Que was big but went down vert quick

No wedges for a meal deal with no substitute. Southern fried baguette had 2 small and thin 'goujons' that may as well have been chicken roll. An entire onion made up the rest of the baguette made it inedible, threw half away

I did not get the rest of my food missing the rest

I bought a cheese and onion bake but had to throw it away because the taste was unbearable. It felt like I received one that had been leftover and unsold from previous days. I was highly disappointed and ended up tossing it in the bin. 🙁

missing all my drinks and the sauces plus my wedges where freezing cold won't be ordering again

The order was late (took 50 mins after collection) missing several items which had been ticked on the receipt but I didn't get. I ordered a 6 slice pizza deal and got no pizza, no wedges, just the desert. Everything else was cold.

Sharon was amazing helped me with the app. And was so polite and generous give her a pay rise ! Also her colleague was very polite an professional Eli thank you

gave us the completely wrong order. all meat pastries when we're veggie, almost puked. also received no coffees when we ordered 2.

The food that arrived was nice, unfortunately my mocha spilled during delivery and there was an item missing off the order

This is my favourite Greggs. I live across the street and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Monzo I get a weekly free sausage roll and I am always excited to pick it up (the little things in life…) and the staff are just delightful when you’re happy too. The shop is spotless and there’s rarely a long queue as they’re very organized. I look forward to popping in after a long day and picking up something for my husband just to brighten his day. So glad this Greggs is nearby.

Was served by a trainee called Quase who was really friendly and brightened our day. Food was hot and really nice.

Jacques is the person I usually go to and he is absolutely amazing, always service with a smile and very kind, always making sure Ive got everything, today was served by Josh, he didn’t disappoint either!! Very cooperative and kind. Love greggs for the pizza but it’s always a major plus finding good staff!

Decent location, decent food. One thing that might be improved upon is workflow. Many times during the morning rush there is only 1-2 staff behind the till. Compared to Victoria and St.Peters Sq which probably has similar footfall, both have 4-6 people. I think sales turn over could be increased, as I've had to walk away 5-10 times because I thought 10 min to que would be enough time. Otherwise nice friendly staff. And I know staffing can be difficult in general, so I can't speak to the intricacies of your current staffing climate.

Ordered a chicken bake to take away get home and it’s s sausage and bean one, is annoying when it isn’t what you paid for and you can’t return but also concerning if I was to have allergeys

My daughter was mugged today 16 Feb 24 in Manchester and had her phone, money and bank card stolen. She was alone and made her way into greggs on Oxford Road. Two young dark haired lads who were working between 17.00-18.00 helped her. They let her use their personal phone and offered her assistance, including food and a safe place to wait to be picked up. I cannot thank them enough for this as they helped a vulnerable young girl when she needed it and did so off their own backs. Their are some genuine caring people still around and GREGGS should be proud to have these two young lads representing their company, thankyou!!

Staff are super rude here, never stocked, shelves always empty.

Ordered a hot sandwich meal, two sausage rolls and a steak bake. The only thing they sent was the hot sandwich meal. More than half the order missing - it’s a bit ridiculous really

My food was freezing cold and non enjoyable as late over hour late delivery guy has been to collect other food from different restaurants and delivery at once, leaving mine until last, resulting in my food been ruined

Manager is so rude to her customers apparently she’s worked there for 25 years 😂 I think it’s time for a new career if she doesn’t know how to treat customers outrageous

If you want good customer experience, please stay away from here. My friend who has difficulty speaking english was trying to order coffee and some pizza. One of the staff who was tall and had glasses made it quite obvious that she does not like our presence. We understand working at a very busy joint can be difficult but to be outright rude and treating us differently to another white folk after us who she happily provided service to is just rude. Please stay away from this greggs.

Excellent service - huge order of 72 pastries, ordered at 7am, delivered at 8am. Driver was fantastic, waiting until he could get access to the building. How can I tip?

Courier was proper inpatient belling me out but got the order right.

staff said pasties would be out at a certain time as the others were cold but then when we came they were the same ones there and he said that someone bought 6? Don't lie, the others were the same as before and were cold! Then was accused of pranking the phone line from out office, the number was 'withheld' so that could be anyone. We are working, our time isn't spent calling Greggs with a withheld number. The staff member was rude and shouted this out like an uneducated person.

Disgusting this is the second time from this shop that a simple order they cannot Do staff need training

As usual the only soup is tomato, we have a bit of a running joke with the guys at work, see if you can get any soup other than tomato, the answer is usually no

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, heute waren wir beim shoppen im Greggs. Ein kleiner aber feiner Laden mit allem was man für den schnellen Hunger braucht. Ob nun warme Kartoffelecken oder warme Chicken Wings, belegte Brote oder Süsskram von Gebäck bis hin zu leckeren Muffins, einmal hin, alles drin würde ich behaupten. Der Laden war normal sauber, hatte eine gute Auslastung, dennoch gab es keine langen Wartezeiten. Für ein paar Pfund bekommt man hier reichlich essen, also für den Snack für zwischendurch, vor allem wenn es warm oder süß und schnell gehen muss genau richtig. Probiert es gerne aus, wir waren zufrieden Vielen Dank euer Gordon

Everything was just shoved together. The pink jammie doughnuts were squished and ruined.

Doughnuts were in with hot food so all toppings melted and stuck to top of box

Everything was perfect. The pricing was great for what I ordered, food was lovely and the fact I managed to order a breakfast and lunch deal was spot on! 👌 Arrived before 8am cannot complain.

Usually happy with Greggs but on this one occasion I recieved 1 box doughnuts out of 3 . It was breakfast lunch for 3 people. It even says on box how many should be. I did chase it up and restaurant says its just eat. I still don't have a refund.

Obviously if you put all the cold drinks on top of the hot breakfast sandwiches they will go cold!!!! I am currently eating a cold bacon and sausage sandwich! Thank you very much, maybe have some common sense next time and don’t put the COLD drinks on the HOT food!

The drink has been put in the same bag as my food and it has spilt all overy bread which made it soggy therefore unable to ear it

Excellent as ever. Food was as one would hope from Greggs, delivery was great (had this guy on a bicycle a couple'a times now, probably should get some cash out to tip him... 🙄) Really happy that the up-sold hash browns were actually supplied for the first time from any Greggs, but slightly miffed at getting double double muffins (ordered a two pack, received 4), I guess free food? I'd rather have paid for them though... 🤷🏻‍♀️

All covered in coffee as the drink was spilled everywhere. Need to seal hot drinks better and packed for riding better too.

It’s my heaven. I like the food here. You can have a yummy pie with super cheap price. And the coffee is awesome too.

My food was half missing and stone cold the wedges tasted old like they were a day old and re heated when contacted greggs wasn’t helpful told me to contact just eat that was my lunch ruined 😠

Can’t even leave a review because they didn’t send any of the food in the first place. Absolutely vile customer service.

The only thing that was disappointing is the fact that all our coffees had split eveywhere due to the lids not being on properly

Half the food was missing (well, most of it), being a regular order the bag of hot food was either not packed, left in the restaurant or the delivery driver didn't hand it over, but he handed me the bags through the car window and drove straight off so I couldn't query with him. Packing was poor as well, doughnuts were in a box (good) but this was put in the bag sideways so the toppings stuck to the top of the box (not so good), and they'd gotten crushed so were kinda mangled and good for nothing (bad). Thankfully, after raising it with them, JE credited my account the value of these items so all's well that ends well.

Good and drinks came perfectly warm and cold respectively and there was a cute good morning message on the bag!

It was Greggs breakfast, what more can be said? Except it's also convenient to add lunch to the order at the same time, not to mention treats for work colleagues... 👍🏻 Always a bit hairy when JE provide delivery, but all was well.
