Awful! How is your food cold and stale at half 9 in the morning? On top of this you’ve put disgusting brown sauce on my baguette when I asked for ketchup?? Dry and stale hash browns and tasteless porridge. Waste of money

The experience I have had today was very horrible , the staff members need to be retrained on customer service there is no need for attitude and rudeness first thing in the morning to ruin people’s day , if they aren’t happy with the serving customer role I’m sure they can have a role at the back dealing with the food very disappointing experience. I did mention to the staff member that there is no need for rudeness I wouldn’t mention names but it happened just before 8:50 am .

It could be the team that is in the morning, but they don't know what they are selling, much less working with an electric oven anyway, this Greggs is really a zero rating!!

Very busy but I did go during the school run Small seating area inside and out Team behind the tills looked stressed and rushed

Poor customer service went in there I came in early so I could get in time for work but they were really slow do not recommend

Ordered online breakfast for early meeting on 25th May. When arrived one item was missing. Contacted the shop and was told I could come and collect a replacement. Defeats the object of ordering for delivery if have to come to shop anyway? Asked if item could be delivered and was told no, but could get a refund through the website. poor customer service.

Unpredictably busy example of its type, the staff inc. the newcomers are well up to scratch. It is much better for traditional (& fussy ! ) tea drinkers now the "much pined for" milk jug has returned - and your crucial dash of milk is more easily gotten just right ! As usual, Gregg's food in general is not brilliant for diabetics save as a "Blue Moon" treat ! The sausage rolls are really and truly splendid when served nice and hot, but regrettably must still remain mostly off limits for a wretched DM2 such as I !

Literally just got a delivery from here. My toasty was embedded with what looks like burnt hair mixed with fluff. Disgusting.

2 people walked out the shop so me and my boyfriend walked in and a customer was already in the shop and a blonde worker told us only 2 customers were allowed in the shop even though she had just allowed 3 people in the shop twice before us. If you have rules then apply them to all!

Love this place and food is great but often run out of popular things very quickly. Whats happened to the mac and cheese?

Pies, sausage rolls, tea, coffee and sandwiches. Hardly the bakers of old, everything mass produced, could be selling at less than half the price they do and they would still be making a good profit, they have a loyal customer base and they take advantage of them.

Loved the bread lasted fresh and soft for more than a week. Eating in not always the best experience.

I had a latte and a Belgian bun from here the other morning. Was nice the staff were very friendly despite being very busy and everything was as it should of been, very nice coffee.

Ordered sausage roll, pizza, ham & cheese pasty ALL COLD. Couldn't be bothered to turn back, come home and microwave job. Not the first time.

The problem with greggs is that you will not always get what you go in for due to low stock or being sold out especially if it's near the end of the day. Yum yum are a standard but the other pies and pastries can leave an oily residue due to cheap cooking ingredients so beware.

Not sure how to review a greggs, they are what they are and do what it says on the tin, sausage rolls are good especially warm, steak bakes are also good, but watch out if hot, filling will incinerate your mouth. Nice yum yums and donuts, more expensive than supermarkets but also a little better.

Best Greggs in Luton, simply for the great service. The manager Zoe & Nikki have the most commendable manner and never fails to serve with a smile. 5/5

The worse GREGGS ive been to, cant believe they serve cold cheese/veg pastries and when asked them to heat it they said they d9nt have a microwave. Everytime this happens and they tell me to microwave it at home as they serve it cold.

Go there most mornings for the breakfast meal deal and always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff

Apetecenun durante el almuerzo para llevar a casa el sábado pasado y llamado por aquí cuando estábamos de paso.La tarifa normal que esperarías de Greggs.La disponibilidad de algunas de las tartas/empanadas era baja que limita nuestras opciones, pero como era alrededor de las 12:30 es de esperar supongo.Era nuestra primera visita a este local y la próxima vez que se vaya antes de la fiebre de la comida.Tienen unas pocas mesas, pero tienes que pagar extra para utilizarlos.

Vine aquí para nuestro almuerzo, en lugar de ir al Domino . Nos pareció mucho más saludable! Así que me dieron mucha variedad para elegir, e incluso comida caliente saliendo de cocinado tartas y bollos de salchichas. Así que elegir nuestro sándwich (ensalada bloomer de pollo), tan buena chili rellenos de queso frito y sur Baguette que ponen en horno para calentar. También tenemos nuestras bebidas calientes, y un hermoso pastel para después's. Nos sentamos y fue muy acogedor y tranquilo. Volveremos aquí de nuevo y también 10 de 10 para el servicio y la comida. La única cosa que no podíamos entender es por qué tuvimos que pagar para comer, ya que nos dieron no platos, ya que tuvimos que comer fuera de bolsa, y también bin para poner su basura en, un poco como McDonalds, donde Te puedes sentar y comer. Así que esto debería ser como Mcdonald's y no pagar extra para comer. Puede comprender si comes en uno en Hitchin ya que tienes tazas/al platillo y platos, dado a comer. Así que realmente nos no deberían tener que pagar por sentarse en extra? Como funciona alrededor de £1.00 extra? A £1.00 es un £1.00 . Los demás por esos Greggs es buena en la comida y el personal es estupendo.
