Greggs in Fife

The service at the Halbeath Greggs is awful, no focus on serving customers. Continually leave only 1 person serving whilst the shop is queued to the door.

Worst customer service I've had at greggs in halbeath!! Walked in to get breakfast and there was a gentleman standing chatting personaly at the front counter as if he knew the two female workers. I was standing patiently behind only to be ignored even though the gentleman wasn't even buying anything which was more annoying. I gave it another minute to be continually ignored so I left and went across the road to Stephens where the workers in there were amazing and professional. I won't be returning to greggs again, me and my family will be sticking to Stephens from now on.

Don’t even bother paying the extra to have hot food delivered from this Greggs, it’s always cold. We’ve tried multiple times to order food from here and it’s always arrives cold despite the extra money we paid for it to be hot. Ridiculous.

Came in for a bacon roll to be told there isn’t any for 10 mins, shortly after ordered a pan au chocolate and it was freezing cold. Then asked for a sausage and bean melt that was also stone cold, so I Fiona for it to be warmed up even if I paid extra but nothing, not even a new one for the hassle. Disappointed. Feels like every Greggs I go to everything is always cold.

I recently had Covid and needed something to tempt me to eat - my husband was so good but not being much of a cook, he visited here on at least 2 occasions for a brunch or lunch - I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed what he brought home for me and the value was excellent!

We use this Greggs from time to time as we live fairly close to it and it's so handy to call in for food for lunch, be it pasties, sausage rolls or sandwiches. There's a great choice and all at a very reasonable price. Just wish they did corned beef pasties as they do in other parts of the UK.

We recently bought rolls for lunch and they were very good. The rolls are fresh and the fillings are also very fresh. The service is good with friendly and helpful staff and the close parking in front of the shop is terrific.

Bought food from here on 2 or 3 occasions after lockdown - great service and good food! Fantastic value for money!

Plenty of parking in front of the shop and a small queue but you are not kept long dropped in for a quick snack of an egg roll and a bacon roll great quality and piping hot . A nice array of cakes and pastries but I will save that for another day

My husband had a very early dentist appointment recently and called in here for bacon rolls on his way home - have to say they were delicious and even had tomato ketchup on them!

Called again recently to buy lunch "on the run" and was just as pleased as ever with the food, the service and the prices! The mini yum-yums are delicious and very reasonable!

Beverly. After a tough tough Sunday I strolled up to Greggs (just before opened) and I was saved by a mighty Beverly who opened to give me Coke Cola x 2 and biscuits. She was my hero my saviour. Not all hero’s ware capes x love u x

We often call in here for something quick for lunch - the variety of food and the prices are great! The staff are helpful and it's always busy! Still miss the corned beef pasties available elsewhere but the sausage rolls are excellent!

Often visit this branch of Greggs as it's very close to our home! I love their scotch pies and sausage rolls and my husband loves their tuna crunch rolls which have plenty of filling! A popular lunch choice for us once in a while! Staff friendly, too!

Always great friendly service Nice atmosphere but could do with a bigger choice of the Balance Choice range!

We have bought food from this shop on numerous occasions and always been satisfied with the service, the staff and the food - I just wish they would serve corned beef pasties as theyn do in other parts of the UK!

Nice design outside lots of parking. No sausage roll but quick service ended up having some cakes which were very nice.

What can go wrong in a Greggs? You don’t get a sausage roll! That is it. This was a solid visit and I was happy

Hand getting parked right beside the shop place was doing a roaring trade ,very popular with tradesmen ,good range of pastries ,bridies and sausage rolls . We settled for the cream donuts ....good choice ...serving teas and coffees as well
