They got my order slightly wrong and gave me my food for free. I didn't even have to raise the issue

Cold bacon and sausage on breakfast bap and then to add that poor quality cold hash browns! If I wasn't busy I would have returned the food, but glad I didn't.. customer always wrong. Disappointing. Wasn't busy and looked well staffed..

whilst the delivery was on time the bakes i ordered for the family are stone cold. its like they have been left out after being taken out of the oven for a good hour.

I fancied trying the new veg curry bakes but I got normal veg bakes, other that that, everything was great :)

I ordered a beacon and sausage baguette, but only a bacon baguette was delivered. The rest of the order was fine.

They didn’t put any spread on the bacon rolls, the bread was awfully dry and inedible. Such spite in their treatment of customers

I had to reheat the hot items because the delivery was a bit late but whoever handled my order at Greggs did it perfectly, everything was packed carefully.

Three cold bacon rolls and rolls sliced at a silly angle instead of horizontal. The knife skills of a toddler. I’m sure they do it out of spite. The hash browns were decomposed, they were that dry and shrivelled you’d expect to see on Time Team. No!

The order had everything, always very well packaged from here, but the cold drinks were room temperature, unfortunately. I'm guessing they had just topped up the fridge

Freshly baked roll fresh out of the oven the previous day. Sausage and bacon so fresh you’d think it was straight from the abattoir. Butter spread on the roll thicker than my ex and the hot chocolate Luke warm to match. Sausage roll pastry made from play dough and all with a secret magic code when it code delivered to my den. Jokes aside it’s a Greggs it is what it is and does the job

Not bad. Christmas caramel shortbread aren’t nice. Don’t waste your money.

I asked for quite a complicated order and it was perfect, nothing missing and the order was packed really well, with the cold drinks packed separately from the hot food.

Wasn’t sent the bacon breakfast baguette. Please, please read orders with a little patience. It’s a busy time for every small business. It’s poor practice.

Very good. Delivered whilst hot still. Pizza was nice, but far too much barbecue sauce. Bottles need a narrower nozzle. Couldn’t taste anything else.

Standard Gregg's fare £3.25 Bacon Omelette roll and a latte. Latte was Hot which is not true at all Gregg's. 3 Stars, its Gregg's the home of greasy pastries and Bacon rolls. No Gregg's is a 5 star joint

Utter upduck. Items supplied were the lighter alternative from the menu, and not for the first time. A premium was paid for specific items in a specific way, as per Greggs' own guides.JE refunded but I would rather have had an apology and no repeat.

Food supplied was technically correct, but 65p was paid for each breakfast roll to have an omelette and each one only had a half. Not good. This store does supply omelettes in halves, but prior and post orders have all come with 2 halves. Not good.

Icing on the cherry Bakewell muffins isn’t like normal icing, weird taste. They don’t butter/spread the bread rolls on both sides, if at all. Nice if you like your bread dry as old carpet. Not so nice otherwise! Crummy performance from Thorncliffe House branch, really goes against the grain. A real pain the chocolarse…made a complete hash of my order!

Hello I’m quite unhappy with my order I waited 50 mins for my order to arrive, when it did arrive it was flat and cold, the hot chocolate was was spilled over most of my hot food making it soggy and inedible and I was also missing a sausage roll so I would like a refund, I am not usually one to complain but so much was inadible or not there. Thanks.

I enjoy having oat milk at Greggs; they usually have it available. I've been served by a guy named Aston, who provides excellent customer service and is very friendly. I have always had great experiences when he helped me. Greggs has become a part of my student life, and I'm thankful for that.

First the good, food is always tasty and delivered on time. But sadly I am going to stop using this specific store as every order there are whole items or extras missing. Something I don't suffer with if I use a different store. Missing an item is fine, annoying but fine as I can at least claim for what is missing, but when its extra items added to things I can't claim that back and no one these days can afford to keep throwing money away on food that doesn't come.

Stood waiting in the rain for 20 minutes , delivery driver sat on side road on location than turned their location off ! Next minute I get told enjoy food delivered but not even been delivered ! Give me a full refund right now ! And get reliable delivery drivers because this is not the first time this has happened

5 items missing from order after waiting an hour for the deliver

Bit of a joke this morning. Supervisor running back and forth whilst the three people on bar slowly mope about in a breakfast rush. Waiting 10 minutes after my click and collect time, while leaving deliveries and customers waiting too...

Driver was very rude and not patient either.

We have ordered quite a few times however this is the first time the doughnuts have been delivered in bags rather than the box they usually arrive in - this meant that all 4 bakes and donuts were "loose" in a larger bag causing the toppings to be almost entirely stuck to the paper bags which is disappointing - delivery itself was still great however

Bacon rolls were horrible, no spread on top half. So makes for a very dry bread roll. Won’t order again. Rather spend my money elsewhere.

Every pasty is over cooked. The steak bakes are so over done some of the steak has leaked into the box they came in. Even the chicken goujons are over cooked and yet everything is cold. Only the wedges not over cooked but are cold which is normal

All cold. Stone cold. No spread on baguettes so incredibly dry at the ends. Luckily there was some ketchup in middle. Waste of money

Disgusting! They must know how to behave with the customer and show some respect! The customer service is terrible. I will not go there again to ruin my day! This is such a shame when we walk in to get a coffee but all we get is a rude behaviour from staff. Literally I couldn’t forget it that’s why I am leaving a review. Hope this changes soon.

ordered a pizza box, it was hard, burnt to a crisp and tasted like cardboard & tomato sauce. why they would ever think this would be acceptable, i will never know.

Bat biscuit was missing from order

As always food quality is good, delivery is always on time or even earlier, never late. I just have one negative thing to say and that is it would be better to put the donuts in boxes, because the icing gets stuck to the paper bags and can be messy.

Missing a vegan southern fried baguette

Half of my hot chocolate was spilt in the bag and dip was missing from the hot yumyums. And the food was only slightly warm, pastie felt reheated.

Delivery was delayed. Disappointing

The box of donuts didnt have a sticker on the bag saying keep flat/this way up, so they were upside down with the other hot food while being transported and all the toppings melted off and completely stuck to the lid of the box leaving the donuts bald. Rest of the order was great, all baked really well and no missing items

Incredibly enjoyable experience. The vegan sausage rolls have a delightful taste. The staff are very kind and polite and the food is just fantastic. Greggs is one of my favourite bakery and they definitely know how to make Vegan sausage rolls. In conclusion if you happen to be visiting the Manchester museum you should definitely nip into greggs

Missing my coffee, half the wedges were undercooked, quality was not great
