Greggs in Belfast

Passing by about 6.40om on a Saturday night I found it open until 7pm. I ordered a vegan sausage roll, a bacon cheese jambon, a chocolate star shortbread biscuit and also received a large jammy heart dodger (which actually I did not want as I had changed my mind). I got a caramel latte as well and sat outside eating it with my dog at one of the two tables at the door. Cost near £7.00 with the extra biscuit I was charged for. But it was all very nice stuff. Nice coffee. Staff friendly. Coffee and one item, maybe a meal deal is reasonable but it starts to get expensive if you get what I got. Still recommend it.

Just wanted a stop gap meal so remembered Greggs here. Got a bean, sausage, cheese melt bake. Very nice. Ordered the new cinnamon swirl latte. Very very good. Filipino lady serving was courteous and place was clean. Take away much cheaper than sit in. Enjoyed the visit.

Been a while since I came here. Fancied a brunch so we had a sausage roll and a vegan version, coffees and custard filled donuts. We sat in a d place was busy with lunch time rush. My sausage roll was really hot and donut and coffee good, as was my friends. Definitely worth a look visit. Spoke to a worker who has been there for three years or more. Pleasant young man. Recommended.

Well its here the festive menu. Ordered my festive bake, mince pie plus the usual menu saug rolls, coffees, doughnuts. Have to say well worth the wait festive bake was yummy and not dry at all. The mince pie beats them all even the shop bought ones. Loads of fruit (jam packed😂) very moist. We all enjoyed our order and great coffee. See someone left a one star review cause seating area closed cant believe that. Think they will find its to do with panademic. Catch a grip. The staff at the duncrue road do amazing job and fast service, great food. Try the festive bake wont go wrong.

Went into Greggs down in Duncrue today and ordered a coffee and a chicken bake. I was told the bake was not piping hot and I was ok with that. After I had got my order I was then informed that they had closed the sitting area. The whole point of going in was to sit and wait for my car to have a tyre changed so I was not happy at that. I went outside to then find the the bake was stone cold and the coffee was not far behind. A waste of time and money. Very poor customer service

Some work colleagues and I ordered from this Greggs through JUST EAT. Unfortunately we hit the wrong delivery time and tried to rectify it within the space of 1 minute, however, just eat were adamant that the delivery time cannot be changed even though the shop themselves said it is no problem at all. We phoned the shop and a lady named Nikki was extremely kind and helpful and ensured we got our food for the time we wanted it for. Nikki even made sure our food would be warm and fresh for the new delivery time and went out of her way to give us a little note with Just Eat’s information incase we wanted to take the situation any further. I just wanted to leave a review to say the food was delicious and the customer service from the staff is brilliant !

Visit here all the time. Staff always friendly and food is usually fresh and well presented. Usual Greggs!

Whilst waiting for friends I treated myself to a sausage sandwich. It was served quickly and was piping hot-nearly burnt my mouth!! Lots of selection for breakfast at great prices.

Staff are friendly in the shop. Plenty of hot food still to be had but little in the way in cakes etc. Sausage roll is always good.

Always find food fresh and good quality. Grand for coffee and a sandwich/roll or treat. Nice soup. Staff fine. Toilets also. If you eat more than above it starts to get dear, especially with sit in surcharges. But it's clean and handy.
