two sausage rolls early in the morning should have been piping hot considering it was the first batch but was stone cold. Terrible service also from the staff members as they were more bothered having a chit chat

Went in to greggs on Rhyl high street today and had 5 Southern fried pieces of chicken gorjons and they were absolutely delicious and they were only £ 3.20 will go there again.

I must shared this with you guys. So one day me and my son went to Gregg's and unfortunately for us it was just getting closed. Lovely staff member promised to bring to my son sausages rolls on day when he will had karate, as staff members children going as well in same karate. Yes she did bring on the following days to my son and didn't take any money, it was such as beautiful gesture, that I would like to say Big Thank You to all staff and owner of this place.

Food was nice enough. We sat in. Although when I went back to get another sweet(to eat in) I also got a 4 pack of sausage rolls to take home. After paying I realised I'd been changed the eat in charge for every sausage roll!! Feeling a bit ripped off now. There was a huge queue so I didn't go back. The eat in charge is just a money grabbing scam. No matter how rushed you are don't have trust in the price you are told is correct!!!!

Our food was straight from the oven the manager served us , she was extremely friendly the shop was immaculate, a lovely experience, I'm not local was just visiting for the day but would definitely take a trip back next time I'm in Rhyl.

Just ever since the beginning on this year every single pastry has been stone cold like. you guys charge enough surely you can put the heater on just keep them that little bit warmer . and honestly can't fault any other greggs outlet all been fantastic. the one in the rhyl high street. i cba going there for food anymore only coffee and even that is sometimes just a waste of time. and the "caution contains may be hot" is kind of a sick joke. i have never in my life been arsed to write a review ever for anywhere. but honestly i used to love everything in the greggs in rhyl. now its just like. feels like i'm being robbed. even in the morning soon as they barely open up the food is cold... hot the F you manage that..? rant over. place isn't worth a second thought. i'd rather go a bit further for a better greggs outlet.

Greggs is a good place to eat I love the triple chocolate Muffin It is so tasty and the pizza is tasty too👍

Hello, often in Rhyl town centre to use PO & Boots. Cannot understand why Greggs head office gives staff in town centre outlet instructions to have both main entrance halves of doorway open regardless of the weather??? If it is blowing a gale or bucketing down with rain it makes no difference, that doorway is always 'Snibbed' in open position. WHY ???

Went into Greggs today, on one of our rare visits to Rhyl. As we usually eat their warm and very tasty Steak Bakes, we thought we would try the pizza for a change. 2 pieces of Cheese and Pepperoni were purchased,costing £3.50 and we decided to eat them whilst heading for car, before making our journey back to our home. After just two bites, the pizza tasted absolutely discusting, and we both disposed of them in the nearest litter bin. The pieces were Stone Cold, the pastry was dry, and the cheeese topping tasted very strong and rubbery. If that wasn't enough, our hands were covered in an oily grease, & having no tissue meant my wife had to drive home with oily hands. When we hot home, the interior of the car had to be thoroughly cleaned, as not only was the steering wheel covered in this horrible oily deposit, but the gear lever and door handles all wanted a thorough good wash. We usually always enjoy warm delicious snacks from any Greggs outlet- but the pizza needs an urgent review, as its quality has now spoiled my faith in anything else that I purchase from there in the near future. Truly the worst pizza we have really ever had the misfortune to taste, then throw away after just a couple of bites. What a waste of £3.50. Never ever again.

Why aren't Greggs selling Meat & Potato Bakes anymore. Been into the Rhyl branch several times but they never have any. Surely they must amongst the most popular bskes that they sell.

I first went to this Gregg's last week.I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop.the bagguettes were very nice with plenty of filling.I went back yesterday and wasn't disappointed.

Stopped for the freshly made baps for later that morning really tasty ingredients, the girls are very friendly ideal early lunch plenty of different products out which is great! Great fresh items!

Called in to town early thought we d pick up some rolls for later good range of items available as some greggs we've visited in different places don't have hardly anything out but here got a mixture of items nearly pretty much some of everything which was great, girls behind the counter were really nice and friendly all clean and tidy really great greggs!

Visited with my daughter. Ordered a cappuccino a bacon bap for me and she had cheese and onion pasty and a healthy drink. Food was fine, quality was good and good value for money. Visited the toilet before we left.. Very disappointed.. They were a bit of a mess.. To think it was only 10.00am! Left feeling disappointed and unimpressed.

Had a Cappuccino and Cheese slice, I visit Greggs regularly when I am in town for a quick Coffee and bite to eat, Coffee is always good but the pastries vary day to day, on this particular occasion the cheese slice was slightly overcooked, will be back as usual.

The food was fine, but rude service means that I wouldn't eat here again. After paying for my meal using contactless, and waiting for my receipt the assistant rudely snapped that 'You don't get a receipt with contactless' (since when?) and walked off into the backroom.

Stoppard a un pastel de crema era muy necesario tratar. Rápido y agradable servicio cortés tenía un café con crema fresca y choux mi compañero tenía un yum yum. Nos sentamos y les comimos ya que era fácil opción y estaban deliciosos, ya que todos son de Greg de muy buen nivel.

Soy un cliente habitual y vaya en casi cada día para mi desayuno y tener la misma comida, que no avena sirope durante 2 semanas, así que tengo que slim a un bar de granola. Y me dice que un miembro del personal "no de nuevo" y el "porridge" respuesta era "sí" no un lo siento.

Queso muy agradable y empanadas de cebolla. El personal muy amable. También utilizan para hacer, una carne deliciosa y fritas tarta, pero dejan de hacerlo ahora. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Greggs

Greggs is always full with hardly anywhere to sit ever. I much prefer other bakeries to this one however I can't complain about the food that they sell as it is delicious but sometimes soggy pastry

In my experience all pasties are best served hot but never in here and if you ask which pasties are hot they put their hand on them and say no none of them are really hot? Staff not very friendly either.

Greggs ...the home of the most delicious meat and potato pie ever! This little shop has a quick turnover, so you know you are going to get your pies still warm from the oven. Fast efficient service although sometimes they do forget to smile, and look a little impatient when people are deciding what they want. However, highly recommend.

I usually get a take away coffee from Greggs to take into work. Yes, the coffee is OK, but what I am impressed about is just how friendly and polite all the staff are in there. Greggs is also very good value for money, and when you have bought nine hot drinks you get the tenth one free. The almond croissants are the nicest I have ever had! However, I feel all the credit should go to the staff, it is a welcome change to have cheerful and polite shop assistants.

Greggs offers average quality food for average prices. It's ok for a quick snack but personally I prefer Pound Bakery in the White Rose Centre which isn't necessarily better quality but is certainly better value for money.

well the cheese pasties are the best ,the kids love the sausage roll's just so easy to get great snacks when walking around the street market .made the time pass
