Greggs in Tamworth

Popped in and had a lovely steak bake, bit of a queue for some reason, somebody was collecting a big order to deliver for someone, I think that was the reason for the queue, staff seemed rushed off their feet.

Usually badly understaffed, often out of sugar if you use it. Staff really dont care just like other Greggs stors.

Called in for one of Greggs delicious cakes and cappuccino to be greeted with friendly, helpful staff. Served quickly, nice clean table and area I am never disappointed at Greggs and the value is very good. The only comment I would make is the lack of serviettes.

Typical Greggs, lovely quick food sometimes to hot.. but can’t moan. Staff lovely and friendly can’t beat a stake bake!

Greggs seem to have got thing just right at the moment, with firm favourites loved by their customers. The staff are really helpful and friendly at this Tamworth branch.

The staff were really friendly couldn't have a picnic without my Gregg's chicken baguette and a sausage roll and a sausage roll for the train home as well.

Service here is much better than at the Ankerside store, very friendly girls behind the counter. Food is up to standard.

this place always looks so dirty when you pass or visit. i get that people are requested to clear the tables but they still need wiping and the floor still needs sweeping. does not inspire you to go in.

Hot and always tasty get the 4 pack better value and a good reason to have an extra one yum yum well done

Now the food is of good quality, served promptly and politely. However, there is a problem with the smokers just outside the door in their seating area, it comes inside every single time the door opens. And also, the volume of the radio in the shop is far too loud.
