not good value sausage rolls getting smaller but price up and pies half filled and burned and so overpriced ..and never have anything hot all in all better value over at browning bakery

Food amazing as always, rather small store, queues can be lengthy at times. Overall experience is absolutely fine, however, there is the eye sore that is the Kilmarnock bus station junkies when you are waiting in line for a steak bake.

A pretty standard branch of Greggs except now there’s the social distancing rules to observe. There’s a bit of a queue to get in. It’s a good place for just a quick and cheap snack.

If you leave restaurant short staffed you will lose customers and deserve to do so . Poor employees that are on duty it's not their fault but they take brunt of it. Service wasn't great food was good but cheese burger served was cold. Would think twice about going back

14-16 Glencairn SquareGroup of 3 had dinner, 2 of the dinners were cold, not fresh, small portion. We also had to ask for a steak knife. Will never be back. Even though I complained they still charged for the cold food. We were the only family in, so not busy. Speaks volumns

30 Bank StreetTook too long to take our order, whilst staff were standing about, but it was delivered quickly, the staff were friendly, and the food was good and very reasonably priced. We will be back.
