Celebrated a family member’s birthday in Graze and Bassam went above and beyond for us - he couldn’t do enough. Food and service was amazing so much choice. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return !

Sat down at table offered water nothing else. Had to ask for wine list twice. The wine served was Chilean Merlot not French. Starters were good 2 Fish and Chip main one fish cooked one barely warm inside, sent it back and fish was replaced using the same plate on top of some remnants of the uncooked fish and the used lemon which I had used on the uncooked fish not replaced. The vegetables served along side were also luke warm. No offer to take cost off the bill. Total for food was £90 style over substance!!! Wine and water on top so total bill was £144.10. Fantastic meal previous night at The Welsh Kitchen cost £40 less!!! Food: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5

Shocked and appalled at the arrogance of some staff . My food was burned and they argued that it was meant to be that colour . I wouldn’t usually disagree or complain with professionals but when your food is black on one side and not on the other I find it hard to believe. Wine and food massively over priced and every person at the table had some issue . I’m not sure what went wrong but I cannot recommend this place. I have read other reviews and I can only think they were having an off day . But when your customer is unhappy - please don’t argue . I don’t need a debate about it when something is wrong .

Where do I start we were here for a family dinner, siblings get together and have some good food, however this was not a good experience from the off. We were sat down quite quickly, we ordered drinks this is where it started. Ordered Hendricks asked for cucumber garnish as this is a cucumber based gin they didn't have any, no cucumber in the hotel We ordered wine white and red you would expect a cooler for the white which we asked for when it arrived this never turned up. We then ordered food Steak turned up without sides and it was luke warm, one side turned up the other after several requests turned up after steak was eaten Fries turned up soggy and tasteless not seasoned We had a vegan in the party so we were specific about and requested a vegan bun for the vegan meal when waiting so long it turned up that they had run out so another meal was ordered with promise of a few minutes turns up over 20 mins late, it was not t9 the liking, chips were tasteless the food was burnt or at least very well done Chick peas in one of the meals were rock hard and the meat aspect bland and tasteless spice was at least expected to be present The service was disjointed lengthy and not proficient at all Our expectations were a lot higher for the cost and the establishment We requested a discount for the bad service and the lack of food quality this was granted because they new what a nightmare this was for us. Will not return I'm afraid maybe a whetherspoons next time.

Very long wait for drinks considering the brunch was supposed to be bottomless. Seriously understaffed but El was amazing. Totally rushed off her feet but did her best to make it an enjoyable experience

Came for lunch to Graze with family for birthday celebration. Menu and choice of dishes fantastic. Charlie was superb in recommending dishes and drinks to go with our order. Children’s menu lots of choice and Charlie brought them colouring pads and crayons which they loved. Food was stunning, best steak I’ve had. Joel was fantastic and was so good with the kids - even playing games with them keeping them entertained! The team arranged a birthday plate for the birthday boy! Was amazing from start to end ! Thank you Graze team and we cannot wait to come back in December.

Recently came here for bottomless brunch with some friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed! The cocktail menu was very large but we managed to try quite a few different ones during our visits, I would definitely recommend the elderflower spritz - it was delicious! Also, a personal thank you to Charlie who went above and beyond for our table. I ordered the pancakes with bacon on but asked Charlie if it would be possible to make them sweet pancakes instead and she asked the chefs to make this happen and ensured that it would be no problem at all. Would highly recommend visiting for bottomless brunch!

The restaurant did not have our booking even though I got confirmation. We were first told to wait, then told they will seat us. We were seated and ordered sparkling water to start. Service was very slow and the water came without glasses. So we waited until someone would walk past to ask for glasses. The steaks are over priced for what you get. The meat quality was poor and very tough. My husbands steak was cooked well done instead of medium. We sent it back and it came back still over cooked. I would not recommend this restaurant at all there are much better restaurants for steak around.

I attended the graze restaurant for bottomless brunch with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, The cocktail menu was extensive and we struggled to decide which one to start with but Charlie who was looking after our table was extremely helpful in explaining what each drink consisted of, which was so helpful in our decision! We started with a passion fruit martini which was delicious! Thoroughly recommend! Starters was the sharing board, which was delicious! Main, I went for the Welsh rarebit which was flavoursome and balanced, credits to the chef! Throughout my visit Charlie was very attentive and was very professional and friendly throughout and contributed to our fabulous brunch!. I think we tried every cocktail, no regrets they were all brilliant!

Booked online… it’s was a busy time, told to wait while our table was prepared and from that we were treated so well. Our food was lovely our drinks were lovely and certainly not watered down like most bottomless brunches. The choice was brilliant and I would most certainly rebook again!! Special thankyou to Charlie and Jennifer. They were so helpful and so lovely. Thanks girls.

We expected more from a restaurant in the Hilton. This was a birthday celebration. A lunchtime visit. Nice modern restaurant although not very spacious. We got to our table and we explained it was a birthday celebration. For main I ordered the Rib Eye Steak....

We had a lovely breakfast at the restaurant as guests of the hotel. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, the breakfast was more than adequate and the service was lovely, as well.

On reading some of these reviews it occurs to me that on the night we visited, the chef must have had an off night or an inexperienced junior was in charge of the kitchen because our meal was abysmal. This was a special family occasion to celebrate my wife's and my 50th wedding anniversary (delayed). The offenders were the main courses which totalled £190 for 9 people. My grandsons ' steaks were tough, my son in law, daughter and other grandson chose the Wygo hamburger which resembled something out of McDonald's. This grandson actually works for a top Wygo beef producer and knows what it should taste like. My son in law pronounced it as the worst meal he had ever had. My other daughter's chicken caesar salad arrived without the chicken, when this was pointed out a slab of unappetising chicken was produced for her to cut up and add to her salad. My wife's trout was only okay, my grandson's girlfriend said her curry was like a takeaway curry. This is really not good enough for a 'top class' hotel restaurant. Sadly I didn't know about these shortcomings until the next day as my family was reluctant to embarrass me by complaining on the night. I have to say that this was no reflection on the serving staff, only the kitchen. I have complained to the hotel management but apart from an apology no recompense has been offered. I remain very dissatisfied.
