It was lovely me and my mum went for lunch there we shared the francos favourite pizza it's was delicious to say the least the ladies serving us were wonderful and very polite and the service was fairly quick especially out waitress Connie I really enjoyed the atmosphere it felt like I was really eating my lemon and raspberry sorbets on the streets of Italy it was so cute I would recommend and I would definitely go again

Started off really well menu explained , unfortunately the next table came in , we sat waiting to be served , they serv the next table before us , bring there food , we're still waiting we ask to order , oh hang on I'm bringing out the next tables mains now , we then finally order drinks , pint of shandy please , no sorry we only do lager or lemonade not mixed , never heard that before , next table finish and leave still no starter , def won't be back food was OK to be fair but maybe due fact I had waited and extra hour to eat , don't be in a rush !!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!! The food was average and didn't stand out at all, but this wasn't the provlem. The issue was with the service. It was absolutely awful. It took 20 minutes to have any food or drinks order taken. It was then a further 40 minutes to get the food. The vast majority of the staff were rude and couldn't even manage to crack a smile. It was an appalling experience. To the 1 member of staff who i did see smiling and who was making an effort with customers i am sorry, because your colleague's have really let you down.

We had 2 sourdough pizzas and they were ok, just ok. The pepperoni pizza with chilli oil has lots of flavour but it had a very soggy base due to the chilli oil. We needed to use a fork to eat a slice of pizza. The other pizza was smoked ham and it was very dry! Would we return again? Probably not.

Nice experience and not too busy which we appreciated. Good pizza wish there was more flavour variety but delicious either way. Lydia took great care of us and she was brilliant - big shout out.

Danté was a brilliant host for my visit to Franco Manca! He had extensive knowledge over all the ingredients on the pizzas and any question I had he didn’t hesitate to help! Service and food was brilliant and I’ll be coming back again!

Had a great meal here this evening. Tried Pizza Express first but it was an hour wait for food! Our waiter was Dante and he was really lovely. We were just saying how rare it is these days to get service with a smile! Dante is an asset to Franco Manca. Great pizzas here too. We will be back!

We were a party of 14 and when we had eventually decided what to eat Dante our waiter very quickly sorted drinks and pizza. We had enjoyed a great day and the meal was the icing on the cake. Special shout out to Dante who patiently sorted the bill out for us as some were paying separately and others as couples. Thanks Dante👍

We’ve been here before and always had amazing pizzas. My son is coeliac and their gluten free pizza is great, but I’m doing this review because the waitress today was so lovely, quick, attentive and really seemed to care about whether we enjoyed our food. Her check back was perfectly timed. I can’t praise her enough. Oh and just had to say I lived in Naples for 3 years and I’m very very particular about my pizza

Dined in, we were seated straight away on a Friday evening, the pizzas were amazing and our waiter, Callum, was fab. Excellent service, talked us through the menu and the food and also the bill came really quickly - a bonus when fitting a meal in before shops close. Will definitely be back

Ate at Franco Manca Trafford Centre not long after it opened and the whole meal was so painful that the shift manager comped the whole thing. Returned recently to find a similar story - very quiet restaurant but 2 pizzas from taking ~45mins and one arrived cold. I suspect that the servers add the final toppings to the pizzas which are cooked by the chefs - so given there was only one server the pizzas sat there in the open waiting for some mozzarella. Choose somewhere else in the Trafford Centre, although the choices are limited.

Came in for the lunch deal. Food was great and combined with great service from Lydia (very attentive and polite) made for a great experience. Would recommend.

I've been to Franco Manca in Manchester city center a few times, but I have to say, the service at Trafford Centre was absolutely top-notch! Lydia, our server, was a total gem - she had us laughing the whole time. I'd definitely go back just to have her serve us again!

Had a lovely Mother’s Day lunch. The staff were really nice and the food was lovely. It wasn’t too busy so was quite a chilled out meal. My chicken salad was really nice and the pizzas my family enjoyed were perfect. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the cheerful attitude. The only thing I’d suggest is they invest in wine glasses. Was a bit odd drinking a glass of wine out of a tumbler!

Absolutely brilliant restaurant! Food and atmosphere was great, and we were served by a lovely guy named Danté, who was so nice and chatty. It’s been a really tough couple of years for my family because we have been very isolated at home due to health issues, but Danté’s friendliness enabled us to just have a great evening out and really set the the tone for the trip. Thanks so much!

Love the pizza here. Was a really calm environment to eat in after a hectic day with plenty of space between tables so you don’t feel penned in. Dante provided excellent service. His warm and welcoming attitude made me and my family feel very welcome. The special pizza with mushroom, caramelised onion and pesto was fantastic!

I could barely find the ingredients in my pizza, almost a couple of inches of crust and a tiny layer of mushrooms, cheese and ham from Lidl. The good part is the outstanding service from the guy that attended us .

Hi Everyone, My friend and I were lucky to get place to eat as most places in the centre was closing and Franco Manca took us in. My friend and I were glad to how things turned out. The food was amazing, the people were nice and friendly. The whole experience was great and we would recommend it to all and they were busy. I special thanks to our helper Lydia, she was wonderful and funny and put a smile on everyone faces after a long day :)

Ordered from Uber Eats, which took over 1hr30mins to arrive. By the time it arrived it was stone cold and not enjoyable. I would have requested at least a partial refund due to the delay but they don't even offer this on Uber Eats. If you want your food delivered in a reasonable amount of time and not cold, do not order from here.

Highly recommend, great food and service. Connie served us and was an angel, fabulous service & was super bubbly quite literally!

We arrived as a group of 13 without booking as warmly greeted. They asked us to come back in 10mins so they could sort us a table which was great as we had been turned down by another change just beforehand due to being a large party. There was a great selection of pizzas for adults and kids. Noor, our server, was an absolute superstar and what a memory! She firstly took our drinks order which she reeled back without hesitation and had not written down. She next asked for our food order, again all 13 dishes reeled off, with amendments and again nothing written down! All drinks and food came out promptly and was fresh and filling. One of the kids had special requirements and again Noor did all she could to accommodate. If you want great food and service then pay Franco Manco a visit!

Took the society here for a meal. Fantastic is the only word I can use to describe the service. Our charming server Callum, was just excellent. Hope to visit again soon. Once agin thank you Callum!

I had a first date last night and the server Callum really accommodated for the first date. His attention to detail was just impeccable. The food was also lush. Would highly recommend for a first date location. Safe to say there’ll be a second date!!!

I went to the trafford centre on the weekend with my family for the first time! stopped off at this pizza place we had never tried before. and WOW it was fabulous. Amazing pizza for a reasonable price, my kids loved it! Would like to thank the lovely irish lad callum for his wonderful service, he put a smile on all our faces. Would definitely recommend as a place for lunch whilst shopping !

Wow! Honestly wow! I went here for a spontaneous pop in after a long tired day of shopping ahahahaha. I’ve never been to a franco manca before and it was my first time but oh my golly gosh I was impressed!!!!!! Me and my girlfriend were served by honestly such a friendly handsome young gentleman Callum! And we lovedddd his Irish accent teheheehehe.He was attentive to our needs and also was up for a bit of conversation which me and my girl loveee!! Can’t wait to come back again and hope to see Callum there!! The pizzas were great and don’t even get me started on the tiramisu. 😋😋😋😋

Food was okay but service was shocking. It took 1hr 20 mins for our pizza to arrive, when asked why we were waiting so long was told it was because we had ordered starters, other dinners who only ordered pizza had their pizza cooked first we had to wait, understand cook others whilst we were eating starter but to wait over an hour was not good. We also had two young children with us who were given their pizza when we got our starter but then had finished and were sat waiting for the rest of us to get our pizza. Definitely won’t be visiting this branch again
