Food is always stone cold, have given this place plenty of chances but I wouls avoid both greggs in the town centre indefinitely. It's really not that hard to have hot food.

I ordered the margherita pizza slice and it was just okayish to have. Won't recommend it. The pizza slice was for 1.9 pounds however, the taste was just okayish.

There are two branches in The Mall. This one is the original it’s opposite Halifax Bank. They now have a vegan option. The best pastry is cheese and onion.

Overall the food was alright. We had the platter for 5 people. Came with different grills. Wasn’t too impressed with food. Staff were friendly. Overall had a great night with friends and food was ok.

176 Marsh RoadOrdered pizzas from this branch. Took 4 phone calls and 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Everything was cold! Yet according to the lady I talked to, it wasn't their fault! Who was she kidding? Age needs to have a lesson in customer service. Definitely never going to order from them.
