at the refrigerated pastas. There is shutting down and then there is shutting down in a rude rushed un-verbal way basically telling the customer get out. We had to basically put everything back to its place and leave. I worked in shops before and this is something you just don't do. You wait for the customer in the shop to finish without rushing them, perhaps you close the doors but that's it. Customers are your bread and butter, the element that break or make your business and are hard to come by these days, perhaps, someone should teach that young lady business etiquette!!!!

Love to pop in to this Deli. Everything is so nicely displayed and a great selection. A little pricey but worth it.

Cycled here and stopped by for the brunch. Lasagna is nice and tasty ,salad box is highly recommended for the choices and taste. Latte is a bit over roasted and iced- peach tea a bit sweet . We bought some cookies as well! Overall, a really nice place to spend time with families and friends.

High-quality Lebanese food! Certainly one of the best I have tried! Excellent service and good prices. We had the mix player for two that had an excellent variety of starters, main and dessert! Lebanese coffee was really good too! Xx

We popped in after tennis. Could have chosen anywhere in Chiswick but being close to TG Station meant we were passing. We looked at menu - were encouraged to enter and were so glad we did. Genuinely great food - so hot and fresh and well spiced. We just had veggie options and loved it. Very hot fluffy pita bread - delicious hummus and awesome halloumi. Garlic and chilli dips were revelatory. All hit the spot washed down with Peroni Zero.

Enjoying my delicious cup of tea with some gifts I got from the Bedford Park Festival at Acton Green Common a few blocks away. I also enjoyed the more open, natural light ambience of the cafe area.

First timer in with hubby for a nice Sunday brunch unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. The food was mediocre, the service terrible & I wouldn’t recommend the place.

Do they bother with the food? Dined here several weeks ago having not been before. Ordered chicken cutlet and told it comes with salad (server insisted). Cutlet was warmed up as recommended. Service surprisingly slow considering it was all pre prepped. Food inedible- gross salad with stale cutlet that could barely be cut or even knawed through. Overall: bad food and poor service for high prices. Have heard several other negative experiences which track with this; poor food quality and bad coffee. Highly dissatisfied!

I thought it would be impossible to make a horrible toasted ham and cheese sandwich, but Laurents figured out how to do that.

What a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake! We loved it.

We hosted a family party here. The restaurant could not do enough for us before the date and when we arrived. They bend over backwards to accommodate our needs, the food was delicious and the service was perfect. Could not fault them at all and would 💯 recommend going here.

Walked past this and noticed how busy it was, fancied something different so decided to book. What a lovely friendly atmosphere and the food was great. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. A little gem in Chiswick that we will no doubt visit again when back in London.

I love this place. Very good food, cakes and pastries are excellent, good coffee, very good service and they don’t suffer from the British disease of tables left not cleared or cleaned. Highly recommended.

Looking for a restaurant in Chiswick on a Thursday evening and Grilandia caught our eye when walking past. From moment we went in were made to feel very welcome by the staff. Food was excellent, service friendly and price was reasonable. Will return !

Laurents cafe Chiswick is a true gem that has captured my heart and taste buds! From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by the cozy ambiance and a delightful aroma that promised an unforgettable experience in The UK for Me and my wife. What I appreciate that most about cafe is its attention detail and the way the staff treats their customers. Especially the young staff members who run the cafe their their positive attitude, Ben and Sush have been the best staff members have ever come across in this cafe, both warm and friendly people. In summary, Laurents is a hidden oasis, a sanctuary for coffee enthusiasts and a haven for anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere and delicious fare.

The decline of this place is real! 16 minutes for 4 coffees + 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the counter with two staff members at work. I used to come often when the Italian lady, Valentina, was working there. Ever since she’s gone this place just started to go downhill in service and quality - it was so dusty and the food displayed looked awful! Sad.. it used to be a nice spot…

Brilliant service from the time I made the booking. Fantastic customer service. They called to understand if our group was celebrating a special event, made sure the menu and drinks were ready when we sat down. Food wonderful.

It was my 50th birthday dinner with 17 friends. I booked through Bilal, the restaurant manager and everything he said he would do, he done. The night of the dinner party he handed me over to his colleague and he was amazing. He entertained all the guest and looked after everyone especially the children. I had a great time, the venue is lovely, the staff are amazing and accommodating. The food was delicious - we all shared the food. The service is wonderful and I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you all for making my birthday a memorable one.

This restaurant has excellent service. I came here for my birthday and they moved me onto a nicer when one was free even though the table we originally sat at was fine! They gave me a little birthday dessert on the house which ended the evening so nicely! The food was incredible and we even took a takeaway menu home with us as we will definitely eat from there again. Couldn’t recommend more!

We were a party of 10. We were so well looked after and the food was excellent. bash it was attentive and kind and the service was some of the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. We asked for a selection of starters and couldn’t believe the quality and quantity. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Initially, I was apprehensive about trying sweets because they tend to be expensive and not very flavorful. However, after trying a profiterole tart, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it, especially when paired with a nice cup of coffee. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I visited Grilandia with three companions on a busy Friday night, but the service was friendly and attentive but not persistent. The food was attractively presented, well cooked and delicious and arrived promptly. Despite dealing with a couple of largish parties, there was none of the sense of stress from the staff that can often spoil an evening out. Like the food, the wine was very reasonably priced and very good quality. A relaxed and enjoyable evening. Would highly recommend.

Unfriendly staff,if I wanted hot milk I would have asked for it,ordered a latte but had to have an extra shot of coffee,which I was charged an extra 50p. Staff looked at me as if I was a complete imbecile. They need to try smiling.

We love everything about Laurents: the staff is always nice and welcoming, best espresso in West London (served with amaretti on the side, nice touch), incredible selection of Italian and French products and last but not least... their patisserie is superb!!!

Very good deli shop in Chiswick with really friendly and helpful staff. Their raspberry vegan croissant is so delicious and they also have oatly barista for the coffee which is my favorite vegan milk. A part from the vegan croissant they have a yummy vegan chocolate cake, vegan banana bread and more. If you have not been yet here, check it out.
