greggs at hadley were very helpful in me placing my order as I had not done it before

All cooked and warm enough to eat

All good apart from 1 missing hot chocolate give us

Small facility but everything is there. The staff are very friendly and pleasant, but work a little slow. Delicious coffee, apparently speaking coffee machine.

Make over looks good, too sad about the loud and obnoxious music that's being played now. Not sure where you're streaming the music from or what type of speaker you've installed but it sounds horrendously crap. TURN IT DOWN.

Had to change my rating after makeover. Looks very nice but I used this place as a meeting point because it had seats and now it doesn't so sadly have no use for this place now. Such a shame. Did the maths and thats £400 a year from me you just lost.

Went in store and ordered. Went straight to the car directly parked outside. Food was stone cold. I went back inside and they replaced my item for another hot one. Second time recieving cold food. Should be told as this time i started driving before I checked

1st time ordering from here and will be the last time as the Food items was so cold when arrived - I've ordered at another store location before and they arrived Hot this store in Hadley is closer to us but yet the food was Cold.

When i received my purchase, the 3 Festive bakes was not in the bag. have only just arrived home so i can send you this message. Greggs and Justeat are normally very good, but i was disappointed.

Only getting a 1 start because you can't give no stars. Driver arrived and had spilled all of both the hots drinks. He then proceeded to shout at my girlfriend demanding tissue to clean up so he could leave and when she was getting it he was shouting to get her to hurry up. Was not happy with this driver at all. Both drinks were spilled to the point where the cups were empty and we have no hot drinks.

The pastries were nice but the pizza was spoilt because someone had poured loads of barbecue sauce over it.. I only wanted a drizzle it was drenched in it I had to throw the pizza away.

Ordered for my children whilst i was in hospital. Son said the delivery driver was nice and food came just as expected.

Food was ruined. Toppings on pizza all slid to the side of the box. Driver obviously put boxes on there side at an angle. Food was un edible

Clearly my order wasnt read properly im missing an omelette and bacon roll with ketchup instead was given sausage and bacon with hp sauce, i got given 1 bacon and sausage roll with ketchup instead of 2 the 2nd one had hp sauce instead of ketchup

Usual prompt service and decent standard fare. You always know what you're going to get from Greggs. Not top, top quality but v good value for money and quick and easy.

greggs have become as bad as McDonald's, all cold drinks missing from the order and just eat refused a refund. so essentially stole that money.

Everytime I buy something from hot counter it's always cold. I brought an all-day breakfast baguette and they heated it up too much to the point my baguette wrapper split open. Waste of money I say!

Missing items very disappointing

If u have the app ua get free food wen ya order 10 things dub points after 5 I think but check on there it tells u lol but yer love the coffees and breakfast rolls in the morning it's Like£ 5.20 with coffee so go try thay loverly lol 👍😏

Come on people. I’m a regular. I ordered at 10.44am. App initially said 11.15? Then it changed to 12.10? Over an hour to make and deliver 3 baps 6 miles away?. Food was cold, coffee was Luke warm. Not happy.

Nice food, it would be better if the delivery man spoke to me though, he was on the phone getting my food out of the bags speaking in a different language, made me feel so awkward to say hello or Thankyou because he wasn’t paying attention I just think that is so rude

No tomato ketchup with order again (perhaps you're out of stock?). Otherwise food was of the highest quality, as always. Thanks to the staff who fulfilled our order.

The only thing I had an issue with was that the phone number on the receipt was the incorrect phone number for my account. I only have one number and that wasn’t it. So if there was something wrong or the driver got lost they wouldn’t have been able to contact me. Can this be looked into please

Just to let you know: 1. The Just Eat App didn't show when the delivery driver was on his way. It just showed that the driver was at Greggs waiting for the order - then the next we knew he was standing on our doorstep. 2. There was no sachet of tomato ketchup with our order Food quality was of the highest standard, as always (likewise Lattes). Thank you!

I'm very angry about this and plus alwrell 4 pizzas was missing! I'm very very angry!

Delivery time was changed multiple times whilst waiting. Instructions were totally ignored and bacon which I had requested to not be overcooked, was in fact hard and brittle. This has happened numerous times in recent weeks. The bacon was very good but of late has been cremated.

The place has gone down hill big time and have no consideration for there customers food was horrid sandwiches was already open please be aware don’t waste your money like I did

Did not like it being cancelled from Wellington. But Hadley made up for it excellent

Once again, order is missing items. 2 rolls, 2 drinks and a missing steak bake. I will get a refund but I still don’t get the food. This is written down. It’s not a big order. How does this happen so often from this outlet? I think the missing item should be delivered at the cost of the outlet, I bet they would take more care getting orders correct then!
