I ordered and my food still hasn’t arrived 2 hours after ordering. An order has been cancelled in the past by the restaurant for not being able to deliver.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order never turned up. I tried calling them then like 15 times but the phone wasn’t connected. I ordered around 20:50 and at 12 in the night I get a notification saying it’s been delivered when it hadn’t. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Please do not support this shop. If they don’t have capacity to fulfil orders they shouldn’t accept them

Order never arrived and couldn’t contact restaurant so I walked to restaurant and the place was closed! Literal scam

placed an order through uber eats, the restaurant called me and informed me the items i ordered were out of stock so i asked for them to cancel the order. the employee forgot to cancel the order and i was charged the full amount i contacted them the same day & she told me the refund would take 1/2 days. several days go by and still no refund so i called the shop to find out what was happening the lady told me she’d call me back in ten minutes and never called back. i contacted them the next day again and the manager said he’d refund me after a while of explaining the situation over and over again the money was sent but only a partial refund was given he claimed that’s all i had paid, i sent screenshots of bank statements and uber eats receipt and he still refused to pay the remaining amount. The staff talking on the phone were very rude and no help whatsoever the man who gave the refund was very rude considering it was their shops fault he had told me to never contact the shop again or order from there and frankly i would not want to order from them again very bad customer service.

Absolute disgraceful service placed an order and it has not arrived 2 hours after ordering it is highly advised too avoid this place AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! So I ordered from here today through Uber Eats really looking forward to it as the food looks amazing. However, I am DISGUSTED with the service and APPALLED with the food!! Firstly, the food arrived 2 HOURS LATE!! Within those 2 hours I was trying to get an update through Uber Eats and by calling the restaurant but that was no help. Upon delivery I nicely asked the delivery driver why I wasn’t able to reach the restaurant at all, to which he simply said that they put the restaurant phone on DO NOT DISTURB so that they didn’t have to deal with customers! THAT’S RIDICULOUS!! And to begin with I was unable to cancel my order through Uber Eats because as soon as I placed the order, the restaurant almost immediately placed it in the delivering stage! The food on the other hand is OVERPRICED! The waffle I ordered was COLD, VERY BARE, EXTREMELY DRY and BURNT (literally had black burnt spots on the bottom). As I ordered a 50/50 waffle I received 2 scoops of ice cream which arrived HALF MELTED, one was an average chocolate ice cream which was fairly nice whilst the other was AWFUL because it literally tasted like sour/bitter flour (only was I could describe it). My order was also missing a drink but honestly that’s nothing within this experience! Now I understand that restaurants can get really busy, having worked in one previously, however the way this place dealt with this is DISGUSTING! If you don’t want to deal with customers don’t open up at all!

The worst desert shop in Luton by far I will never order from here and will never advise anyone to order from here . Utter joke of a dessert company 2 hour wait times for a cold crepe this is not The first time I’ve ordered from here I have ordered the box before where the brownies taste like there store brought . But this time the service was so bad I felt like I have to login and leave a review i ordered my desert on Uber eats at 9.30 it came at 12 at night they clearly don’t know how to use the delivery applications as it was never updated had no idea who was coming or going . The milkshake was completely melted it was just milk at that point the crepe was so cold it was like eating sand paper . People who open business and treat it like a joke don’t deserve to have any customers . Disgusting . Can’t even say it’s human error it’s just pure bad management and lack of care

Awful service, was lied to repeatedly by the shop that my order (placed at 9pm) called at 10pm to see and said it had left for delivery. Called at half past again and was told by a lady that it has only just been made and sent for delivery, got the delivery drivers number and said he'll be with me in 5 mins. 20 mins later and no driver and the shop have said my order hasnt even been made!! Its 11.15pm!!! Absolute joke, was just lied to repeatedly and to top it off the item I wanted was now sold out! Very disappointed and sadly repeats all the negative comments about delivery. Will not be wasting my time with them again due to the lack of care the staff had.

Ordered through Deliveroo, On the app it said 20mins delivery time. 20mins passed I rang and the lady said another 30-40mins ( that the app delivery times need to be updated). In total it took 1 hour 30mins to deliver to me. I ordered 50/50 waffle (fruit glorious fruit/sweet kiss). Cold waffle, Not enough fruit and sauce, Very very dry. Not worth the money. The whole point of paying and having a desert that costs over £10 is to enjoy a warm moist quality desert with sufficient toppings and sauce. I wish I had read the google reviews before hand to see that this place already has low ratings for the very same reasons I am dissatisfied with!

Arrived cold and wrong item for me. Packaging was really good but the quality of dessert was very poor. Crepe was like rubber. Vanilla Ice cream without the cream! ... just vanilla ice lol. Waffles are fine and choclate ice cream was ok. Will i order again. Mmmm not sure.

This place is ridiculous!!! How is it I’ve been calling for ages and my desserts haven’t arrived. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for over an hour! This is a joke.

Rubbish customer service. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. They need training.

Delivery was an hour and a half late. Ice cream/ice in the drink was all melted by the time it arrived. Overpriced for what it is as well. Don't recommend ordering from here!

Delivery time was terrible, it was over an HOUR late, when they said it would arrive latest 30mins. I called the shop, they said it would arrive in 5-10 minutes, instead it was another 30minutes, I called again and they said they are just about to leave to come drop the food off. I told them how I called before and the man said he wasn’t sure who spoke to me but the food will take now 20minutes. I said my food is over an HOUR late, he response was ‘we’re busy’. Once my food arrived, the waffle was plain… it costed almost £10 and it had barely any chocolate sauce on top. Also the crepe was STALE.. it was rock solid, i had to throw away. This place is overpriced and not worth the wait.

We ordered hazelnut cheesecake and milkshake both were tasty and well packed. Fast delivery very happy with this all

I received an order and I’ve never seen anything like it what you are getting for the price is absolutely nothing would never purchase from here again. Spends more money on their packing than their food

Unpredictable delivery times. Waffle arrived cold. Have to call them after ordering on Deliveroo as to the order status and whether and when it'll arrive. Probably better to collect.

Wonderful desserts, good service.I ordered strawberry sensation and American brownie which was really awesome. Best quality, fresh and tasty. Best desserts in Luton. I will definitely order again from here .

A great selection of desserts! Good prices for the quality and complimented with their happy service makes this dessert shop the ideal place to go for when you have a sweet tooth.

Went in for some desserts today, ordered the dunkin box and a couple of hot chocolates, was amazing 😍😍 we were served by manu, and must say was excellent service 👍. Will be returning soon
