coffee hot ,food was cold but still nice..tasty as always.

Food was freezing cold, unacceptable...

everything was so nice, the vegan sausage was amazing 👏🏼

Today I bought a tuna crunch baguette. It looked full on tuna. Opened at home, the filling was all at the opening. There werent any peppers, lettuce. Tuna was dry with chunks of red onion. The baguette wasnt cooked it was very doughy in the middle. The person who served me was trying to do 2 others things at the same time, while the blonde lady (supervisor) was doing nothing but talk about her birthday etc. Very unprofessional.

Great little Greg's.. you know what your getting. Was well staffed when I visited, store was clean and tidy with a small seating area in there. Parking outside the door which is nice, but limited....

only 1 item delivered instead of 2 waiting for driver to return with the rest of the order

Drinks missing from meal deals tried calling restaurant they just kept hanging up phone and can’t change option in missing items when selecting meal deals needs to add each item separately in meal deal

Very poor service. Lots of ingredients missing, seller very rude and refuse to heat my food witch was freezing. Completely rubbish.

The driver was late because you had the map wrong, it wasn't his fault.

I did not receive all of my order. When I called the shop was told the missing products would be delivered. I called two hours later and was told the driver was given the missing products which I have not received.

Courier refused to deliver as I did not have code...have never before been asked for a code. I explained to him I'm disabled and phone was upstairs charging. His attitude and demeanor was unhelpful and his foul language. Now I'm sorry I'm disabled. Food was not delivered. Treatment was disgusting.

had a disgusting experience, courier asked for a code, have never been asked for a code before, when I explained that my phone was upstairs on charge and I am disabled he still refused to deliver. I told him it would take me a little time to get phone and he was abusive and his demeanor confrontational which was a surprise as he was an older gentleman.he then left without delivering order. not a nice person at all.

They are making katsu bakes and they are lovely

Can't seem to get delivery right. Service is poor, staff are rude and don't help resolve issues. I would not use again.

If I could give 1 star I would. Half the order missing. had people to feed, had pre-ordered so we could eat. Food missing, they couldn't deliver it now I have to go somewhere else. Terrible. Staff on the phone are awful. Don't use these guys.

Only got given one bag when there should have been two. Had to request a refund and order again. Very annoying!

Extra food ordered but missing. Ketchup on both rolls and requested no sauce as allergic. Not good order no one got to eat!

Food is good and great value. Generally friendly and helpful staff. Can sometimes be a bit of queue and 1 person serving. Obviously personal, but I love their coffee. A good start to the morning.

My order was missing my daughters chicken bake. There’s no point just offering a refund because now she has no food and why should I have to pay another delivery to get a chicken bake

Food was nice but my donut that should have had custard in it did not have any in it.

Lovely place great staff and food.

It was half an hour later than the already stated 45 minute wait time leaving my order taking an hour and 15 minutes from the order time! When placing the order it said 20-35 minutes! Then estimated delivery was by 12.15 and then got delivered at 12.45 and food was all freezing.

Overall quality of food is good but items missing from order

Food tasted good but the pizza was burnt on one piece and they completely forgot my lucozade. The delivery man was late nearly 20 minutes with no phone call.

Really good - great value, good food, delivery was early and the deliver driver was lovely! Could see I was on a remote call, gave me the food & a fist bump! Brilliant!

My food is cold, all my hot chocolate was spilt all over my bags and the drivers bag and then where it has spilt so much it went straight trough the bag and onto the floor, I've asked the driver to go get me another drink we shall see if he comes back with one.

Awful! How is your food cold and stale at half 9 in the morning? On top of this you’ve put disgusting brown sauce on my baguette when I asked for ketchup?? Dry and stale hash browns and tasteless porridge. Waste of money

The experience I have had today was very horrible , the staff members need to be retrained on customer service there is no need for attitude and rudeness first thing in the morning to ruin people’s day , if they aren’t happy with the serving customer role I’m sure they can have a role at the back dealing with the food very disappointing experience. I did mention to the staff member that there is no need for rudeness I wouldn’t mention names but it happened just before 8:50 am .

It could be the team that is in the morning, but they don't know what they are selling, much less working with an electric oven anyway, this Greggs is really a zero rating!!

They missed 1 of my drinks. They always miss something and still charge for it. Also the drinks were half empty.

One of the best greggs in Luton the staff are always nice and caring nikki is definitely one of the best workers there I would definitely come here again the sandwiches are great and definitely a go to snack for lunch
