Greggs in Rugby

I was impressed at how quickly the long queue went down and how much food was available, saving the Greggs panic of whether the person in front is going to get the last steak bake. Sharon the supervisor was excellent. Very efficient and pleasant. The lady next to her was getting quite stroppy with the customers not listening to ‘who’s next’? Frustrating no doubt but i’m sure it happens all the time. Hopefully she was just having a bad morning. She was very efficient though.

Wanted a bite ordered a bacon cheese wrap it's morning you would think breakfast type items would be warm stone cold greasy and more expensive than any other Greggs franchise 25p more for any item won't be going to that one again

Morgan is really lovely one of the best Greggs members of staff I have ever talked too brilliant service even after 7.30pm.

We'd forgotten something, and Morgan made sure we got what we ordered, over and above the call of duty. We were really pleased.

Rude staff , apparently the sausage , bean and cheese melts re supposed to be cold . Staff not prepared to listen and talk over you " if you'd let me finish ...." very poorly trained and unsuitable for customer facing positions . And for your information I don't think theBritish public want cold Sausage , bean and cheese melts .

The rudest member of staff I have ever been served by.I was simply trying to choose a cake when Maria barked at me to move so another customer could get in,gesiculating with her hands that I need this space whilst screaming into the back that I need more chicken.The poor next customer couldn't get his words out for which pasty he wanted so she then went on huffing and puffing saying which which this 1 or this 1.So incredibly rude.Maria if you don't like customers I'm afraid your in the wrong job love.

As much as the member of staff was very pleasant the serving time was ridiculously slow. I don’t think one serving and two out the back is enough for this busy motorway services.

Staff friendly enough but pizza and sausage roll were both stone cold. White coffee too bitter for my taste. Outside tables could do with a run down and new coat of varnish…

The pizza is greasy. There was water on the floor. The food looked like it had been in that shelf for 40 years. The double chocolate brownie was as dry as a draught. The food.. Was 🤮 and 😁. Get the sausage rolls They are good.
