The man that served me had a vile attitude i asked for 1 cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni he gave us 1 pepperoni i corrected him and he said “i heard you the first time you asked for 1 pepperoni” in a vicious tone to witch i replied “please can i get a cheese one as well” he gave us 2 pepperoni and charged us too much. pizza was good though regardless however he needs sacking. Also better off getting a drink from somewhere els there a rip off in greggs

Good place to have a great filled roll of salad and cooked meat with cheeky cake or bake while shopping or waiting to meet someone. Yes, seating is at a premium, but it is well worth having a look inside to find that speedy lunch opportunity. I guess this is a popular and busy cafe, used by those eating out and in. There were signs that footfall is heavy, but it is doing a great job here. Outside seating will most probably be available during summer months. We will happily use this cafe again as it has reliably standard lunchtime snacks that you would expect a Greggs outlet to have. No toilets here but the loyalty card was readily recognised and accepted. Thank you.

You know what. Fair play to the team here. It's been ages since I've been to a mcdonalds that was decent and these folk did a banging job.

Came today for breakfast the food was only just warm no toaster working , only one drinks machine working, couldn’t find a clean knife and fork the tea pots looked like they need a good clean. Tables full of dirty plates and the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks this used to be such a lovely place to come for the price it really wasn’t worth it.

Have been coming here for quite some time but sad to say probably won't be visiting again. Called yesterday at about 12.15. Not overly busy, so ordered one toastie, one cottage pie, a pot of tea and a filter coffee. After waiting 25 minutes for our food we asked how much longer we would have to wait. The waiter went to check and the eventual result was that the order had been mislaid but they were now dealing with it. At this point we decided to leave and he said he would arrange a refund. This was done, but only for the food. Admittedly we had drunk our tea and coffee but it would have been nice if the cost of those could have been refunded as a gesture of goodwill. We have always enjoyed our previous visits to the Peach House, but have noticed recently the choice of cakes is much more limited and prices have really increased.
