Everytime I buy something from hot counter it's always cold. I brought an all-day breakfast baguette and they heated it up too much to the point my baguette wrapper split open. Waste of money I say!

If u have the app ua get free food wen ya order 10 things dub points after 5 I think but check on there it tells u lol but yer love the coffees and breakfast rolls in the morning it's Like£ 5.20 with coffee so go try thay loverly lol 👍😏

Come on people. I’m a regular. I ordered at 10.44am. App initially said 11.15? Then it changed to 12.10? Over an hour to make and deliver 3 baps 6 miles away?. Food was cold, coffee was Luke warm. Not happy.

Wrong items sent. Basic stuff. You sell baguettes on the menu but insist on sending me stuff I haven’t ordered.

Nice food, it would be better if the delivery man spoke to me though, he was on the phone getting my food out of the bags speaking in a different language, made me feel so awkward to say hello or Thankyou because he wasn’t paying attention I just think that is so rude

No tomato ketchup with order again (perhaps you're out of stock?). Otherwise food was of the highest quality, as always. Thanks to the staff who fulfilled our order.

The only thing I had an issue with was that the phone number on the receipt was the incorrect phone number for my account. I only have one number and that wasn’t it. So if there was something wrong or the driver got lost they wouldn’t have been able to contact me. Can this be looked into please

Just to let you know: 1. The Just Eat App didn't show when the delivery driver was on his way. It just showed that the driver was at Greggs waiting for the order - then the next we knew he was standing on our doorstep. 2. There was no sachet of tomato ketchup with our order Food quality was of the highest standard, as always (likewise Lattes). Thank you!

I'm very angry about this and plus alwrell 4 pizzas was missing! I'm very very angry!

Delivery time was changed multiple times whilst waiting. Instructions were totally ignored and bacon which I had requested to not be overcooked, was in fact hard and brittle. This has happened numerous times in recent weeks. The bacon was very good but of late has been cremated.

The place has gone down hill big time and have no consideration for there customers food was horrid sandwiches was already open please be aware don’t waste your money like I did

Once again, order is missing items. 2 rolls, 2 drinks and a missing steak bake. I will get a refund but I still don’t get the food. This is written down. It’s not a big order. How does this happen so often from this outlet? I think the missing item should be delivered at the cost of the outlet, I bet they would take more care getting orders correct then!

Food was the worse I've had from greggs to the point half went in the bin. Sausage rolls sweaty and wet surly you should wait for them to cool before you bag them in the multipacks Veg bake burnt and all the filling hanging out solid so barely any taste Pizza now this was the worse pizza I have ever experienced and that is saying something as how can you mess up a pizza to the point it ends up in the bin. Well if you show it the oven in the first place cheese was not melted just grated cheese dumpped on the pepperoni was not even the right colour it was as if you had taken it straight from the meat selection packet I'm aware it's a cured meat but on a pizza it's ment to be cooked. And it was the hot shot I ordered all Jalapeño and onion fell off so ended up an uncooked pepperoni pizza that ended up in the bin. Very disappointed

Delivery was great, driver listens to all instructions. Breakfast roll was perfect however my cheese bean and sausage was cold but still very tasty.

I ordered 2 Bacon&Sausage rolls and I had received 2 Bacon rolls. The product is not the one I wanted and clearely, it’s a price difference between them.

Went in store and ordered. Went straight to the car directly parked outside. Food was stone cold. I went back inside and they replaced my item for another hot one.

Ordered two sausage and bacon rolls for my breakfast and they sent me just bacon rolls, all my drinks were correct though. (First time it’s ever happened luckily, might be because I ordered them 15 min before the breakfast cut off point)

I didn’t receive my order instead I received someone else’s order and I’m a pregnant women. You know how it is when you’re craving something! I then called up the greggs store and was told nothing could be done about it. I did not like anything that this ‘mr matt R’ had ordered, the employee stated that I should just eat that. No, it went into the bin and I went to another greggs to get my actual order. I will NOT be ordering from this greggs again. I want a full refund.

terrible the food was cold and I had a large cappuccino that was half full if that!! and wasn't event a cappuccino looked like I had made it at home same as the flat white which again wasn't enough half full!!!!

Main item missing. Really annoyed. No notification from Greggs. Looks like they crossed the item off the receipt…which I’m assuming means they couldn’t fulfil the order. But, they should have cancelled the whole order because if they can’t provide it. Rather than me paying delivery for a coffee. Totally unacceptable.
