Greggs in Milton Keynes

Really great service from Callum (don’t know his last name only that he’s 26 years old) he went the extra mile to make a customer happy he could sense I was having a rough day at work gave a friendly chat really related about the work life in hospitality and knowing the challenges it brings he still had a smile on his face after a long day also. It is nice to get that validation that you did a good job in customer service in particular as we often get treated the worst in this industry so from someone that very much related he did a really good job.

This Greggs is very poor. Its not clean on a regular basis as people sit and don't tidy up after themselves. You would think that they would have someone just cleaning table's all day, And making it a tidy place to sit and eat, Rather than sitting in a Slum.
