Came here and had a cheese ham pizza and it was amazing! Vanessa was my waitress and she was zooming everywhere to make sure everyone got what they wanted and needed and she described the menu to me with a smile on her face. ☺️

Lydia was really attentive and lovely ! Great service.

great service, food was delicious came with my girlfriend. we were served by lydia and wanessa who made our evening extra special, they gave us great recommendations and made us feel so welcome. it was our anniversary and to celebrate they brought a cake out which we thought was really meaningful. we will definitely recommend to family and friends especially the service lydia and wanessa gave us, thank you so much and see you again soon

Franco Manca at the Trafford Centre truly delivers when it comes to amazing food and exceptional service. The pizza was absolutely delicious with that perfect sourdough base and fresh toppings that hit all the right notes. This was my second visit and once again I was blown away. The first time I came I received what I would call A ⭐️ service and this time it was even better — A star star service. What really made this visit special was our server Lily. She was the absolute star of the show. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with the warmest smile and her friendly welcoming demeanor instantly made us feel at home. She was attentive kind and genuinely hospitable. It felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of our meal. She truly elevated the whole dining experience and made it memorable for both me and my sister. I would highly recommend this place if you love a good pizza and appreciate great service. Franco Manca Trafford Centre is not just about fantastic food but also about people like Lily who make you want to come back again and again. Loved it. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Went here for lunch on a weekday with my boyfriend - it was a great experience! This is the best sourdough pizza we have tried in a restaurant- fresh, good flavours. The staff are friendly and helpful, Lily and Lydia were so nice! We will definitely be coming back again🥰

I came in tonight with my husband for our anniversary as we both love pizza! Was greeted straight away by a lady called Lydia. She got us seated and was so friendly and attentive to us both. Staff let us pick a quiet corner, the server Lucy was wonderful, and her recomendations were excellent. She brought us some coffee tiramasu free of charge and it was delicious and light and perfectly creamy! Wonderful place!

Recently opened and couldn’t resist 50% off food promotion. Sourdough Pizza was good and made with delicious ingredients specially ricotta cheese which was of high quality. Homemade lime drink was much better than any soft drink. Tried few starters and Green mix salad which was good but could’ve been richer and fulfilling. Lemon cake with yogurt and wild berries was sweet and recommended for our desert. Halal meat options are available. Recommend to visit if you’re looking for a quality dining experience in Trafford center.

Lydia was absolutely fantastic. To say there was around 15-20 of us in the restaurant, she was front of house plus waitress in such a friendly and time efficient manner. Very pleased with the food itself of course, but thank you Lydia for being so attentive and time efficient!

Ordered from Deliveroo. Love other Franco manca branches but this was terrible. Pizza dough on both pizzas was raw and inedible. Didn’t get to eat it and was worried about food poisoning. Wasn’t given a refund on Deliveroo and won’t be ordering again

Today's pizzas were great! Dough was nicely baked, crispy but soft inside. Lydia and 2 other waiters are super friendly and chatty. Great experience!

Food was okay but service was really bad We kept waiting for them to pay bill and they didn’t come. Rude behaviour. She kept the bill on our table and turned away to take order from another table without saying anything. We kept waiting for 15minutes but no one came to our table for us to pay bill finally we went to the front desk but she said you should pay from there itself.the staff behaviour was a disaster from the start when we were kept waiting to take our order.finally we had to call them to place the orders. Despite making us wait long throughout they did not apologise for their behaviour. Please make sure the staff are trained to handle customers. Won’t be going there again.

This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the mall. The pizza was absolutely delicious—thin and perfectly made, just as it should be. We ordered numbers 4 and 9 from the menu, and they were excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly. I totally recommend this place!

Where to start, staff weren't interested, rude and questioning of an order when ordering milk for a 2 year old. Food was below average. Won't be returning. Also wine came in a water glass, it was just a bit rubbish all over.

Really nice pizzas! Best one I had in a while. The atmosphere is great and very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable too! Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only thing I would say they're missing is fries and wine glasses for wine. Apart from that, this place is great!
