Was served by a young man called Brandon. The worst customer service ever. We ordered and he then said in a rude abrupt way “what else?? “ we paid no thank you or please. Didn’t inform us my transaction had gone through. I asked him if it was ok all he said was “yep”. I asked him again to see if he would say thank you, all he said again was “yep”. Bloody shockingly rude guy!!!!

Este lugar está tan mal gestionado que ya no me molesto. El desayuno nunca se sirve hasta las 11, ya que se han quedado sin todo, especialmente baguettes, alrededor de las 9 a.m. Siempre hay una mala selección de oferta y siempre es frío, el personal nunca responde bien a las preguntas o críticas, es bastante grosero. Usa otras tiendas de greggs para tus favoritos, ¡esta es una broma!

Went here on the 1st visit and the food was very good and plenty of it. We had the stack. Friendly staff and most importantly our four legged friend was allowed in.

11 London RoadI used to come here a lot when I was younger with my family and even had a 16th birthday meal in the function room at the back. EWas always a great place to eat and relax.

Dyer StreetMr GM, would've been nice either ask us to change table and we would've understand as we both work catering and we understand rules or just let it be even if we told a little inocent lie that we have found the ashtray on the table. I do apologise for smoking in the unfit area but i can promise that we have noticed just a couple of minutes before you came to kindly clear our table. Also I would like to point out that we have been at that table at least 30 min and the smiling Waitress did not mentioned anything. As I work in the field i do appreciate that signs are most of the times not noticed. No need for any reply, making us feel uncomfortable was not needed. All best wishes.

Stow RoadI was part of a large group who had a Sunday lunch. The meal consisted of two slices of pork and two slices of beef. I can’t speak for others but on my table of six, five left their meat. The consensus was that the pork was fatty and the beef was tough. The waitress was made aware of this when clearing the table but nothing was done.

Main StReally lovely pub. Kind, helpful staff and really nice clean food. I have a health condition which I explained to the waitress and they were more than happy to accommodate me and alter the dish to my needs. The food was very fresh and cooked perfectly.
