Food is great but service always seems slow

One of the worst brekfast rolls I’ve ever had, staff couldn’t care less avoid if possible

The manager was very rude and abusive towards her staff, in front of customers. This should never ever happen in public. Very bad behavior.

Deliver driver decided to do a lap of Ladywell before delivering my and that’s after they changed my delivery time to 3 different times

It's Greggs so you know what you're getting but the deliveries have always been quick. For some reason though they insist on sending me an orange lucozade when I ask for original...

was told was ready to collect at 12:05 yet my order hadn't even been processed and had to wait a extra 25 mins after getting told it was ready. could of got it delivered quicker

Missing toasties, baguette was stone cold and looked like it had been in a war. Vile stuff. Won’t be back

Food was squished and a mess. Warm sausage rolls squeezed in the same bag as donuts which were also bagged instead of boxed. Heat from the sausage rolls caused the donuts to melt and stick to the bag and they were also squished into the bag. Horrible

Delivered my lunch at 15:45, just the three hours after ordering. I get Greggs can be busy but that time was shocking.

driver refused take back to shop it was 2hours late and freezing cold i want a full refund and an apologie im absolutely disgusted at the service from phoning shop be told they nothing they can do to driver refusing take order back.

Totally disappointed in this order. It was delivered to the wrong house and they obviously didn’t have the delivery code so the delivery driver would have gave it to them without the code. Can I please have a refund as it is shocking service.

This Greggs is always so busy they never have staff and when they do they’re doing the most random stuff. Whenever I go to collect deliveries the staff are quite rude as well. Food is pretty standard for a Greggs.

20 mins late, food was cold, wrong drink in the bag. Also why tandoori chicken / chicken mayo baguettes aren’t on the menu makes 0 sense to me when they are probably the most popular ones. Won’t be ordering again

Late and almost entire order missing (drink, desserts, festive bakes). Received 2 items out of 8.

I clicked “no spread” and also added into the comments about having no butter please and thanks but my baguette had spread and the whole thing ended up in the bin. Doughnuts weren’t closed tight with a sticker as usual and driver opened the bag and the box was open. Ordered from here at least once a week, if not more.

This store with delivery has gotten worse to be honest. I've had fruit out of date, missing items and underdone baguettes. A real shame.

Order was fulfilled perfectly by Greggs, however just eat took an hour and 40 mins to get it to me. Had to eat and work as it was way outside my break by the time it actually turned up.

First time in ages I've bought a greggs and regretted it! Tasted like frozen bakes and not fresh, pastry was mining this time. It's no like them too normally it's great. Shame.

Missing items again - frustrating part is when you buy as part of a meal deal you can’t select items from the deal only the full item for credit which doesn’t seem fair but either way they should be making sure everything is packaged for delivery

My problem isn't with the store, or the food. it's with the delivery. I only received 1 part of my order. store confirmed it had left the store but wasn't delivered to me, and that there was notjing they could do. JustEat REFUSE to refund the excess which is down right ridiculous! be careful using this app!!

The service here is terrible. Lines are always long, and there never seems to be enough counter staff. On my last visit, I had to wait over 25 minutes to be served, which is ridiculous!! Greggs shops are always busy, but this the Eliburn shop is really disfunctionable and I won't be doing this again. Cmon Greggs, get your act together

spent £30 on food, more than half the food not in the bags, phoned the site and no answer

Delivery time was great, Bottle of cola was basically fresh out of the fridge, The katsu chicken bake I ordered wasn’t even room temperature it was just cold, the food arrived exactly on time so the chicken bake should’ve been at least warm which tells me it wasn’t even heated to begin with.

really didn't like the sauce in the chicken oval bite it tasted like pure mustard

Was not as good as it normally is and they also left out a couple of items I was extremely disappointed

ordered a breakfast baguette with sausage n bacon, not nice. bacon was very fatty even with sauce and the smallest ration portion it was disgusting. everything else OK but delivery driver didn't even knock just left food on doorstep and it was sat outside for 3-5 mins before we realised so not great service either

Not about Greggs as such. It is about the delivery driver. Did not deliver our order. Watched as the driver got close to the street, they parked a street behind and claimed they had delivered it.
