Best value anywhere, always had good service and just love the coffee. My fave is bacon barm once or twice per week and the sausage rolls are fantastic. Service is generally very good but can get busy at times, which is a good sign.

I usually go here once a week. I am a Muslim woman and requested a vegan sausage roll (as always!) and was given a normal sausage roll, which I didn’t realise until I took a bite. I went back to the shop for the woman who served me to refute the fact I asked for a vegan sausage roll despite being served the exact same thing by her many times. Replaced the sausage roll with a vegan one and gave a half arsed apology as to move me along (not even by the woman who made the mistake). Awful customer service and a good job it was not an allergic reaction they were dealing with! With the correct response from them, this would have been a 3/5 rating, but disgusted with the whole exchange.

Had to have greggs sausage roll and steak slice. Mind you tried the chicken bake and Very nice. Plenty chicken and great sauce

Fast friendly service low que. pastie was deliciouse and filling with a drink. There were cakes and biscuits available. Due to the corona virus the seating was removed.

Ordered food at 5pm when Google said it was open, waited until 6.15 before trying to ring. Tried several times to call but it was going through to voicemail so I decided to go to the shop but the shop was closed. There was no information on the website to say the place was closed, the website allowed me to pay online, Spent £36 on food and no way of getting it back. Absolutely fuming that people can rip you off like this. If the place is closed the shut the website down and stop stealing off people. Doesn't deserve 1 star, avoid at all costs

Middlewich Rd, Sandbach, CW11 1DH, United KingdomAlways a great burger from this location, but when at the collection window I asked for a sweet & sour sauce I was told it would be 20p, I argued about this cost, but again was told it was 20p, I paid this but afterwards looked on the app it clearly states that dips are free. The person that served me was clearly dip hungry & needed to make targets by charging for dips

1-3 Alderley RoadWent to this costa in wilmslow today with my son and his two daughters. I wanted to use the toilet while my son joined the queue. As usual not in use , with the fake sign to say not in use. I told them to leave, not going to spend money in a place that doesn’t provide a toilet. Terrible experience.

26 High StreetFood was 15 mins late, chips were hot but mixed kebab was cold sadly and the lamb was gristly and chewy which is very unusual. We have this dish often and it never arrived hot because we are rural but it’s still delicious and we will always continue to order them… Maybe we requested delivery too early at 17:30. When is the best delivery time? X
