food stone cold ordered at ten am came at 12.45 terrible severice won't use just eat again or Greggs for anything

Zero customer service skills. Blonde girl leaning against the counter in the morning arms floded and a face saying she just couldn't be bothered. No politeness, no thankyou just awkward silence when being served. I thought well if your not going to be civil ill just let us go down together. This is my usual spot for morning breakfast but I won't go back. It seems petty it I won't shop where the staff are rude. If you don't like your job get a new one.

Food arrived cold. Shown that the courier was at the restaurant for an hour. Our food was stone cold by the time it had arrived

I love Greggs. Especially jalapeno pizza's! Yuuuuumy! I will always swing by if I am near it, as the food there is fresh; coffee is cheap, but so nice.

Ordered and paid for pies as they said 8 minutes for bakes to be ready.server said she would put them away.i returned after 8 mins .she then said she had completely forgot and bakes would be a further six minutes.what a shambles.you need to train them better in customer service.

I use a lot of different branches, mainly for hot drinks. The hot chocolate from this branch is the best!

Driver parked at the other end of the street and walked up and down 5 or 6 times and now my foods cold

Didn't come to the address stated on the order end up ringing the number which is my husband's phone and taking it to my home address, my husbands then had to bring it to my place of work. Food was barely warm but nice

So I've just been in Bradshaw gate Leigh Gregg's and customer service isn't acceptable.the Lady in front of me in cue asked for a sausage roll . The staff said which one she then said again a sausage roll please.woman be hind counter say we have 2 types so which one she said again sausage roll please then left .....my turn so I ask the same lady for a sausage roll again she rolled her eyes which sausage roll we do 2 types I replied the one with sausage in and the other is a vegan roll containing no sausage. so I replied you only sell one sausage roll.the other a vegan roll and if I asked for a vegan roll I would start the conversation with can you change your gloves and can I have a vegan roll . it's not hard or rockets science

Cold sandwich and drink were missing. Waiting for refund but this doesn't take into account the additional 10% charge that I had paid on the items that weren't delivered either. Disappointing

Waited an hour and a half for this order after ordering. Ridiculous.

Ordered a sandwich and cold drink meal deal with a cake. Drink turned up, sandwich and cake didn't. Literally two thirds of my order missing. How incompetent can you be?

I was seeing to my poorly child, delivery driver didn’t knock, or ring my number and drove off with the food. Nothing to do with Greggs this, it’s JustEat. Abysmal. No refund and no food after spending nearly £17. Nowhere near good enough.

Wrong order entirely didn't get anything I asked for id like a refund

Cash payments only for the past week, I have cash but seeing as they aren’t fixing it I refuse to spend my money there I usually go here daily before or after the gym not only am I not spending until It’s fixed many others are just walking out and going next door to subway. Reporting it to greggs customer care as clearly they have no urgency to sort it.

Black coffee like water. Should be an option to order coffeewith extra shots.

Drink was crushed ruining the food.

Food arrived on time as was good and hot. Latte was top notch as well.

This doesn’t reflect on greggs but Just Eat aren’t getting back to me and not sure what else to do. Order arrived on Monday, the driver brought both bags of drink and food absolutely drenched in my hot drink as she said it had knocked over in the car, leaving me with no drink and also damaged all my food as it had leaked all through the bag, I’ve taken and sent photos to Just Eat several times but getting no response. Can you please get back to me Just Eat as soon as possible I need a full refund I’ve basically paid for a meal for nothing, not acceptable! The driver said she also let you know to but to be honest she should have taken it back to the store not sure what she wanted me to do with it, it’s disgusting.

I have no words, just fantastic. I come here every time I'm in leigh, I always get a vegan sausage roll and occasionally I treat myself to a yum yum. I've never had a bad experience here my only critique would be that I often visit this greggs to find that they have sold out of vegan sausage rolls which is always a disappointment. However other than that 10/10

How hard is it to read an order and then put ordered items onto roll ? Seems to hard for some.

I ordered about 10.05am and delivery was about 11.30am, so longer than expected. The bakes arrived hot but the sausage breakfast roll was cold. I ordered a cappuccino but what was delivered looked more like a flat white although it was hot.

Give you what ever sandwiches they have made instead of doing there job and making what you asked for

I thought the order wasn't coming and ordered from elsewhere, so would like a full refund from just eat as it was completely pointless by the time it arrived.

I ordered a cappuccino and got what seemed like warm milk not impressed

Definitely prefer this Greggs over others located near me, clearly service quality & customer service is a priority at this particular Greggs location.

I order regularly but today the sausage barn tasted really funny and unable to eat it, not sure if it's the sausages or sauce but it's not how it usually tastes so very disappointing

I can't fault the food quality however the sandwich I ordered was unavailable - it should have said that when I ordered. They did try to call me but my phone was off so its partly my fault. The sandwich sent in it's place was absolutely awful. But thank you for the doughnuts as compensation.

No problems at all they didn’t have any chocolate muffins but sent a replacement plus a little extra pack of cookies very happy will 100% be back recommended

Contacted Greggs and spoke to staff who confirmed the delivery driver had arrived at 10.58 and I received my order at 11.40 with missing items and cold not Greggs fault. Delivery driver has wrongly checked in as arrived at restaurant well before they has actually arrived. I was waiting around 1hour and a half for an order that should of took 40 mins maximum. Just Eat need to sort out their drivers.

Sent 2 steak bakes instead of 1 wanted cheeszy beans and sausage so no bake for me don't like steak please call if out of something before sending replacements thanks would rather cancel the item. Other than that great as always thank you.

Seriously bad attitude from the server. Shouting and screaming like some banshee. All because I wanted to know how long the sausage rolls where going to be. She had a vile attitude with a bad personality. What a let down to your store. Not an ounce of people skills.

I left two requirements on Just Eat for the baguette I ordered and I'm so grateful that they were picked up and taken notice of. Nice to know people take the time to do so! 😀 It's just a sandwich - but that sandwich was made specifically as per the requirements and I think small things such as this should be appreciated and acknowledged. Absolute disgusting service, pretty much accused of theft by speaking to my partner during purchase. Staff should be sacked and employ staff with a brain because its absolutely unacceptable to be accused or implicated in a crime you haven't committed.

Not like it used to be , pasties are now bakes but are half the size and as overpriced as ever and That's when they have any left !

The bakes were delicious and hot. For future reference - please do not put chocolate covered doughnuts in with hot food. The chocolate and caramel were stuck to the bag!

The guy was on his phone no customer service whatsoever, so I one of the bags wasn't sealed so not sure about eating what was inside.

Order was wrong. I ordered two bacon barms, one with omelette and red sauce. One of them came as requested the other was ended with a double omelette no bacon or sauce.

Breakfast roll was stone cold AGAIN. Fed up now everytime. I even asked the shop to make sure it arrived hot. NOT HAPPY.

We revived a phone call from Denise, the greggs manager at leigh. She informed us they didn’t have a certain item & would we like something else instead. She even put us in two cakes for the inconvenience. Just the way she spoke to us on the phone was enough, but the fact she went well out of her way to make the experience better & even left a little note. Just shows why she is the manager. Thankyou for starting our day off with positivity! What a great lady x

The roast chicken salad sandwich left a lot to be desired. I think it needs to be renamed salad sandwich, I think they missed the chicken off mine. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Asked for the bacon roll to have no butter but it came with loads on!!!

Yet again drink spilled as even though it was in cup holder it wasnt in a sealed bag to help protect from spillage and it also wasnt warm.

Missing Items and mistakes on items received: Bought 2 lots of sausage rolls and shortbread only received one of each, and asked for no sauce on sandwich and it had ketchup, they even ticked on their receipt that they'd got everything.

I accidentally put the wrong address in, the driver had great communication and patience on the phone to sort it. Thank you for that
