Greggs in Kingston upon Thames

Great service I went in and ordered a sausage roll and a drink very good service very good staff they had very first service they sausage roll it took 5 minutes very basic

I regularly grab breakfast from Greggs when in Kingston, the service is always very quick and friendly. The supervisor working this morning, Ancy, was so friendly and made a killer hot chocolate. Even in the middle of a pandemic, behind a mask, Ancy smiled and delivered great service. Anyone who has worked for a while within customer service can spot sincerity in staff and it really made my morning.

Sorry to say but how difficult is it, really? You purposely ask if the sausage rolls are hot? Not difficult but the server asks their friendly staff member who says only the second shelf. That’s great I will have a hot sausage roll. Take away and it’s Luke warm. Luke warm and Clacton, cold greasy taste and totally unpleasant. Please try to deliver the high standards expected of this great company.

Very good value for money especially breakfast deals until 11am. Fast service. Friendly & helpful staff.

Although it's tucked slightly round the corner from Kingston town centre's main drags, this little branch of Greggs in Castle Street - the largely pedestrianised link road that goes from the shopping zone to the train station - is busy and bustling most of the time. It does the usual range of pasties, vegan sausage rolls, sandwiches and baguettes, soup in the cooler months, and soft drinks and coffees. But it's one of the friendlier Greggs; there's a good team on duty, and they enjoy a bit of chat with customers. And that's not something you can say about all outlets. Either side of blue divides on the pavement, you can sit out and eat on mild days. Inside, against a daringly trendy bare brick wall, there are a few small tables and seating as well.
