No sausage for bacon sausage baguette

There was only one piece of bacon on the bacon + sausage roll and no extra bacon on the bacon with extra bacon roll, Just not good enough.

Once again, an item was missing from my order. Maybe the staff could pay attention when reading it, that would be great

The food was fine but the latte in both containers had spilt in transit. The delivery driver just dumped it at the front door and drove off. He only had to say sorry!

Brown sauce missing off sausage barm and 1 hot chocolate missing

No omelette on either breakfast bap.

The order was wrong. I ordered 2 x bacon + sausage muffins and one bacon muffin with extra bacon. We received 3 x bacon + sausage muffins. Not everyone likes sausage.

Food is always fresh, and tasty.

Some staff rude and dismissive. Don't seem to be aware of click and collect, claim that they "never send texts" to advise that your order is ready for collection. The texts eventually arrived two hours after the food was collected. A disappointing experience. The food was good though.

I ordered 4 doughnuts and got delivered only 2. The rest of the order is good.

This branch of Greggs offers nothing outstanding compared to other locations; you get what you expect. However, the staff here really make the difference. They were friendly and efficient during my visit, which left me with no complaints.

Bacon not cooked well and had a lot of fat on it. Driver gave me someone else's order as well as my own.

Arrived well packaged, order correct and hot.

Nice freshly made my kids & I enjoyed it and we sat in as it was so quiet.. Great staff too!

My order was delivered to the wrong house! luckily I have honest neighbours who used there initiative and called me on my mobile using the receipt attached to the bag, so I could go round and collect my order!

Had multiple problems now, from being served undercooked food to having my orders cancelled and not getting my actual money back, just a goodwill gesture I can only use In store.

Always get a breakfast deal on Urmston Artisan market day, 1st Saturday monthly on Golden Hill car park.

No froth on lukewarm lattes toasties warm(ish) “sweaty” and cheese topping stuck to inside of wrapping donuts ok - tracked driver on app clearly doing multi drops some taking him further away from my address than the pick up point - very dissatisfied

Excellent service as always and consistent standards

Food was fine although would have been a lot warmer if the driver hadn't of drove right past the house and took it on a tour for 20 mins before returning to deliver it.

Good Greggs, plenty of space in the shop and the usual. Breakfast / pastry / desert selection as well as sandwiches and hot food. Good selection of cold drinks and all the Gregg's favourite hot drinks too. Remember to download the app and scan so you can collect stamps and get some free scran when you have collected / purchased 10 items under any one of the categories! .......... .

Super quick food with a good price Morning visit for a bacon barm and coffee and bacon barm and hot chocolate for £3.50. Perfect start to our day. Try it.

I asked for the rolls to be buttered as that seldom happens. There was just a small dollop of butter on the base of each roll. Not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have ordered several times using just eat delivery from Gregg's,always on time good food ,only had one item missed off order first time it wouldn't allow to put which item, it was part of meal deal but still a good service. Will definitely continue using.

Unfortunately this is the first time I’ve ordered Greggs from Urmston and it was not good. I placed my order around 8:30am and it didn’t arrive until 10:10am so that was horribly not ideal. Everything was stone cold (the hot chocolate, sausage barm and sausage rolls in particular) I couldn’t eat the sausage barm so threw it away as well as pouring the ‘hot’ chocolate down the sink.

The bake was cold, but hardly much trouble to warm. Tasty. Good hot chocolate. Eating donuts later. Thanks Greggs.

Everything perfect and delivered on time. Greggs in Urmston is a gem and since I changed from Greggs in Trafford Park I've had no problems.

Perfect once again and arrived on time.

Don't want to give any stars to this store, staff are super rude. Used to be ran much better than it is these days, seems they cant even cut a barm correctly anymore. They really have let the standards drop here i for one will not be returning in the future there is plenty of places around Urmston that are much more capable and polite to customers.
