Greggs in Denbighshire

The food was freshly cooked so it was hot. Xxx

After waiting just over an hour then food arrived cold.

Nice breakfast bacon & sausage bap with coffee

Awful but the food was great even though it was only Down the road it took over and hour

Missing items and then decided to put hot sauce in when asked for garlic and herb. Pizza was burnt on top and had a soggy bottom.

Always a pleasant visit - today I was particularly impressed by how the cheerful and efficient Georgina dealt with a few quite old and slow dodderers (even older and more doddery than me!). She was kind, patient and.chatty and served the rest of the queue simultaneously. Oh, and the rest of the staff are great too!

Updated review as my experiences with greggs has vastly improved . The staff are very welcoming and the shop is spotless. Service speed has gotten a lot faster and I feel the quality in products far outweigh any other businesses on the high street.

Absolute disgrace from greggs. Missed majority of my order. Just eat driver has offered to go back for me to sort order out. He’s a good lad. Tried contacting greggs who basically laughed down the phone and hung up

Don't offer the option of no spread if you're going to ignore it. Wasted money and time on something I can't eat.

Went in to greggs on Rhyl high street today and had 5 Southern fried pieces of chicken gorjons and they were absolutely delicious and they were only £ 3.20 will go there again.

I must shared this with you guys. So one day me and my son went to Gregg's and unfortunately for us it was just getting closed. Lovely staff member promised to bring to my son sausages rolls on day when he will had karate, as staff members children going as well in same karate. Yes she did bring on the following days to my son and didn't take any money, it was such as beautiful gesture, that I would like to say Big Thank You to all staff and owner of this place.

The rolls are brilliant but I didn't get what I ordered, I ordered breakfast baguette with extra bacon and omelette breakfast roll, got 2 rolls NO baguette, Food great but this isn't first time staff get order wrong happens quite a bit.

Waited over half an hour for driver to leave restaurant didn’t give us £10 worth of food and was extremely rude, now have to wait 7 days for refund we phoned up and said we could reorder but didn’t let us only refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only gave one star cos couldn’t submit not even worth one star

Never done this before thought would have a lazy night...food was nice and hot so was the coffee but just disappointed that was missing pizza that went with meal deal...the delivery service was super fast and the driver very friendly....was unable to chase up missing food only get refund...😞...not sure I would rush for a lazy night again...

Lovely Hot Snacks at a good price...

Food and coffee arrived cold and was rejected by me. I'm having kitchen refitted, hence no means to heat food or drink. On checking drivers route, he went in completely the opposite direction. No contact number was provided for driver so I couldn't direct him. The driver accused me of giving wrong address - incorrect. The driver updated delivery at 18.05, despite delivery arriving at approx 16.30 therefore delaying the opportunity for me to register my complaint - completely unacceptable. I will be contacting Gregg's Head Office and updating Trustpilot accordingly.

Staff are very polite and friendly, always a great selection of sandwiches and savouries

They only sent me a bacon baguette instead of bacon&sausage it’s absolutely stone cold and my drink was spilt in the bag.
