Golden City in Glasgow City

Ordered meal deal 1 which was fried rice, chips and chicken balls. Half way into my meal I noticed there was a dead black BEETLE in my food. Phoned to complain and they offered to make me a fresh one to replace it. No thank you, will not be back!

Used to be good here, not now, beef curry was just like curry sauce with rice, small bit of beef cut into tiny strips, chicken curry was the same, tiny cubes of chicken, obviously came from a bag of frozen chicken, never again unfortunately 👎

This place used be superb when it was wee Raymie’s, had a breast of chicken curry chopped from here recently and it was rank rotten, very watery curry sauce,about 3 small bits of onion, small tiny cubes of chicken that were clearly from a bag of frozen! Chips tasted of fish as they’ve obviously not cleaned their oil lately! Really poor, Raymie would be turning in his wok to see it now.

This takeaway shop is rotten to the core. Terrible inside decor wow totally unacceptable. I asked for a beef curry ….well the beef could not be any smaller the beef I am taking about !! Curry’s sauce total disgusting taste . Spare ribs chilli salt 👎. Full of grizzly fat and bones for that matter I would recommend to stay away from this place. Waste of money and time.

One of the best curry's in the city

Came here for years got the same thing every Saturday usually spent 30 bucks but recently the curry sauce has been quite watery which is shame cos the curry sauce attracted me to the place years ago the chips were hard and portions of sides got smaller (chicken wings,, ribs etc) obviously cutting back costs.. the staff are friendly. As I said great place but food has went downhill

Most of the food was nice let down by the prawn crackers which weren't fresh. Rubbery, soggy.

Food is stinking! Onions are raw! And there curry sauce looks like diarrhea! JUST YUCK!

Highly disappointed been a customer for a.long time and the good.wasnt up to much and wasn't very warm either not surprised waited.over an hour for delivery which I usually collect.myself never again will go elsewhere

Terrific food but only one star, the delivery service is the worst anywhere, due to the fact it's almost impossible to get an answer on the phone, I have phoned 14 times tonight with no luck. If your hungry and need to phone your order give this shocking service a wide berth. I ended up phoning elsewhere 😡

Me encantó que la Ciudad Dorada comiera fuera de ella al menos una vez a la semana. Pero en los últimos años ha habido una disminución constante en la identificación de los productos que todavía dicen que son la mejor salsa de curry, pero ¿de qué sirve si comes carne asquerosa barata? No soy un experto en alimentos, pero puedo distinguir la buena carne de res de la basura y, desafortunadamente, eso fue lo que saqué, comencé a ir con un pollo al curry que era igual de malo, realmente no entiendo lo que pasó en los últimos años, pero sin algunas malas elecciones, ya no como de este restaurante chino una vez genial.

¡Este chino es lo mejor! ! ! !Tenemos un pollo al curry y es increíble haber probado varios chinos en la ciudad, este es el mejor con diferencia. También el satay en brochetas fantástico (salsa aparte). Si eres fanático de la sal y el chile, las papas fritas no son tan picantes, no te ponen mucha especia, es posible que tengas que pedir más. Acabo de pedir chips simples que son geniales. Recopilamos ya que el teléfono siempre está activado debido a la alta demanda, lo dice todo realmente.

Best curry I've have had in years

Pensé en dejar una pequeña reseña. Hemos usado esta comida para llevar ahora 5 veces y no hemos tenido una mala comida que me alegra, ya que solo toma una mala y luego empiezas a entrar en pánico. De todos modos, usualmente tomamos pollo al curry con pollo. satay, etc. y siempre han sido cocinados bien, estoy de acuerdo con uno de mis colegas revisores sabe salado como hemos experimentado dos veces, pero se lava con una botella de 2 litros de orbe, pero su ha ordenado tanto como quiero agradecer a los dorados ciudad para la buena comida, etc. Me gustaría mencionar a la mujer que trabaja en "no de compras" Me gustaría recordar su nombre, pero ella es nueva también con un buen sentido del humor, y siempre ayuda cuando alguien puede entender lo que quieres, etc. Definitivamente, recomendaría esta comida para llevar?

Through staying close by for Gig & decided to order a Chinese Takeaway to hotel. Food was absolutely fantastic, reasonably priced, & great customer service. Highly Recommend this takeaway!!!

Llevo aproximadamente 20 años yendo a este punto de partida. El dueño le entregó la tienda a su sobrino. Creo que desde que ha estado bajando la colina rápidamente, la salsa de curry es como comer un bol de azúcar. Todo se metió en la basura. Ni siquiera Empecé con el pollo al curry. Muy triste solía amar a esta tienda cuando el viejo dueño estaba allí.

Ordered a chicken curry along with salt n pepper chips the curry was really good however, salt n pepper/chilli chips were clearly plain chips i called to complain and was told "were they in a long tray if so they r salt n pepper/chilli chips the chef says that" ehhh ok. Called again i was'nt happy also to be told the chef puts salt n pepper powder on them Really i could have done that myself. Will not be ordering from here again because you dont know if you would be getting the real dish you would like to order bad customer service and very bas chef obviously not a chef of the cuisine he caters for
