Greggs in Lichfield

Delia the shop manager was incredibly rude to the staff working, she made a young girl who was working seem very uncomfortable and didn’t offer her help when the young girl clearly needed it. this is not the first time i’ve seen this happen when i’ve been into the shop, the manager herself was making her own coffee whilst there was a que to the door and shouting at staff asking why things hadn’t been done but again didn’t offer help. in my eyes this seemed very unprofessional and didn’t seem like a nice environment to work in at all. coming from a fellow hospitality employee this behaviour is unacceptable and made the experience unpleasant.

Very friendly, polite and well mannered and well trained Team. They provided great Customer service even on a very busy afternoon. Good selection of products available and all displayed well. Well run and efficient shop.

Usual fare served by friendly staff. Consitant quality and reasonable prices. Only 2 allowed in store at a time due to Covid restrictions.

Lovely place, I get a lot of lunches here. Love that there is seating indoors and outdoors but it`s always busy!

Loverly family place specially for children’s cakes and things very reasonably and everythink you want in one shop

Enjoyed hot sausage rolls from here, just what you need in a break from shopping. Other food and drinks available.

Busy but shelves empty they neeed more help and more cheese Ive been to greggs for years as the price is right until recently t all branches served same quality food but the last year a big difference in toasties,tamworth greggs tosties are to die for ,had tastie at lichfield greggs today and left most of it when opened toastie all i could see was ham and what looked likeda bit of melted butter,they dont do corners bone dry hence didnt eat

A full bacon roll and latte coffee, 1st class and cheap, excellent value highly recommended if you are looking for something wholesome and quick. Enjoy.

Greggs have a small instide cafe and an outside area which is good for people watching whilst eating the fresh cakes etc cooked on site plus some brilliant sandwiches ENJOY folks

Couldn't resist a vegan sausage roll from this lovely branch of Greggs in Lichfield. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean restaurant, even had a very pleasant outside seating area on a lovely sunny day. Recommended.
