Greggs in Salford

Perfect, spotless, polite, professional. Cheap place to eat and never dissapointing. What else do you want me to say

Every time I have visited here the food has been barely warm or cold. Not sure if it depends on what time you go at but really annoying considering it’s my only local greggs

Perhaps this gets high ratings due to its convenient place in The Ellesmere Centre as opposed to the food on offer. Great for a quick bite but it is out of step these days, mind you, this is Walkden we are talking about where I have lived for 42 years. I had a sausage roll which was okay but the big downfall here is not the food, it is the extremely rude and ignorant staff they employ, my purchase was thrown into a bag, my money snatched out of my hand and my change slammed on the counter without a word. Gregg's may be a great traditional bakery but this branch has not held on to the great traditional customer services it once had and that precinct is a virtual ghost town. Little Wonder then.

we often get a pasty or a steak bake for a lunchtime treat,also a cake,never had a bad one,staff always polite and friendly

the food is very fresh some sandwiches were made to order the pasties were nice and hot coffee is a bit strong but hot the staff were friendly well done

They always freshly cook everything. It smells great. Tastes great. I'd recommend for anyone wanting lunch or a snack. Staff are friendly and food is cheap.

It's great to have this place to pop into whilst shopping. It's always clean and staff are friendly. Food is always fresh and nice.
