The staff member who served me was friendly and polite and the food was served quick! Would go again 🙂

Same as any other Gregg's really gets busy when it first opens because of the industrial estate

Black coffee seems diluted and is 20% more expensive than other greggs. Always long queues

Que out the door and it only ever seems to be one person serving and making food.

The staff don't wear gloves when handling the bread rolls when making the morning breakfast sandwiches 🤮

Handy greggs in my fuel station, grab a good priced snack when I'm filling up the car too. All good.

It's just always awful here, always slow service, iv had to just walk out a number times just because it's taking so long.

Greggs always great place to stop for a sausage roll and coffee. Pizza slice was cold around the edges but not a major problem. Bacon butties stop at 11am unfortunately.

Great Service, good price, pies still cold though, Greggs need to do something about that country wide.

Probably the worst run Gregg's in the area. Every morning around 8-9am long queues. 3 tills available and always just one member of staff working. Shame really its on the main route to the industrial estate, and no consideration has been made for this. The fridges for sandwiches and baguettes is always empty so you can't even get your lunch on the way to work! A good location, just needs some proper management. Plus friendly staff would help, constant attitude:(( Today is just another day I waited for 23 minutes and gave up!

It's a greggs you know what to expect, great staff, consistent food. This one is not the best if you want to eat in.

Don't buy a magic bag from here there is literally nothing magical about it. You get what little trash the staff don't want to take home with them. It's more expensive than any of the other Greggs and you get an awful lot less food and are usually made to stand out front for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to serve you. I've picked up bags from bridgeway and have been overwhelmed by the quantity of food in the bags and I've collected bags from here on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times it's been a chicken sandwich and a cheese and ham sandwich. Despite all the food on display that the staff help themselves too. Shocking service

I'm sure all the staff have just been told there granny's died and they can't leave! There all miserable and rude and the food is alway cold or slightly warm or they've run out completely. I've never been when food is hot and the counters look full

Stone cold vegan sausage roll in Christmas wrapper, in March. I would have asked for a refund but husband got it for me. His meat one was lukewarm too.

New Greggs inside the Holt Road services. All the usual stuff. Had an excellent bacon baguette nd coffee, very reasonably priced

was hoping 3rd time lucky but no luck cold pasty and sausage roll if id wanted a cold one id got one from the garage they refunded me as none were warm enough just glad i checked before I left this time

Always use Greggs for our breakfast and coffee. Really appreciate the effort that the staff make in their friendly manner and keeping the standards of a good service.
