Greggs in Teignbridge

No sausage rolls (20 min wait) no pizza slices (8 min wait) and it's your peak time of the week (1pm Saturday) really not impressed

I have come here to have a sandwich and a drink and had only £50 cash and the gentleman on the counter has told me that they do not accept £50 cash as legal tender. And also told me that its an company policy which there was no sign of ang policy clearly seen on my appearance and when i told him that i would like to see the policy. He had to go to the office to get a letter. As shown on the picture.

Had coffee at Gregg's. Lovely place and wheelchair frie!ndly. Good choice of snacks , Bakery items and Takeout items Family friendly and great Staff.

Needed a pepperoni pizza for my husbands lunch and the young man kindly offered to cook me one if l was prepared to wait a few minutes which l was. This was greatly appreciated by my husband !!

Pizza was completely ruined. All toppings were stuck to the lid of the box 🙁 I don’t think it helped when the driver pulled it out of the bag on its side

5 stars all round as it doesn't matter What Greggs High St too motorway services they are the same and the food too and on the motorway services GREGGS is still the same price as the High street

Dropped in for an early coffee. Staff were great friendly, and place was extremely busy with customers.

Forgot half of our order. All of the actual lunch bits. Four sausage rolls missing. Really disappointed to be honest, won’t be ordering again.

My order was left on my door step no attempt to ring door bell.

This has happened time after time... I've bought a store-baked hot item, only to discover it's actually cold. The nice, bright display cabinet isn't heated, so stock just gets colder and colder, even at busy times - and they can't re-heat. I've just eaten a really unpleasant pasty, because I was hungry and in a hurry. Next time, I must remember to walk on by and go to Warren's round the corner.

I had ordered for 10 and it was nearly 10.30 when it came, one sausage bap was supposed to have no sauce on but all of them did. I had a bad experience last time too, can’t say I’ll be ordering again

45 mins passed before they started preparing food, still came cold

The courier was at the restaurant for 30 mins the food came stone cold

So I still haven’t received a refund and the money has gone out of my account when I didn’t receive my greggs and got someone else’s order ? What’s going on!

Visited Greggs Newton Abbot with my husband and daughter. Really liked the look of the festive bake on the poster outside. Ordered 3 hot drinks, 2 sausage rolls, the lovely looking festive bake, and 2 packs of hashbrowns. Then it went downhill from there. The festive bake was handed to me in a bag.. which felt cold, so I asked the lad who served me, "Can I have it hot please? " .. he replied, "we can't reheat food." I pointed out it doesn't appear to have been heated.. he looked at me, so instead of creating a scene, I took my festive bake and sat down with the family. It was indeed cold and tasted awful. I couldn't eat it, so I opened the packet of hashbrowns .. these were dried and hard .. shame as this was a visit in the morning shortly after they opened their doors, so they must have been yesterday's hash browns. I won't be visiting this place again.

Ive been charged for an order i didn't collect

I ordered my food around 3:30 and has only just got here now at 4:34. Not happy at all considering the steak bake was freezing. Very poor quality

The person delivering on the map was not far from restaurant stationary for ages and then arrived at my door with cold food probably because uses a bike instead of a vehicle , considering I spent a decent amount of money on the order I was expecting a lot better service than that if I have to be honest.

Ordered at 1320 finally arrived at 1543 and it was barely warm not shops fault

It's a a Greggs and as such is exactly as you'd expect. Staff always friendly.

One small sausage in a whole baguette and one tiny off cut of fatty bacon. If your looking for a decent breakfast roll then look elsewhere.

The courier was actually sat right outside of my house for quite a while so I went outside to find out what the issue was and she was on the phone to someone and I stood there waiting for another 5 minutes whilst she finished her phone call and handed over my food. Very unprofessional and she should have delivered my orde before taking her personal call.

Chicken and salad roll at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. This is good service from a very friendly polite and welcoming lady at the counter. Recommend it as a happy and pleasant quite bite stop

As with all Greggs, it's cheap and very good quality. The staff are super helpful as well. This shop, though, is super busy and has a strong following by city centre residents who just don't leave when finished. They just use it as a meeting place and hog the tables sometimes for hours. I've had many arguments asking for someone / group to please move so that I can sit and eat. Unfortunately, because it's cheap, it also attracts a certain kind of customer that makes me feel uncomfortable. It's a shame that others have to suffer because of others who couldn't care less.

Wrong muffins, we ordered chocolate and were sent fruit muffins instead (my son has allergies so unable to eat the fruit ones). Delivery was great though.

Not to bad . Bin was full and cups on the side by the bin . And they didn't have any difference milks to make a dairy free coffee 😕.

Usually get breakfast once a week from Greggs in Newton Abbot. Food is always nice and staff are friendly and efficient.

Tables dirty/ slow service . I appreciate difficulty in getting staff but it takes no time to clear tables.
