Greggs in Norwich

Tonight (5/3/24) we ordered pizzas from H&S BBQ and came to us mouldy when I called them they thought it was funny that the pizza was off then said that they will bring a new one out to us I said no thanks I’d rather a refund and ignored me while I was on the phone and still took orders then hooked me off. As a chef myself I was disgusted with the order I will also supply pictures of the mouldy food

Thank god justice prevailed and the place has been permantly closed as never had the right to start trading as the owner was in receivership and nolinger had control of the property.

DO NOT ORDER!- SCAM! Faked a delivery and calls dp not go through!! Its a norwich number, yet a cambridge order?! Make ot make sense!!! I believe this is a front for illicit activity!

Having read the other reviews I was prepared for the worst and pleasantly surprised. Functional but the screen ordering means it lacks the Subway experience and any engagement with staff. Also with Deliveroo orders on screen it’s not clear of your order will get done before your train and cos the staff don’t speak to you there’s no way to check. Final complaint… no meatballs at 1145am, a personal pet peeve. But overall we were in and out in about 10 minutes with exactly what we ordered.
