Always go in for. A mocha n food n have a rant with marlene or karen or jo so friendly let alone all the staff are always pleasant n friendly even sammy aswell comfy atmoshere n food always fresh etc there run of there feet they do try there best

delivery driver was nice but he went to the wrong place and their dogs were were making a racket which was the reason I knew they arrived, is their a issue with location services on the app because I gave the correct address

AT THE CAPPUCCINO ITS ASKS IF YOU WANT CHOCOLATE OR NOT ? ITS OPTIONAL! ONLY THERE IS ONE BOX YOU CAN TICK & ITS FOR NO CHOCOLATE! EVERY TIME I ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT I HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THE STAFF & HALF THE TIME I STILL DONT GET CHOCOLATE LIKE TODAY+ THE SAUCE WITH THE HOT YUM YUMS WAS INCORRECT TOO WHICH I wasn't HAPPY WITH AD NORMALLY I ORDER 2 COLD MEAL DEALS FOR 1 + 2 CAKES WHICH IS NOT CHEAP IN A WEEK. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR CAPPUCCINO & HOT YUM YUMS AS THE DIFFERENT SAUC

A Great Greggs to sit-in or takeaway! The staff are extremely friendly & helpful, making our visit very pleasant. A huge range of hot & cold food was available with, very good meal deals! Makesure to download the Greggs App as the points add up quickly! I have to say, two members of the Glasgow Fort Greggs Team were just lovely! Thank you to Abbey & Jane, they both made us feel very welcome & worked extremely hard!

waited past delivery time to recive to complete wrong order ! phoned up shop who was very apoligetic but unfortunatly couldnt help as it was drivers fault , also a data protection breach considering i now have the other customers name phone number etc thrpugh the recipt and they will also have mine , drivers need to do better and make sure they are delivering correct orderd they shpuld not be leaving with 2 orderd at the same time ! thats wat causes confusion and cold food to be deliverd

times were changed for over two hours, marked as delivered at 16:33 and it says that it was delivered at 1655 the times on the app is simply not working, I will try to claim for a refund at 1700 if they don't deliver, which is seeming obvious

Chicken strips could have been cooked abit more no mayo dip with them either , sausge rolls where fine but the cookie was really bad ? tasted like it was stale or just over cooked .

Don't know how they made the sausge rolls today but they were absolutely phenomenal ! Probably the bed o have ever tasted them hat off to the workers , delivery drive was polite and friendly also , thanks so much again best order I've ever had .

Did not receive my order. The delivery driver drove right past my house and app had been updated saying delivered.

Food didn't come, over an hour late and it then says it's delivered. what a joke. just eat is becoming a nightmare

tea was pouring everywhere, I refused delivery, he said that he would take it back and I would be issued a refund, I looked outside my house and found he dumped it on top of the bin with tea gone everywhere, I want a refund

Breakfast roll filling were cold. No free croissant and there should have been. Cappuccino’s were hot enough.

the delivery came on a bike and handed me my order soaking wet the coffee has knocked over in the bag the order is soaking wet I told hi m take it back 🙃 I'm not taking that my sandwiches are inedible

I was surprised at the price, but even though it was cheap, I don't think I'll eat here again. The sausage roll is not to my taste, and u get tastier and bigger from local shop a but more pricer, but I would rather pay the extra, the woman that served was excellent and full of bantar 19 out of 19 for her excellent customer service

Driver came without pizza box only delivered coffee and wedges. Asked him a few times where it was and he just laughed and said don't know.

I order the same almost everyday & my order has a cappuccino, which is normally absolutely fine,! Though tonight the delivery driver spilt my Cappuccino there was more over the cup & bag THAN THERE WAS IN THE CUP!

I can honestly say since I had the trouble twice the other week with drivers not showing up to pick up my delivery from two Different shops. Just Eat contacted me. Since then my deliveries have been really fast & my coffee is still warm ☺️. The only thing wrong was the drink I ordered original Lucozade 500ml & was sent the Orange, this is the second time this has happened

Coffee nice, sausage rolls cold, when taking them back to ask for warm ones, was advised by the rude and abrupt young woman who was apparently the manager that they don't serve hot food, just fresh baked and that was just the temperature they all were..disappointing!

Two hours late, and freezing cold, appalling service. We couldn’t cancel as they hit ‘prepare’…. Two hours to ‘prepare’ two baguettes is a joke 😩😩😩

Mexican flatbread is the business, I truly hope you keep this on the menu it’s your tastiest item since you killed off the legendary and much missed red thai chicken bloomer.

My pizza slice was a bit soggy and I didn’t get the sauces for either of my hot yum yums.

First time I have ever encountered a place that sells sandwiches, baked goods, and various other savoury items, that doesn't provide salt sachets. If you are eating in, surely this is a basic condiment to have available either on the table or at least where the sugar packets and napkins are. As a result, the bland sandwich I purchased was even more unenjoyable by not being able to add salt. It tasted like there was no seasoning at all in the filling to begin with, so not having any to add made it worse. Also, my coffee was verging on tepid to begin with and cold before I got half way through. Certainly no reason to choose this place over any of the other cafés and restaurants at The Fort.

Worst delivery I’ve ever had the hot chocolate was leaking they did not add a stake bake in the order and took over a hour to arrive

Driver didn’t have a clue where to go so a got no meal which I paid £15.40 for. As you can expect I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed !! A shall definitely not be ordering from this Greggs at Fort Glasgow.

Restaurant rang to tell me one of my items not an available but swapped it for two others. Great service

One of the sausage rolls I fed to my 2 year old daughter seems to be coated in some sort of spice. She took a bad reaction and only realised 20 mins later when i tested the food that it was covered or cooked in some sort of spice that couldnt be seen until eaten. Be aware of the food if anyone elses kids take reactions easily!!
