My friends and I were provided with the best service and the bottomless brunch was amazing. They even provided a treat for my friend's birthday. Thank you. We will be back. Shame Trip Advisor do not allow you to name staff who deserve credit.

Booked Graze via First Table not realising it was a part of the Hilton hotel so later when discovering this myself and my partner were even more excited to dine at their restaurant! We were greeted by a friendly waitress and taken to the table. Ordered calamari to share to start, this was absolutely dreadful, extremely tasteless, chewy and rubbery, just awful! In fact it appeared to be the frozen Costco calamari. When the waitress returned she did not ask how was the starter even though we had left most of it. For main course I had the vegetarian platter and my partner the beef brisket burger. The veg platter was the most vile thing I've ever tasted, every ingredient tasted like pure vinegar, I only ate a piece of bread and hummus. My boyfriends burger was dry, and did not seem fresh and later left him with bad stomach!! Nobody came to check how the meal was for over 30 mins, very poor service. When the waitress eventually returned and asked how was everything, we explained that it was very disappointing and showed that I hadn't eaten any of my meal. The waitress asked if we wanted anything else but we had already been there for around 1 hr 15 was was attending a show at the Motorpoint. We requested to cancel the sticky toffee pudding as we imagined that would have been of awful standard too. A second waitress who seemed very dismissive brought us the bill which included a service charge (we asked to remove this) and I was still charged for my meal which was completely inedible. We payed and left feeling very hungry and extremely disappointed. Worse place we've ever been and spoiled our entire evening!!! What a let down. Will be contacting the Hilton directly as surely this is not a restaurant which should be representing a hotel like the Hilton.

When we booked this we didn't realise that it was the hotel restaurant. This wouldn't necessarily have made a difference but we certainly won't use it again based on our experience. The ambience was pleasant and the food good. However, we believe that having to pay £6 for a side order of chips to accompany your main course of a steak is excessive! £33 for a steak is fairly standard but served with only a grilled tomato and mushroom! Our main complaint was the toilet situation. There were 2 toilets in the foyer of the hotel for the diners to use. Both were out of order. However, there were no signs on the toilet doors informing you of this. They were just locked. So, after waiting at the toilets like a muppet (wasn't the only one either) for some time it was only after I enquired at reception that I was informed of the situation. It was only at my complaint that a notice was put on the toilet doors. Then began the fun of finding the alternatives! Either up a floor or down a floor. There were two lifts - one was out of order and the other was extremely busy. If you were lucky enough to get in a lift you then had to navigate your way around to try to locate the toilets. The signage was, in our opinion, poor.

Brilliant service and Daryna is a credit to the hotel. Attentive and nothing was too much. Food was lovely. Overall would thouroughly recommend.

The brunch has been fabulous, amazing ambiance, amazing service from Yulia. She was so attentative. I had a lovely Eggs Benedict with Avocado.

Visited this afternoon with friends and the bottomless brunch was fab! Yulia was wonderful - very friendly, welcoming and kept us topped up throughout. The bramble cocktails were delicious. Would definitely come back!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this bottomless brunch at Graze, Hilton Cardiff. Julia our waitress greeted us and continued to thrill us with her excellent customer care skills throughout. Our Prosecco was definitely bottomless and the food was stunning. We both chose the burgers off the menu and I think it was the best burger I had ever tasted! Fantastic value for money (£30). I’ll be highly recommending to all my friends and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Diane

Spend a wonderful few hours in the Graze where the service was amazing and the food was great. The server was very attentive and kept our bottomless Prosecco topped up. Lovely restaurant - Highly recommend

Visited the restaurant earlier this week and had a gorgeous meal! Lovely view of the castle and a brilliant waitress Freya, we asked a few questions and she was more than happy to aid us. Once our food came she was attentive and offered us everything we could possibly need. Great view & food and even greater service from Freya.

Me and my friend both had the burger. The service was fast and the food was delicious, the woman who served us (yulia) was very kind and informative to any questions we had about the dish including allergy accommodation. Would eat here again : )

We expected more from a restaurant in the Hilton. This was a birthday celebration. A lunchtime visit. Nice modern restaurant although not very spacious. We got to our table and we explained it was a birthday celebration. For main I ordered the Rib Eye Steak....

We had a lovely breakfast at the restaurant as guests of the hotel. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, the breakfast was more than adequate and the service was lovely, as well.

On reading some of these reviews it occurs to me that on the night we visited, the chef must have had an off night or an inexperienced junior was in charge of the kitchen because our meal was abysmal. This was a special family occasion to celebrate my wife's and my 50th wedding anniversary (delayed). The offenders were the main courses which totalled £190 for 9 people. My grandsons ' steaks were tough, my son in law, daughter and other grandson chose the Wygo hamburger which resembled something out of McDonald's. This grandson actually works for a top Wygo beef producer and knows what it should taste like. My son in law pronounced it as the worst meal he had ever had. My other daughter's chicken caesar salad arrived without the chicken, when this was pointed out a slab of unappetising chicken was produced for her to cut up and add to her salad. My wife's trout was only okay, my grandson's girlfriend said her curry was like a takeaway curry. This is really not good enough for a 'top class' hotel restaurant. Sadly I didn't know about these shortcomings until the next day as my family was reluctant to embarrass me by complaining on the night. I have to say that this was no reflection on the serving staff, only the kitchen. I have complained to the hotel management but apart from an apology no recompense has been offered. I remain very dissatisfied.
