Beeb's Bubbles in Luton

The staff wasn’t friendly and looked bored. Seating area wasn’t clean and arranged. I got myself a tiger brown sugar which wasn’t cool enough and was too sweet. Edited 26/06/24 Beeb bubbles you truly need to train your staff to handle customers with respect and attitude free. One of the worst staffs I’ve ever seen. They’re too busy with their work and wrapped with attitude towards the customers. I gave £10.50 expecting a change of £6.30, but he gave only 40p for my surprise I’d to ask him again for the balance and then he gave the £5 note and didn’t have the audacity to tell they’ve got no change🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Will never come here again 👎🏼

Staffs are too busy with their phones and chatting with mates. Please do not ask for anything to see their attitude. Feels like you’re getting the items for free.

I bought two ice-creams but the taste of them was off, I brought them back to them and told one of the sales assistant that they were off and that they should check the rest of the ice-creams so no one gets food poisoned. She got rude about it so I asked for the complaint book, which she claimed not to have. Poor customer service and untrustworthy food handling.

If you want to enjoy a rotten milk drink more curdled than your mums cheese, this is the place to be(ebs)! I swear the tapioca was made from rabbit pelts as they had a stench like faeces and the texture of half digested carrots. I saw the manager put his grubby little stumps (his feet I mean) into my mango milk tea and then rub it clean on the same dish they use to clean the worktops. Unless you’re into the macabre and bizzare, this one’s a miss from me!

Owner has a very off putting reptilian vibe, eyes drained of any soul…i think he is a skin-walker, i feared for my purity. Pls everyone cleanse yourselves after drinking from this establishment…i believe they are putting adrenochrome in our drinks. THIS IS THE CLEAR WORK OF SATAN BE WARY FELLOW TRAVELLERS, also the brown sugar bubble tea had nits in them. Amen.

I love this shop, the boba is amazing

Appealing service these two girls work there and have absolutely no customer service, we ordered ice creams and wanted to pay by card they served us our ice cream and the card machine wasn’t working but they we’re working on fixing it so we wait 15minutes while they tried to fix it, they then said to pay cash which we didn’t have they asked us to return the ice cream which were pretty much melted already so we did and they started laughing I asked for their managers number as how can staff laugh at their customer. They gave me a number and then proceeded to answer the phone mimicking a different person on the phone. I’m shocked and disgusted with their behaviour and their is no where to even email a customer service department.

Awful customer service and mediocre overpriced drinks. tl;dr the server actually refused to serve me because she decided last-minute that I was "waiting in the wrong part of the line". My friend and I waited in line on the left side of the counter to get our drinks, which is where we always lined up every other time we've gone there. There were already 3 other people on this side of the line and nobody standing around on the other side. The wait time was noticeably long as the employee behind the counter was very slow serving each customer. By the time it was our turn to order, my friend ordered her drink first (she actually had to change her order multiple times as the employee said they were out of most flavours, and acted very put-out while explaining) and paid for her drink. As she paid, a group of women stood to the right side of the counter next to us even though there was already a queue behind me. I stood right by my friend at the counter and as I went to take my order, the employee completely ignored me in favour of serving the women on my right who'd only just arrived. She and the other customers ignored me and my friend even when we protested, and she just scowled at me when I asked why I wasn't being served. "You're standing on the wrong side", she said and turned away. My friend and I both explained that she'd been serving everyone on this side of the counter, and that I was here before the other women, but she kept on in a bored tone "you're on the wrong side, you're on the wrong side". Meanwhile the women she had chosen to serve kept giving me dirty looks and chatting to the worker while ordering. My friend's drink was already done so she couldn't get a refund, and the employee outright refused to acknowledge me despite my polite attempts to get her attention after that. She also began to ignore the people behind me in favour of serving the other more favoured customers on the left, so I had to be the one to explain to the other customers that the direction of the line had suddenly changed. She did nothing to acknowledge or address the other customers who were now having to get into the new line. A lot of people were very unhappy and the employee was completely bored and unfazed throughout the entire thing. The drinks there are overly sugary and taste like cheap artificial sweets. It's overpriced, dirty, and the staff are utterly horrible. I can’t understand why the place is even in business, and I’m very disappointed.

Good customer service. Unfortunately the ice cream was very poor for the price. Maybe try something else.

I came to order drink yesterday 22nd of June bubble citea Luton. I Ordered dirty milk tea a blonde guy served me. It tasted so weird and bad I had to bin it. I always have dirty milk tea from bubble citea but the one I had yesterday was horrible.

this place is literally the best place to go for bubble tea! i always order the same thing, matcha green tea and boba pearls, and omg, it tastes sooo good! i 200% recommend to buy!!

Worst place ever. They overwork their staff and and underpaid them ! The staff all look tired as-well as their drinks are horrendous I ordered a milk based bubble tea and it tasted vile the drink smelled as if the milk is off as well as the taste. I can tell it’s not the workers fault but the management as they push the workers to sell these expired drinks .I hoped to see this place closed down as soon as possible

Delicious, fresh, I recommend the dirty milk tea and Apple mango fruit tea with apple bubbles. Amazing!!

I said my graces and drank the strawberry milky in one gulp thinking I had gods strength by my side. How naive I was back then. God had left me in the clutches of the devil, fleeing from this so called bubble tea. I have now had to convert to hinduism and I am homeless. So my people, I ask you, is this bubble tea or is this reckoning that will end our world?

Now when I walked up to this grotesque establishment reeking of the underpaid overworked minorities, I did not have large expectation. But my God, was it absolutely horrendous. I had barely put the straw to my puckered lips when the most abhorrent, pungent odour invaded every pore of my body. The 'milk' was off.

Genuinely have never tried anything worse in my life! The milk used tasted rotten and the boba itself was clearly a knockoff! Do not go here if you value your money.

I don't get why THEY EVEN TRY! NO MATTER WHAT THEY WILL BE THE MOST POOPIEST BOBA PLACE EVER. THIS HURTS MYSELF. THIS IS DISGUSTING. I WANT TO SPIT IN THERE FACE. WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN. DOSENT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

THIS PLACE WAS SO STUPID. THE WORKERS WERE SO UGLY AND SMELLED OF CAPITALISM AND UNDERPAID WORKING. THE DRINKS WERE BITTER AND THE MAN SMELLED LIKE CHEESE. WOULD NOT GO AGAIN!!!! 👺👺

The customer service is absolutely terrible!! I ordered a bubble tea. And some girl threw my drink towards me but then it missed cause she's bent. And it hit some old lady. Personally. If I was her boss I would throw her in the bin.

I love the bubble tea and I always get milk tea, better then bubbleology or any bubble tea shop tbh. Sometimes there are staff who are not trained properly and mess up orders.

I’ve noticed the other lady has left she was really nice but there’s another girl here she works everyday so hard I love the bubble teas she really lovey

Today I tried a strawberry slush with passion boba really tasty highly recommended.

I was absolutely fuming at the fact that the boba tasted bland as hell and the tea (especially the milk teas) tasted cheap and store bought rather than made. I heard they make their teas with tesco ice cream and carton milk :( disgusting tbh.

Went there with my friend today, was the worst bubble tea ive tried. Milkshake tasted cheap and value brand.

Was closed during open hours. Perhaps it is out of business? I went out of my way to go by there as well. Disappointing.

The drinks were terrible there. The Boba was not sweet and was bitter. 1/10 wouldn't go there again.

The lady spilled my drink and when I asked for another one she refused and said she would call security if I didn't leave

I had such a bad experience. my drink was watery and I saw cockroaches. I had to wait a long time as well overall it was too expensive for a bad drink.

Drinks tasted like gone off milk, service was rude and and didn't see them washing their hands and prices were outrageous for a cup of juice. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

The staff was not very kind, the guy served boredly and reluctantly. He threw the smoothie in front of us like a bone in front of a dog. Not to mention that he had to talk to ask for the change so I got it back.

The drinks from here are very refreshing on a summer's day! The customer service is great - the lady works very hard to serve the long queues as quickly yet accurately as possible. She recommended assam tea, which I had with mango bubbles and it was lovely. Look forward to visiting again soon!

I love the milky mango bubble tea with peach jelly burst bubbles. It’s a perfect drink for the summers and tastes absolutely divine and refreshing. I would say: choose your straw wisely, I ended up picking out a paper straw which was good for nothing and had to eventually use a spoon to have those bubbles. Also there was only one pretty lady working at the stall. Most of the times I’ve seen at least two of them but this poor lady kept working and serving everyone in that constant queue. Had to wait seven to eight minutes to order but was definitely worth it. Thanks

Tried to juice (strawberry) with kiwi juice balls, really tasty and very refreshing!

I ordered a regular pomegranate boba and it was honestly so good 100x better than the home-made one even though it tasted very chemically. The only bad thing about it was the price £4.20 Witch is really high for a drink😗✨

met a fantastic young girl who took my order and was really nice to me whilst serving me. it was really busy however she managed to get my drink done fast. i came another time and there was two and both was talking to me and giving excelent service, i asked for their names it was aysha and naqeebah and i would defo reccomend trying out their jasmine tea. ever since seeing how excellent their customer service is and how delicious their drinks are ive become a regular customer and love seeing their faces when i come get a boba at the end of the day. juice.

This is such a good place to get some boba I hade the strawberry juice with boba it was so good I really recommend it.

There were 2 girls behind the counter, they were very nice to me when it was my first time and recommended the best flavours. Drink came quickly, and had no problems with it. I had watermelon and cherry juice balls, which was very good. Looking forward to going there again for another tasty drink! <3

Excellent service very kind service

Not happy with service. Ordered a large assam tea with extra boba. They were closing so i just was handed the bag with the drink in. I found they gave me a regular size with regular boba i paid extra for the large size and extras. Not happy don’t recommend.

Staff were very nice but Didn't like any of their bubble teas. We tried a lot of their flavours. They taste horrible compare to the real bubble tea like bubbleology in Westfield. I hope they improve their recipe...

I had to wait long. The saleswoman was speaking with a friend of her and forget even the ice in the drink for the customer in front of me.

My daughter loved her shake but I would have liked to see staff wash their hands after coming in offers the street.

A 1 star review is too high for this place. We have been regular customers, there is 2 girls and 1 man that works there, one of the girls has her good days the other is terrible... They make it so obvious that they talk behind customer's back. The man is nice but sometimes very unprofessional as are all of the staff. Another thing, is that they NEVER have boba! What bubble tea shop do that! If this was not the only place to get bubble tea I would definitely go elsewhere. Will not be returning.

It says on the web that they open at 10:30 on Sunday waited with 3 kids for them to open finally at 12 noon they opened... is it too much effort to change your hours on the google page? Thanks for your prompt reply... Love your bubble teas!

Me and my friend Quaz came here it was the best day of my entire life.

Not even worth the one star! Went there today at 2:30 and there was no one at the desk when I got there. Waited a minute and a woman appeared from one of the other shops. She then answered her phone while sat at the back of the counter. When she saw me she stood up and told me to wait a sec as she proceeded to chat to whoever was on the phone asking them about how there day was and when they finished college. I was patient and stood there with the other 2 customers in the queue while she continued to chat on her phone and not seem to care we were stood there. At this point we walked away stating that she was showing terrible service and she just laughed and carried on talking. As we walked away it seemed that she was not serving the other 2 customers behind me still. Appalling service and whoever is in charge needs to sort their staff out!

Very good service and the stuff are friendly as there was rude lady who did not buy anything yet the girl smiled and talked away with other customers which made me buy something I never tried before.

Waiting times are long and although a new idea using the bubbles in the drinks the price is expensive

me & my girlfriend went there on sunday & monday, the owner was a really nice & genuine guy. my girlfriend’s drink went everywhere but the owner was super sweet about it and helped us clean it up whilst repeating it was okay, overall an amazing experience & would 110% go again, highly recommend if you want a really good tasting drink that is easy to get to whilst being placed in the mall

Haheeb the manager is rude arrogant and confrontational towards me as a customer No customer service at all.

Did not stock the right straw for bubble tea which is quite basic and essential. Better and more authentic bubble tea places in London. A disappointing experience.
