Greggs in West Lothian

Order was over 1hr 30 minutes after initial placing. When it did finally arrive, they missed out the sausage rolls. Very poor, from a normally good location.

Driver was perfectly sound no problems just had to wait an hour and a half when it said between 15 and 30 so not happy about that

My husband Bryce had spectacular service and lovely customer service. Recommended food for me and was amazing would definitely come back to this location just for the service

One of your workers never fails to put a smile on my face. He spends every day serving everyone with a smile. Always so polite and never ignoring customers. Bryce just makes his workplace so welcoming and we need more good attitude like that in workplaces

Was in the other day was served by Bryce he was absolutely delightful. Was very quick service but didn’t feel rushed he still engaged in a lovely conversation with me telling me about his little boy which made me smile. Would absolutely come back to this location as the service was just amazing. Food was very fresh and hot. Thank you Bryce you made my day

It's like every other Greggs, better than going hungry but not as good as a baynes.

10am and nothing in the shop that is hot and ready to eat all stone cold not acceptable for that time in the morning

Food was perfect. Delivery great, highly recommend. Only one tiny hic up, 2 muffins ordered, 1 chocolate and 1 cherry bakewell. I got 2 cherry bakewells. Try to make sure correct order is delivered. Ok with me i got 2 cakes, my daughter none.

He was very nice and told me what the hot drinks were

i dont agree with having to pay double delivery when some of my order is mussing and i have to reorder it a secind time as its not my fault that the order was not packed properly the first time it was ordered.

Food was freezing. Driver said he waited 20 minutes from getting the food to getting the coffee.

Never received my order although it was marked as delivered. How can that happen when you need to give a code on delivery

The manager was very rude and abusive towards her staff, in front of customers. This should never ever happen in public. Very bad behavior.

Delivery driver took so long to get to restaurant to pick up delivery that by the time we got it the toastie, sausage roll and 3 coffees were all cold.

It's Greggs so you know what you're getting but the deliveries have always been quick. For some reason though they insist on sending me an orange lucozade when I ask for original...

Food was squished and a mess. Warm sausage rolls squeezed in the same bag as donuts which were also bagged instead of boxed. Heat from the sausage rolls caused the donuts to melt and stick to the bag and they were also squished into the bag. Horrible

Missing toasties, baguette was stone cold and looked like it had been in a war. Vile stuff. Won’t be back

driver refused take back to shop it was 2hours late and freezing cold i want a full refund and an apologie im absolutely disgusted at the service from phoning shop be told they nothing they can do to driver refusing take order back.

Delivered my lunch at 15:45, just the three hours after ordering. I get Greggs can be busy but that time was shocking.

Totally disappointed in this order. It was delivered to the wrong house and they obviously didn’t have the delivery code so the delivery driver would have gave it to them without the code. Can I please have a refund as it is shocking service.

Nearly an hour from placing order to receiving and when the Greggs is all baked and ready to serve that’s a long time. Was also freezing cold

This Greggs is always so busy they never have staff and when they do they’re doing the most random stuff. Whenever I go to collect deliveries the staff are quite rude as well. Food is pretty standard for a Greggs.

20 mins late, food was cold, wrong drink in the bag. Also why tandoori chicken / chicken mayo baguettes aren’t on the menu makes 0 sense to me when they are probably the most popular ones. Won’t be ordering again

Late and almost entire order missing (drink, desserts, festive bakes). Received 2 items out of 8.

I clicked “no spread” and also added into the comments about having no butter please and thanks but my baguette had spread and the whole thing ended up in the bin. Doughnuts weren’t closed tight with a sticker as usual and driver opened the bag and the box was open. Ordered from here at least once a week, if not more.

This store with delivery has gotten worse to be honest. I've had fruit out of date, missing items and underdone baguettes. A real shame.

Just got refund but found steak bake at bottom of bag

Order was fulfilled perfectly by Greggs, however just eat took an hour and 40 mins to get it to me. Had to eat and work as it was way outside my break by the time it actually turned up.

wrong pizza delivered so 3 kids didn't get their pizza

First time in ages I've bought a greggs and regretted it! Tasted like frozen bakes and not fresh, pastry was mining this time. It's no like them too normally it's great. Shame.

Missing items again - frustrating part is when you buy as part of a meal deal you can’t select items from the deal only the full item for credit which doesn’t seem fair but either way they should be making sure everything is packaged for delivery
