Greggs in Calderdale

I went into greggs today to acquire my lunch, I had purchased an orange hot chocolate and some southern fried chicken, after sitting down at a separate location ready to each my lunch I realized my chicken, that was advertised as hot, was in fact cold, to warm my palate I took a sip of my hot chocolate and to my surprise it was in fact a coffee. Very poor workmanship. I am very disappointed. In conclusion it was blatantly obvious that the young male man at the counter brought his personal life to work that day, as I could tell he was going through a recent break up.
