Siracusa - Italian Restaurant Brentford in Hounslow

Food was great as was the service! Very friendly, would eat here again, I went to pay & was hit with a 10% gratuity charge, for a minute I thought I was in the US not the UK. Disappointed with that part of it.

On 26th October 24, I took my wife to this restaurant for a meal. Being a Saturday, it was quite noisy and very busy. Unfortunately there didn't appear to be enough staff to cope with the number of customers which meant we had to wait a considerable length of time between courses. When we eventually ordered, I was told that the Pork Belly was not available. I then ordered another dish. No more that 10 minutes later, a couple sat down on the table next to us, and the gentleman ordered the Pork Belly. No word from the waitress that the Pork Belly was not available, and they proceeded to serve the gentleman the Pork Belly dish. It would appear that the couple next to us received preferential treatment as they seemed very friendly towards the waitress. I wish I had challenged this at the time with the manager, however my wife and I were so tired of waiting to be served our desert, we decided to leave the restaurant after immediately paying our bill. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant.

If you are in brentford u have to visit Siracusa! The staff is unbelievable nice! Top notch! The food is the best! It is very affordable prices! Visit and u are not disappointed

The staff are very polite and welcoming, but that’s about it. Food was really not good, very salty, otherwise blunt taste, no flavour at all. Sorry to say but lasagna was absolutely horrific! The worst lasagna I have ever eaten in my life. Ingredients seem cheap and not high quality. Finally the place itself… it’s just dirty! Floor was dirty with bits of food on it, toilets, everything needs a good scrub. I will never come back.

If you are ever in brentford area and looking for a perfect spot to enjoy a good quality time or a nice date look no further. Nice interior, good vibe, the food is perfect in every aspect ( portions, quality and price ) the chefs know what they’re doing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, Chiara was the best, she was good and paying attention to all people in the place.

My wife and I went here for dinner during our honeymoon trip to London. From the moment you enter the restaurant you are made to feel like an old friend visiting for dinner. The staff was friendly, joking and talking with us while we ate, making us feel very comfortable. The food was amazing (I highly recommend the lasagna) and the desserts were the perfect end to our meal.

Food was unreal same as the service so quick and easy walked through the door and had a table ready for us such a good restaurant would definitely recommend

This a beautiful restaurant which we come to almost weekly since we moved to Brentford. The food and drink is amazing and never disappoints. The staff are always accommodating and friendly, great location too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves a good Italian!

My cousin and I had just come back from an hour- long walk and we saw this place opened at 5. The pizza was absolutely amazing and the food was authentic and fulling.

Lovely location. Food is way over priced for what it is. Felt awkward the entire time as the waitress kept trying to have a conversation with us while we was eating. Wouldn't go back.

this is a lovely little restaurant in Brentford. The food was delicious — starters and mains. The bruschetta, burrata, prawn starter, lasagne, linguine were fantastic.

Great initial welcome and the service continued. We had a selection of pizza, pasta, chicken and steak, and all were delivered piping hot and were absolutely delicious. Chiara and Agon were charming hosts and all the staff were smiley and friendly. Would 100% recommend this little gem of a restaurant.

I came here on the weekend after watching Brentford get outclassed by the best team in the country and needed to have a good meal to life my spirits. My demands where met and expectations exceeded with a lovely pizza followed by a tiramisu it was lovely. The experience was made better by the lovely and friendly staff I was greeted and sat at my table by the lovely Chantelle and was served by Julia who was very nice and helpful with recommendations. I will be back 5/5

The restaurant was incredibly busy tonight and as always, the service and food was incredible. We were so glad to see a new specials menu, I went for the crab linguine and my wife went for the cod with crushed potatoes. They were both incredible. The atmosphere was wonderful, a busy, local restaurant thriving. The family run restaurant is wonderful to see in a world of chains that have no character! A huge recommendation. Our favourite spot in Brentford by a mile. We were a bit disappointed to see a table next to us complaining after being asked to vacate after 2 hours, but it is fair to say the whole restaurant had a wonderful time tonight!

As soon as we finish dinner we were pushed out of the restaurant. One of the staff members came to the table and told us to leave as they need the table.Had we know that they have reservation we would not have sat down on the first place. Another person who might have been the owner came to apologise and asked what he should do?🤷‍♀️ Sir, you are the leader of the establishment is no wonder your employees are clueless if you,yourself didn't know how to remedy the rudeness!!! How about you all brush up your costumer service skills.

We visited on Saturday lunchtime with a group of 10 for a family birthday. As it was early in the day the restaurant was quiet. Service was top class, friendly and efficient without being overbearing. Food was excellent. I had a siciliana pasta to start and a calzone. All food arrived at the same time which is tricky with a large group. portions were decent and its well priced considering the quality. Cant recommend enough

I recently dined at Siracusa Italian restaurant, and the authentic pizzas and pasta were truly exceptional. The flavors were spot-on, leaving me thoroughly impressed. I can't wait to return in the summer for the picturesque Brentford canal view seating. Highly recommend for a delightful dining experience!

Eating early evening there were few fellow diners. The menu is varied and we each opted for pasta and a pizza. The seafood pasta was missing its mussels but still tasted good. The pasta base was undercooked but tasted good. Service was amusing there’s obviously banter between family, but was friendly and efficient.

We have been twice before and returned for Christmas lunch. Service was welcoming, warm and attentive. The food was excellent; very good quality at a perfectly reasonable price. My steak was undoubtedly the best I have had in a very long time and cooked as requested which is by no means guaranteed in lesser restaurants. Siracusa has been in Brentford a long time and is definitely a place to go.

Absolutely fabulous Saturday afternoon grazing. We had carpaccio and bursts to start followed by generous pasta dishes. All washed down with a lovely Malbec. Loved every part of the meal and made even better by the warm welcoming service.

Couple Peroni before the Brentford match. Best Beer ever. Spaghetti and a couple more Peroni plus Tiramisu after the Brentford won 3-1. Great Restaurant, excellent lager and food, as well as a good atmosphere. Recommend this place, especially before and after Brentford win :)

This was my second time in this restaurant and it was just great! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. An ideal place to spend a good evening. Special thanks to the staff: all clients receive maximum attention and care. Many thanks to Shantal: such a wonderful, very friendly girl. She even asked the chef to make a heart-shaped pizza for us! It was such a pleasant surprise!

Had an early lunch here with my young daughter, we sat looking over the canal at the ducks. Food was tasty, not cheap prices but ok as a treat. The service was excellent and really set this place apart. Plus clean high chairs and good baby changing. We'll be back!

High quality dishes, very flavoursome. 3 of us, all with different tastes all found something to suit. Wine list short but with excellent choices. The Barolo we chose was in the top 2% of recommended wines on vivino which is used worldwide. Staff were really busy but very accomplished and good natured so you didn't mind a bit of a wait. Busy for a Tuesday night so worth booking. Highly recommended.

Was looking for a quick lunch place and this hit the spot! The sausage and mushroom pasta was one of my favourite pastas I have ever had. Lovely atmosphere beside the water.

Delicious food, the pasta was cooked to perfection and the chicken milanese was a joy. The staff Agon and Julia were so friendly, they made a very memorable evening for us which helped take some of the pain away the next day when we were due to visit Kew Gardens but they were closed due to high winds. Thank goodness we had a memorable dining experience.

The manager refused to sit us with following reason - we wanted only to have some hot drinks and dessert and the restaurant can't lose a table space just for this - the whole restaurant was empty and she could be showing some flexibility and providing us with a table for two people. Really poor service!

Back to incredible. The old team have returned and Siracusa is again the best restaurant in town.

Down in London from Edinburgh for a long weekend, we ate here 3 times. The food was good but the service was even better. Treated us like we were guests in their home and went out of their way to accommodate us. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back for a visit.

Went here mainly because my kids wanted some Italian comfort food. They absolutely adored the dishes. Daughter ordered three seafood linguine, son ordered a spaghetti Bolognese, and wife ordered a Pappardelle. If my wife, who is very particular on texture, is impressed then I know the food is next level!

Food was really not good. Chicken and mushroom pasta came with mushrooms indeed, but some particles of meat (definitely not looking like chicken) came in a sauce clearly from the soup-bag or something pre-prepared like this. Our guests had half pizza because they found it blunt and not tasting so good. In addition I feel sickness in my stomach after this "chicken" mushroom pasts now. Really disappointed, this is barely for 2 stars, not sure how these 4.5 stars got given and by whom.

Lovely atmosphere and really excellent staff who gave you time to order, to eat and to chat afterwards. The food was excellent - prosciutto and burata starter was perfect. The pizzas were generous and really light and perfectly cooked. Will definitely be back, thank you 😊

This is my first time dining here. Excellent service from all members of staff, especially the lady, nothing was too much trouble. The food was very tasty, and the ingredients were fresh and full of flavour. Will be returning again soon.

Please chnage your mozzarella on the margherita pizza. Its too oily and plastic. The Bufala was much nicer with real mozzarella
