Greggs in Birmingham

Greedy location…prices always going up and yet the food isnt getting any better…lower quality food for higher prices and unless you pay additional money for the bag, you carry all your food home. I spend £20 at your business and i can’t even have a bag to take my food home in, won’t go to Gregg’s anymore

Why is your warm food cold? Twice now went in to get a light lunch and the warm food is cold. I'm not expecting the food to be fresh out the oven piping hot, but needs to be warm. Especially if the prices are now higher, if you are charging that, deliver the service too.

Food is good.. . the staff are unbelievable. they work so hard together always feels good to go to this greggs

I don’t really understand how you burn the edges of a pizza but the pepperoni is still hard & cold also asked for 3 dips and got 1

The best greggs branch out there, foods always hot. They always have sausage rolls and steak bakes, staff were lovely. Such a shame it's in one stop

Just ordered some sausage rolls that were stone cold, it’s only 9.50am but have only realised once getting back to the car. Would have been nice if the server mentioned theyr not very warm as I’d be happy to wait for some fresh ones, the two members of staff also looked annoyed with one another, there was some animosity between the two Asian lady’s serving behind the till…

I ordered a mint hot chocolate and pointed at the poster advertising the drink whilst ordering the drink. Prior to placing the order and whilst making the drink the member of staff was more interested in chatting with a customer who seemed to be his friend. I only noticed I had been given a normal hot chocolate as opposed to the mint hot chocolate a number of minutes after I had left the one stop shopping centre. Occurred Saturday evening.

Cashier Monjola is very helpful and pleasant. The sausage roll was very hot and tasty and the cappuccino was well made at a good temperature.

Same as any other, good comfort food on the go or sit in snack.

I was in the area and we needed some food 😩 😋. Family was moaning that they were starving (they weren't) so this was the safest option. As usual it was clean but one lady was in the process if mopping and closing off the internal seating area (they have outside the shop seating too). The margarita pizzas on the shelf didn't look very appealing so l asked for 5 fresh ones. This took about 10 mins not the 7 mins l was told. Even these were slightly burnt which was disappointing for the family but they were average and edible. We had 2 cheese and onion pasties and a portion of southern fried potatoe wedges. I was surprised that after spending about £15 the you Asian woman would only allow one sauce and not two. I even offered payment for the second one but she declined my reasonable offer. I made her an offer she couldn't refuse 🤪 but she did. Couldn't find a spare horse head prop to persuade her. Any how l asked another lady, Amirah, who obliged and in fact gave me two additional BBQ sauces. Overall it's in a good location and toilets are in very close proximity which is a bonus if you have a coffee (l had a latte) or 🍵 ☕️. Overall l would recommend this branch but l wasn't blown away with the staff. One had absolutely no 👎 sense of humour. Over and out.

There is a short asian lady that is extremely rude & loves to give cold food. I was trying to redeem my reward in the app and she seemed pretty annoyed that i wanted to redeem something on MY app.

Nice service, snacks, drinks and food. The number of seats could be increased though as it's quite limited.

Food often cold and the coffee tastes weak and just not nice. Expensive and too busy also.

There was a whole new fresh batch of pizzas containing a singular burnt pizza amongst the nicer ones, and the staff member decided to give me the burnt one 😭😭😭. Other than that, it was okay I guess - I usually love their pizzas and I usually have a good experience in this store however this pizza was dry and burnt and I didn’t enjoy it. Pretty baffling, there were so many nicer ones he could’ve chosen to give me. Oh well.

They sell hot food behind the counter plus breakfasts till 10.30 ish or 11.ooam depending on what store u go to absolutely lovely well done greggs

Greggs is a place I visit almost every day. There are fresh pastries and varieties soup. Friendly staffs and excellent service.
