Greggs in Wiltshire

The hot food is always cold here. Not even slightly warm and it seems that I only experience this when visiting the Devizes location.

The staff at this branch are very friendly and intent on customer satisfaction. Everytime I'm in there, they already know my custom order and immediately have it ready for me

Didn't actually go in today, but walked past and looked in the window. Decent amount of people in there. Most looked excited at the thought of soon to be munching into a steaming hot pastie or sausage roll. I felt good seeing the happy faces. Thank you Greggs for bringing pleasure to so many people.

One of the BEST Greggs I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. Bacon cooked to perfection and the customer service from the team there was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. What a great atmosphere to work in.

Have used this Greggs many times now but have now vowed never to return! Unhygienic practise by most staff whereby they use touch screen, handle money, then pick up rolls and baguettes with their bare hands. Absolutely disgusting! They could learn a thing or two from Melksham Greggs where staff look clean and tidy, and always pick up bread items when serving breakfast rolls etc, using small napkins which are kept on servery. Such a better experience.

Food and service was great! Just a shame it was cold

The food we ordered for an evening function on the 24th was exceptional. Jane, the manager made sure every little detail was seen to when packing and was ready to eat. No re-heating was needed. Thank you to the staff at Greggs, Devizes for the exceptional service.

Good variety of take away food friendly service good value for money

Love the use of Fairtrade products. A quick, friendly service for very popular, baked produce. A recent refit had improved the store.

Sad the eat-in section in Devizes has been taken away. Bought some sausage rolls - always a winner!!

Greggs is now an icon of British culture and finding one in Devises was both appropriate and convenient for feeding 18 mouths.

Very good be better if I had a place to sit outside which is what I always like it's nice thay put cream on top of your coffee which is what a few of them are doing now now.over all very nice go there

Great food and really lovely staff willing to go the extra bit to help you. Wasn't fussed on them before but really love going there now.

Service was lovely, but the food was cold!!

Convenient for quick breakfast but the quality is rubbish. The bacon is like an old inner sole. The speed of service is ridiculously slow. Their bread is gorgeous, as are their sausage rolls.

Sometimes takes a while to get served. They need separate queues for those buying coffee and hot filled rolls and those buying cakes and savouries

Well its greggs with limited seating but bacon butty and tea or coffee £2 Would have a five star but shelves not filled fast enough ???. Come on guys no sausage rolls or pasties AGAIN ????..

Worst Greggs visit I've had. Quite a long wait. Watched guy serving and he took cash from guy in front of me the rubbed his hair and neck with his hand and proceeded to stick his grubby fingers in my baguette to open It, gross! Subway they always wear gloves to handle food then remove gloves when using the till. Do Greggs not have something similar in place? Anyway said I wanted no butter and sauce. He buttered baguette so told him again when I got back to work discovered I had no sauce on baguette, no chocolate on cappuccino and he's given me someone else's receipt, which work won't appreciate when I do my expenses. Won't be using this one again.

Everyone loves a gregs. This store is no different, lovely service and make great suggestions.

Nice to have a space to sit in. The staff need to clean it more regularly though especially since pastry makes such a mess.

Best bacon baguette ever, on a easter Sunday too..

Takes ages for a bacon roll...but worth it!!!
