Greggs Bakers in Fife

Popped in for a bit of breakfast on a miserable wet morning (9:30). Shop was busy and buzzing, fantastic atmosphere. I was welcomed by happy smiling faces ready to take my order. One bacon roll, two hash browns and a hot decaf flat white....all of a sudden the day was so much better. Many thanks to the lovely lady who served me and brightened up a dull grey day.

26 minutes ago NEW Terrible service refused to make fresh baggette without lettuce when every other greggs store will do so. Was told it’s now greggs policy not to make customers fresh when there is stock on shelves. This is ridiculous customer service

I like Greggs and as such try to avoid this one due to the staff and the exceptionally slow service. Today though they excelled themselves. Roll split all the way through so my bacon fell out and there was more margarine than bacon. Lid didn’t quite fit on the cup but staff didn’t care anyway. The guy in front of me even got a lid with no hole for drinking through. Please avoid this. Glenrothes beside Lidl got shop of the area award and compared to this it’s easy to see why. I would have complained but used my rewards so no refund due.

very normal nothing special about it sept the staff is very polite and top notch and fast at serving none of the waiting game going on and very helpful also very clean

This is a well run establishment with great staff. They are always warm and friendly and nothing is a bother for them. Place is nice and clean. Their fresh sandwiches and baguettes are always nice and fresh. Their breakfast offers are value for money. Keep up the good work.

The staff in here are sometimes so slow it’s beyond belief. Just been in (10.20)there were no baguettes ready and we were charged for large coffees which is what we ordered but we got regular size. They really need to get either some new staff or train the ones they have to work at a decent pace. We often come here as the food is better than some other local Greggs.

Opened about a year ago this is a really handy baker with plenty parking .Nice modern shop and cafe with modern seating and plenty of light from the windows . A good array of baking and hot and cold Pastries .. We had coffees and a sausage Baguette and bacon roll for not much more than £5. .....bargain . No wonder they are busy
