Everytime i go into this greggs the staff are amazing sandra is so bubbly and willing to help i live in the village down from them and rather than visit our bakers where staff are not as welcoming which is another named place i prefer to travel to Tow Law even my husband visits for coffee in the morning and he says the staff are amazing so thank you ladies and keep up the work you are a credit to the Greggs Franchise

We often drop in to Gregg's in various places because you can rely on the quality of the food and pleasant attitude of the staff. However, in Tow Law the staff actually went the extra mile in terms of their friendly helpful service. Well done.

Young Woman who served me today I found rude (29/03/25). I asked her to scan the Vodafone deal I have for a £1 coffee, then she said a higher price - I asked her but it should be £1 and she then explained it’s for high st costas- which is all fine- although it should’ve been mentioned before saying the price. I then asked her to scan my costa card and she said she couldn’t then and would have to after I paid. I said ok she said she’ll be back in 2 seconds- she hadn’t put the payment to the card machine and her coworker came back and asked “are you gonna pay the balance now?” And I said I’m waiting for her as she went and it’s not showing on the card machine. The other worker then defended herself about going to make sure the sandwiches don’t burn -with an attitude- which I said yeah that’s fine I just need to pay etc. When the process came to the end my drink was waiting there and she had served another 2 drinks nicely to the other customer - handing it to them- and pointed at mine saying that’s yours.. showing a great equal service there... I couldn’t help but laugh about the pettiness and then she went on to say why you laughing as I was walking away. Horrible service to say the least. Could be nice to someone else and hand them their drinks while giving just me an attitude. After 8 years in customer service myself- this person should not be in hospitality or customer facing jobs if this is the quality of service she can offer.

After having been closed for a couple of years the pub is now due to re-open on the 31st October 2024. Greene King are saying that the re-opened pub will revert to it's former name of 'The Sportsman's Arms' (in recent years it had been named 'The Belmont'). I've given a three star (average) review as I haven't a clue yet what the pub will be like - I just thought it might be useful to post that it is re-opening soon but I can't work out how to post without giving a rating. I'm hoping to return with a five-star review soon!!

Went today for two salad boxes and the amount that we received would not of made a normal box at other branches. We are regularly subway salad buyers so we know what the amount should be
