Danté served us and was amazing, even though we were quite difficult. The food was amazing, timely, and danté was so patient, and funny and polite. Danté is a credit to the company,and deserves a pay rise!!! His benevolence enriched our experience, and I implore thus company to promote him !!

Recently opened and couldn’t resist 50% off food promotion. Sourdough Pizza was good and made with delicious ingredients specially ricotta cheese which was of high quality. Homemade lime drink was much better than any soft drink. Tried few starters and Green mix salad which was good but could’ve been richer and fulfilling. Lemon cake with yogurt and wild berries was sweet and recommended for our desert. Halal meat options are available. Recommend to visit if you’re looking for a quality dining experience in Trafford center.

Lydia was absolutely fantastic. To say there was around 15-20 of us in the restaurant, she was front of house plus waitress in such a friendly and time efficient manner. Very pleased with the food itself of course, but thank you Lydia for being so attentive and time efficient!

Visited this evening and had a really lovely meal with a fantastic voucher on the app. Food was delicious and the service was brilliant- really lovely servers, super attentive and quick! Would come again!

Ordered from Deliveroo. Love other Franco manca branches but this was terrible. Pizza dough on both pizzas was raw and inedible. Didn’t get to eat it and was worried about food poisoning. Wasn’t given a refund on Deliveroo and won’t be ordering again

Today's pizzas were great! Dough was nicely baked, crispy but soft inside. Lydia and 2 other waiters are super friendly and chatty. Great experience!

Very disappointed with the service , rude behaviour!!

Food was okay but service was really bad We kept waiting for them to pay bill and they didn’t come. Rude behaviour. She kept the bill on our table and turned away to take order from another table without saying anything. We kept waiting for 15minutes but no one came to our table for us to pay bill finally we went to the front desk but she said you should pay from there itself.the staff behaviour was a disaster from the start when we were kept waiting to take our order.finally we had to call them to place the orders. Despite making us wait long throughout they did not apologise for their behaviour. Please make sure the staff are trained to handle customers. Won’t be going there again.

I come here often and I have been seen at different times by Wanessa, Lily and Danté, they all lovely and couldn't do more for me and the general customers to have a really nice experience. After done my shopping nothing better then go there and have the most amazing Sourdough Pizza and really be looked after. Thank you very much to all the staff and keep up with the good work 👏

This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the mall. The pizza was absolutely delicious—thin and perfectly made, just as it should be. We ordered numbers 4 and 9 from the menu, and they were excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly. I totally recommend this place!

Best pizza in town. The truffle pizza is my favourite, and the child portions more than fill up my 10 year old daughter. Thank you to Noor for a fantastic service!

Where to start, staff weren't interested, rude and questioning of an order when ordering milk for a 2 year old. Food was below average. Won't be returning. Also wine came in a water glass, it was just a bit rubbish all over.

Really nice pizzas! Best one I had in a while. The atmosphere is great and very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable too! Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only thing I would say they're missing is fries and wine glasses for wine. Apart from that, this place is great!

Had an amazing time at France Manca in Trafford Centre! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and Danté was the most fantastic server! So patient and supportive with our big group and made sure we had the best time!!

Nice looking place with friendly staff, but the food was pretty poor. The garlic bread and mozzarella was bland and the number 7 pizza we got off the menu was also bland, plus the cheese and toppings slid off the pizza bases, which is annoying. They don't do cordial, so it's either coke, orange juice, beer or organic lemonade. The lemonade and orange juice are not very nice in my opinion. The straws for the bottles are far too short. They fall in the bottle constantly, and they are a nightmare to retrieve. We ate the food with no complaint or fuss because it was around 2pm, and we hadn't eaten all day. Not how I envisioned my late hangover lunch, but life goes on. The greek next door is supposed to be really nice for future reference.

Great value for money with the lunch menu. Good size pizza with a great selection of toppings. Most importantly it's sourdough so a bit healthier than other pizzas.

The food at Franco Manca, in the food court at the Trafford Centre, was lovely but what made our meal out even more pleasant was our lovely server Lily. Such a ray of sunshine and so helpful. We had a good little chat as she was so friendly and engaging whilst giving us time and space to enjoy our meal.
