Greggs in Tamworth

Shocking service 2 girls on till only 1 serving while the other was having a chat with her friends mom, didn't even acknowledge that I'm waiting very very poor customer service.

Queue out the door, food not ready and still taking just eat orders, it’s not good enough Greggs management need to rethink this store

Outstanding service! I placed an order with Greggs (Tamworth, Ventura) for a work event and I cannot fault the service I received! Everything was ready for when I arrived and the cakes went down a treat! Shelley at Greggs was so helpful and I can’t thank her enough for how smoothly collecting my order was considering we had ordered 110 cakes! Highly recommend!!

I go the greggs shop in Tamworth every day, Shelly is very helpful every day and very friendly makes my experience nice and easy

Did say I wasn’t going to visit this branch again , however I thought I would give it another go . Still very disappointed. Young lady serving , messing with her ears then handling food & drinks ! Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Think she needs to go on a hygiene course !! That’s it , I’m done with this branch !!

We visited for a breakfast roll and coffee, both of which were cheap, delicious and well worth the money. As always simple is best. A brilliantly located Greggs as well with plenty of parking.

New outlet for this excellent quick bites company, opened per Christmas and already a big hit with visitors to this popular shopping centre. Indoor and outdoor seating for when the weathers better. Good range of food and drink as as always they never let you down. Cheers.
