Terrible fish supper Terrible sausage supper Waste of money

Ordered two portions of nuggets one with brown one plain got sent one portion of nuggets loaded in brown sauce (my daughter doesn’t eat sauce) after waiting an hour and forty minutes for delivery, then when I checked food before paying I explained items were missing to driver was told to call restaurant I did and at first the women said the nuggets were sent plain and two lots to which I explained there’s only one portion drenched in sauce and instantly the customer was blamed and they tried to say no my partner must’ve ordered it like that even after originally trying to say they had sent the right order. I told them look waited long enough just want food now and was told we had to pay and on the receipt we were charged for two portions so hesitantly I paid and asked the driver to please bring them asap as my daughter was starving. We then waited another 45 minutes and at the back of 10pm the driver came back with the replacement nuggets and tried to charge another £8 !! even though I had already paid for the correct order as my order on receipt was fine it was what they had sent that was wrong…so even though I had paid for this order and two portions of nuggets already they were demanding I paid another £8 for a single portion when we only received one portion in the first place which is £24 they are expecting for two portions of nuggets! Honestly if you want to order from here I wouldn’t probably the worst service I’ve had from any take away in fife never had such bad customer experience

Absolutely terrible! Would give a zero if I could. What a rip off. Ordered a large fish supper. Chips cold and just crispy bits, fish was bits of flakes in batter. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered a single special fish which ended up going straight in the bin as was disgusting. It’s a few thin flakes of fish in deep fried bread crumbs which is far too oily. Not cheap either. King rib supper was bland and oily with under cooked chips.

Food was pretty bad for the price. I ordered pizza, baked potato and chips. Was more expensive than my usual chippie in dalgety bay and barely edible. Pizza was rubbery, tasteless and the base was dry verging on burnt, was also lukewarm. Potato was burnt and swimming in too much cheese and cold. Chips weren’t too bad but almost ruined due to too much sauce. Overall poor quality for the price. I don’t tend to leave reviews but felt a bit short changed on this one and felt feedback was appropriate.

Just got a pizza from you and the base was terrible. Also you usually give a few chips with single fish and this never happened. This is usually enough for me. So just disappointed that it wasn't as great. Took an hour for food to be delivered.

What an absolute disgusting fish supper,very greasy and definitely overpriced.

I ordered a pizza tonight and when it came and we first took a bit the cheese was clearly sour and had went off, after returning the pizza to the shop the women behind the counter took the pizza off me told me all the products were fresh and there was nothing she could do, she brought a huge bag of cheese out and invited me to stick my hand in to try it but realising it was cheese that would soon be on other customers food I was sensible enough to refuse. The women’s customer service was shocking. I approached her in a polite and calm manner only to have the box grabbed off me and told she wasn’t going to rectify the issue. The donner kebab I received in the mixed kebab was brick hard, dry and would go as far as to say the worse kebab I have had. Would leave a 0 if I could and would definitely recommend passing this shop to the many more within around it that has much better food and customer service

I got kids pizza meal and haggis fritters they tasted awful and both me and my family member haven't stopped being sick since eating .
