Fortune Garden ( New Great China) in Fife

Probably the worst meal I’ve ever eaten….it was late as well as watery. Please avoid this place as you’ll surely be disappointed ☹️

First time trying this place and wasn't disappointed. Will definitely be back. They don't take card, cash only Cash is king ✔️

Coming from fife and having tried a gd few takeaways over the years...but from now on I'll be ordering from this AMAZING place from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Waited one hour and five minutes for my delivery to find it was barely warm, you shouldn’t have to put your meal in the oven to heat up as it ruins it. I’ve ordered my last.

Avoid!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! The staff got the order wrong when I phoned to rectify I was met with rudeness and attitude. Never had an issue with any of the other Chinese takeouts in Methil who would apologise and fix your order, this place just blamed the customer! I’m not one to complain but when met with this level of utter rudeness I had no choice! Go to Singapore they are much better, fresher and have nice staff!!!

Pre- ordered food over the phone - was told a time , went for the time stated and had to wait for nearly 15mins longer got home and order was wrong , called up and said I wasn’t happy and was leaving a review … ‘ok’ and hung up on! Absolutely disgusting customer service. (Couldn’t return to restaurant due to childcare)

That's the worst chicken fried rice I have ever tasted it was rank won't be using them again

Phoned order in at 5.45....7.12 still waiting and I'm 3 mins by car Disgrace .. never again

Now.... the food was of good qaulity and well cooked and delivery was ba g on time, it's just a shame that the curry is like spicy water and our Singapore rice noodles were bland and tasteless when they should be a taste explosion. We wont be ordering again

The best chicken curry for years. Very nice stuff; quick delievery And again like always, very hot, very delicious, very spicy and very quick friendly delivery.

Curry like water. When phoned shop they said they added water because I asked for mild? Will not be back.

Phoned in order, 20 mins then stood for 20 mins waiting.. Whats the point taking an order but not making it until i get to shop.. Joke!

Got my order wrong, told me to come back to the shop, and they would replace it, when I got there made me pay an extra £6 for the order that they got wrong in the first place have gotten the order wrong a second time ! Will be going to the jade from now on utter shambles

40 mins wait for the second week in a row, but the food is good.

Absolutely fantastic Chinese takeaway there chicken and blackbean sauce is amazing with mushrooms peppers and onions omg best thing I've ever tasted and low syns to if your doing slimming world lol 😋😋

Had a meal from here on saturday night my partner and l both had upset stomachs through the night and into sunday.....not good! Checked out food hygiene certificate on council website and they have not passed and failed to even reach the minimum requirement

Love the food and the service is great lovely people who work there

Had only a couple of times and the foods ok there are better places in the area at the same prices.
