I was delighted once again with the service here at Franco Manca at the Trafford centre. I come here often and I have been seen at different times by Wanessa, Lily and Danté, they all lovely and couldn't do more for me and the general customers to have a really nice experience. After done my shopping nothing better then go there and have the most amazing Sourdough Pizza and really be looked after. Thank you very much to all the staff and keep up with the good work 👏

This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the mall. The pizza was absolutely delicious—thin and perfectly made, just as it should be. We ordered numbers 4 and 9 from the menu, and they were excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly. I totally recommend this place!

Best pizza in town. The truffle pizza is my favourite, and the child portions more than fill up my 10 year old daughter. Thank you to Noor for a fantastic service!

Where to start, staff weren't interested, rude and questioning of an order when ordering milk for a 2 year old. Food was below average. Won't be returning. Also wine came in a water glass, it was just a bit rubbish all over.

Really nice pizzas! Best one I had in a while. The atmosphere is great and very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable too! Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only thing I would say they're missing is fries and wine glasses for wine. Apart from that, this place is great!

Nice looking place with friendly staff, but the food was pretty poor. The garlic bread and mozzarella was bland and the number 7 pizza we got off the menu was also bland, plus the cheese and toppings slid off the pizza bases, which is annoying. They don't do cordial, so it's either coke, orange juice, beer or organic lemonade. The lemonade and orange juice are not very nice in my opinion. The straws for the bottles are far too short. They fall in the bottle constantly, and they are a nightmare to retrieve. We ate the food with no complaint or fuss because it was around 2pm, and we hadn't eaten all day. Not how I envisioned my late hangover lunch, but life goes on. The greek next door is supposed to be really nice for future reference.

Food was gorgeous, Molly the waitress was so helpful in spending time talking about dietary requirements and vegan choices. I really appreciated it so much :)

The food at Franco Manca, in the food court at the Trafford Centre, was lovely but what made our meal out even more pleasant was our lovely server Lily. Such a ray of sunshine and so helpful. We had a good little chat as she was so friendly and engaging whilst giving us time and space to enjoy our meal.

We visited Franco Manca today with my fiancé and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to Wanesa. From the moment we arrived, Wanesa’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a perfect meal. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we felt taken care of at every step. The pizza, as always, was outstanding - perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and bursting with flavor. Thank you, Wanesa, for making our day even better.

Came here on my birthday really excited for Francos pizza. Was sat at a table and waitress walked off straight away. Sat down for 20mins and no one came to take our drinks order. A couple walked in after us and were served yet we got ignored when trying to catch attention from their waiter. Ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant. Don’t think I’ll try there again.

Food: A beautiful starter platter mix of veggies, olives, rocket and sourdough. And a wonderful pair of pizza’s, both alternative veggie and meat based, but cooked with care and personality! Service: Prompt and efficient, warm and welcoming and even went out of their way to accommodate my desire for a flat white with sparkling water asap! It was also made excellently, I may add, by the delightful Lydia. We’ll definitely return.

Great food and excellent service from Noor. A party of eleven and she memorised our full order without the need to write it down. She knew that certain elements of our order would not be appropriate to our dietary needs and advised us in our best interests. She is a credit to the restaurant.

We went here for our Sunday Brunch as recommended by one of our dear friend, we were greeted warmly by the Noor as it was our first time here trying the food we requested Noor to recommend us the popular dishes, going by her recommendations we went for pesto, and two different options of sourdough pizza, going by Noor’s choice we were extremely happy with the food, to top it off Noor convinced us order chocolate cake as a dessert which was very scrumptious and we would highly recommend Noor’s suggestions and overall service as a very good experience, Thank you Noor.

Lovely pizza. Nice sourdough pizza base. Staff a little thin on the ground but worked super hard to keep us happy. Consequently pizza took a while. Went for the pizza and soft drink for £10.00 so surprised to find £2.00 charge for a tiny amount of mayo in a paper pot and £2.70 service charge (optional) but who’s gonna say no? Leaves a bad taste sadly 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Food was basic and bland. Service was slow considering it was quiet. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere for much better quality.
