Called in today massive queues only two people, one of the fronts one of the back not enough for all the people queueing up little small girl at the front felt so sorry for her she would run off her feet

Had to walk out because we stood there for at least 5 minuets in an empty restaurant and staff didn’t bother to take our order. The place is messy and grim. Needs shutting down.

M56 Junction 14we have had a few days staying in the hotel on site, wanted something different for breakfast there's not really much to choose from there and then we decided to try here the food was hot and was delivered to the table, it was expensive for what we actually had but cooked well and enjoyable the coffee was the best one I had in days so much better than McDonalds one and costa the man who served us was so pleasant and chatty he was brilliant made us feel really welcome and couldn't enough for us
