Food cold no warmth in at all.. called they said we shut what can we do!!!!! I hung up!! I ordered a kebab ...don't recommend...rubbish

The only thing going for this place is the fact that they serve chippy chips. The donner meat is dry to the point that sand seems like a better option, and is, as you would guess, completely tasteless. The pizza is just raw dough with toppings, like someone has had 1 pizza class, rolled out their best dough base, threw on some pepperoni blasted the top of it with a blow torch for colour. Haven't dared tried anything else as I value my life. If you've washed up on leven beach after 3 months alone at sea with no food then this place will maybe be acceptable, otherwise, I'd rather live on toenail clippings from a nursing home.

Don't phone if you're hungry it will take forever

very disappointed, our food arrived 45min later than expected, I would be happy to get over this if the food was good. unfortunately our calzone barely made the description, folded pizza, pre made pizza base just all dough, however it was full! my wife unfortunately had to warm her dinner up in the microwave! really poor show Istanbul ! I will take this as a lesson learnt, not to return !

This place should be shut down a will be going for a full refund tomorow the food was raw and uncooked phoned to tell them and they hung up well face to face tomorow if not refunded then he will know what outcome as he knows the family well ?

So last night (21-5-24) I ordered a chicken tikka calazone for myself and another for my husband. I was so looking forward to the chunky chicken breast pieces you normally get inside to only be disappointed. The chicken was thigh and chicken drummers. Cut into very small pieces which still had the skin on it....it did not look the same nor did it taste the same. I won't be wasting my money at this place again!

Today was the last time I placed an order with you. you brought me not 16 inch calzoni but 12 inch. They arrived with chili sauce and I ordered garlic sauce, they arrived half an hour later. My requests for an order have not been fulfilled for the third time in a row. I don’t know what’s going on at your place of work, but it really annoys me. I will advise my friends not to use your services.

Ordered food at 19:30 and still wasn’t delivered by 21:15 two calls were made to find out where the food was and they still could not tell me according to a worker or owner full of attitude still could not find a suitable outcome , I’m sure we can all agree it doesn’t take and 1hr 45 mins to deliver food even if busy , if that’s the case I suggested to the person I spoke to if any foods were running a bit late would it not be a good business practice to call the person who ordered the food just let them know they were running a wee bit late common courtesy , in the end it was delivered at 21:23 any they were kindly told to take it back , moral of they story if you can’t provide a prompt service or communication with your customers don’t be in business.

Absolute shambles, ordered a pizza and the chicken was sour took it back and got nothing but abuse saying it was fine. Attitude was stinking pizza was even more stinking. Avoid like the plague!!!

Very bad service I was on the phone for 10 mins trying to make an order and they kept putting me on hold asking me to phone back takes 40 minutes everytime I only live about 1 minutes drive away and the prices are absurd

Yet again had sausage and chips from here , 3 small battered sausages i dont know what they do to them i think they smoke them but asked for not smoked so one small bite and then binned them so just a small box of chips so will not buy sausages from here again

Ordered a make your own pizza and a burger took over a hour and 20 min to get here pizza was wrong stuff missing wrong base and look warm and burger was correct but was soggy and warm really disappointed

Excellent service and food is always hot

Fish is excellent but very small portion and a large mixed kebab could not have fed my child.. Far too expensive and businesses like these exploiting the cost of living price rises a bit excessively

Just sat down to eat my half pounder with cheese and bacon.... One bite and no more..... Absolutely the worst burger I've had..... Tastes horrid.... Can't eat it.... Bun is soaked in sauce and grease and just falls to bits... Burger is rank! Chips were OK tho.... Would like a refund please.

I don’t know if they have new staff or management but… this place is definitely NOT the “Best in Town”. The food is always very greasy to the point where you feel sick eating it. Don’t know anyone who wants to be eating soggy food. Also the wrapping skills are awful! 100% better places to spend your money then here because this happens every time I order!

Margaritas pizza was burnt last time I order from them

Usually order from here weekly, will not be anymore. Placed an order, they forgot all the sauces and dips (which alone cost over £5 so I’d expect to receive them) I phoned up to ask and the driver said he had handed them to me. Lady on the phone was very rude and had condescending tone. They said they would send me out the sauces, 25 mins go by and nothing, ended up just phoning up and telling them not to bother. Poor customer service, really stingy with the cheese and dinner meat on pizza and chips and cheese. Asking for a refund on just eat.

Grim if you served that up in Istanbul there would be a riot - nasty dry strange chicken that looks like it’s never seen a grill with wilted salad.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Phoned on Saturday night and placed an order for a party. This cost £145. The takeaway told us it would be delivered by 2am. We phoned back they say it will be 20 mins. 3am came and went, still nothing. They then started to ignore our calls. FOOD NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY STILL CHARGED US! SCAM!

Absolutely disgusted with the service last night! Ordered off just eat took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive with the wrong order . Called the shop and was told to call back in 5 minutes as the owner wasn't in .. Called back to get told the order was correct thats what we ordered . When the address was quizzed they realised it was the wrong order but I was told just to keep it as it wasn't being replaced then hung up. Safe to say we won't be using this place again .

Chicken tikka kebab was disgusting look like someone had been sick in a pitta bread tasted rank nothing like it should be chunks of chicken cooked on skewers more like the dregs from the bottom of a curry pot.

Just had a delivery that took 1 hour and 20 mins to arrive. I was told half an hour and then a bit more as I wanted fish? When the food eventually arrived the food was luke warm at best and mostly ended up in the bin, usually order from here and have no problem when picking up, so obviously sending out too many orders at once for delivery!!!!

Pizza cold and topping had hardly any pepperoni, cheese was yuk. Chips were cold and not fully cooked. They were white soggy. Ordered large chips and was less than half a box .

Won't be back twice we have ordered and something has been wrong with our order banana fritters are actually meant to be crispy on outside not soggy and have syrup in the tub. Asked for a wrap wasn't what it was meant to be when that came either soggy and not nice juice was also warm don't know why anyone wants to order from here terrible place we defo won't be back

Last 3 times I have ordered food has been late one time they even decided to wait until they shut shop before delivering I had to wait half an hour this is not on

Order was placed for 7.30.phoned at 7.50 to be told it was on way.phoned back at 8.10 to be told srry we really busy.meal arrived 8.15 kebab meat was like shoe leather.not Impressed at all.

Placed my order via just eat. Waited an hour for it and what arrived can only be described as road kill. The kebab was missing salad and sauce. The meat inside was tough as old boots and tasteless. Photos kinda say it all really. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.

Used Just Eat to get a hogi wrap with a portion of chips and asked for no sauce on the hogi wrap and tomato sauce on the chips , the order came with sauce on the wrap and no sauce on the chips and when I asked for them to switch it they told me it was my fault for wording it wrong and when I said I would be leaving a complaint I was told to F off and then they hung up

Very disappointed ordered food after a busy day at work for me and my fiance to then receive our order and have food missing phoned up to let them know got passed from one person to another told that they would have the missing food to me shortly then to wait over an hour and the food be cold wont be ordering again!!

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered food at 5.40 still not here at 6.52 phoned to ask. Told driver on way. Arrived at 7.27! Chips were stone cold and 3 pizzas were luke warm,tasteless. Phoned to complain! Not even a proper apology! Excuse after excuse. I wont be using this takeaway again and would'nt ADVISE!!!!!

Ordered my food at 11:35pm had to phone at 12:25am to ask if it was on it's way, got told wasnt sure as waiting on delivery driver got food at 12:35am food was cold no apology. If they are going to be later they should explain this while on the phone,

I ordered on just eat. Asked for 6pm delivery. It came at 4.30 and food was cold and sweets in kids box were melted together in the packet. Really disappointed. Usually like them too.

Where do I start?... the "chicken" was dryer than Gahndis flipflop, never thought I'd love onions so much... had to dissect the wrap as I imagine you had too when you decided to take meat from whatever animal you chose to serve me

Ordered many times before and happy. Tonights order was cold. There was only one pitta bread supplied with our £14 main meal with what looked like a bite out of it. The chips were order specifically NO CHEESE. They had cheese. And were greyish/green colour and STONE COLD. The salad tub contents were almost invisible was so small. The chicken was so dry even the dog wouldnt eat it. I know youre busy but COME ON! It mostly went in the bin. Total waste of £20 VERY disappointed. (And hungry)

Jack and his staff are brilliant. I have dietary issues, they are honest and helpful about ingredients, and adapt for me which is very much appreciated.

Great place, stopped by on the off chance and was not disappointed! Food made fresh in front of you and pizza is excellent. Battered mars bar topped it off! Highly recommended.

Ordered chicken tikka kebab and it wasn't what we expected. Chicken didn't taste like tikka and it was also in some kind of sauce. Indian food being my favourite this is one of the worst I have ever tasted.

So we have ordered 3 kebabs and all the chicken was dry and tasteless. The chicken also was that tuff you could tell it was out of the freezer. The Lamb was so fatty there wasn’t that much meat on there but pure fat. The kebabs all came in Pitta when we ordered 2 in Nann Bread. The Beff Burger which anyone can cook was dry and went straight in the bin it was that bad. I wouldn’t ever eat from this place and wouldnt be ordering again

This meal was disgusting it was the cheapest cuts of meat a chicken kebab I'm terrified iv caught Salmonella Had great meals from here previous but this,was terrifying who's heard of shredded unrecognisable chicken Would add PIC if I could as iv taken plenty. Advice to Istanbul do not do a deal if u cut corners I would like to see what human chicken that came from as it looked like an experiment. Sorry guys hope I'm not at the Vic tonight

This place is a total Joke and just eat isn't much better. Twice this week they have turned up mid afternoon with food we did not order. First time our address but wrong postcode, no one had ordered from our adress during the day Turned up today again and imagine my confusion being handed chips cheese and curry sauce when I'd just walked through the door from Work! To be told you ordered it, no I didnt I was at work! and why the hell would I want chips cheese and curry sauce At 3pm! Seems their systems have an issue either that or they are incompetent because it turns out my daughter ordered via just eat at 11.45pm the night before and it never arrived. So they decided to bring it at 3pm. When we called to complain and explain to them they must have a problem with their system as it turns out this delivery was about 15 hours late they were extremely rude and said they would never deliver to us again! Well you can shove your 'best in town' because your the 'worst in town' absolutely disgusted with this place.

Salad on burger only had lettuce and red cabbage! Where was even tomato n cucumber? Surely both are basic salad items?

Ordered here a few times driver ali is arrogant and dirty he also has a skin condition that peals off and falls in to your meal bag really not very hygienic at all please spread the word you don't want to be eating skin with you meal i have already reported this to the shop and the environmental health services

Awful. I ordered my food online, it was accepted, then over an hour later it said delivered, it hadn't been. I called to ask where my food was and the owner Jack, denied that I had ever ordered, he told me to check my email for confirmation, I had received it but he continued to deny it. Then tonight I ordered again, they were late and it said delivered again so I reordered and the owner called me to shout down the phone that if I don't like his (late, useless, lazy) service I should order from somewhere else! I will in future.

I have never had a bad meal 9 times out of 10 if we are ordering from anywhere we order from their, we have a perfect meal everytime jack and them all cook a perfect meal, thanks guys keep up the good work xx

Ordered pizza and garlic bread from here and it was utterly abismal the worst meal I have ever had from a takeaway.....will never order from here again.
